    6 pack of donuts.
    Ashley S.

Went in 11am on a Tuesday. No other customers were there. Donuts looked good, they had a couple flavors that looked filled with a cream or jelly but when we asked what flavor they were the nice employee said you can pay extra to fill them with one of the options. No thank you. Non of the donuts were labeled with what they were and they weren't familiar flavors to just know. We got 6 donuts and took a bite out of each. They tasted stale/dry and 2 day old texture. Very very disappointing.

If you're not getting the mochi donuts, you're doing it wrong. This donut shop is an absolute gem! The mochi donuts are perfectly chewy on the inside with a light crisp on the outside--such a unique texture you don't get from regular donuts. Every flavor I tried was fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet, which made it impossible to stop at just one. You can tell everything is made with care, and the quality really stands out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shop itself has a great vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Whether you're a donut lover or just curious about mochi donuts, this place is 100% worth the visit. I'll definitely be back for more!

Bad Bakers is well known in the region for their fancy, over the top donuts and Staxx (aka Senorita bread). They offer donuts and flavor injections, mochi donuts, kronuts. They also have savory items like pork empanadas and hot dog kolaches. We've been to the Roseville location several times. Its' brightly decorated with their signature pink on the walls. It can be pretty busy but the wait isn't terrible. Staff is always great. We usually go in the mornings so there are plenty of donuts and other items available. Their staxx are good like always. Nice and pillowy, and filled with melted sugar and butter. You can never go wrong with a box of them. The donuts I think can be hit or miss. Some flavor toppings are great, and some a little much and feels doesn't add much to the taste. Sometimes donuts come with flavor syringes too.

Hmmmm. Hot Señorita Rolls!!! Oh yeah. So good and soft and gooey, it almost melts in your mouth!!! And you can't stop at one piece. I had 3 and two more later on! Service was quick although the girl behind the counter could have been more personable... store is simply laid out and the other baked goods all looked tempting and delicious! There's several bundles called "Staxx", depending on how much you want. A must try!!!

New mini, crispy, but underbaked on the inside?

Bought 60pcs seniorita/spanish bread on 4/7/26 for work. Should've checked them before I left their store. They were so small, burnt on the outside, and weren't fully baked on the inside and still tasted like dough. I called the store around 5pm and tried to warn them but they told me that they were trying to experiment some recipe .

Stopped here briefly to grab some Staxx (similar to senorita bread) and ube staxx for my sons basketball team. I was a little disappointed that it was only 10:30 am on a Saturday morning and they were out of boxes. I did enjoy the pastry it was buttery, soft and warm. Boys did like them. It's a take out bakery only but they do offer tons of different fun donuts and pastries. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Friendly staff.

TL;DR - It was okay, good bite for a quick donut Food - 3.5/5 Service - 4/5 Price - 4/5 My wife and I were trying to eat a a restaurant next door, but they happened to be closed. So, with my wife being a bit hangry, we needed to get something quickly. Luckily, BAD Bakers was next door. I don't have too much to say about the place aside from there being quite a good selection of donuts and friendly staff. As soon as I saw ube, I knew what donut I wanted to try. The price was not too bad for what was being offered, but I would not complain if it was a little cheaper. My wife and I each got a donut and it held us over until we decided what we were going to do for lunch. The donuts didn't scream out as anything special, but they were good. If I was in the neighborhood and wanted a quick donut, I would probably stop by again.

One of our granddaughters is new to being gluten free. Our grandchildren wanted donuts for breakfast. We went to Bad Bakers to try out their gluten free donuts! My granddaughter thought they were amazing and said, "Nonna, can you take a picture of these donuts and send it to my mom!"

    Luscious gorgeous glaze!

Bad Bakers: A Sweet Tooth Wonderland If Willy Wonka opened a donut shop, it would pale in comparison to Bad Bakers. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a heavenly aroma that could convince anyone they're standing in a confectionery paradise. Seriously, the air smells like pure joy wrapped in chocolate, sugar, and dreams. Now, let's talk about the service. These folks are pros. Friendly, fast, and on-point. The line moves with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine, but with none of the robotic coldness. Instead, it's warm smiles, genuine chatter, and pure donut enthusiasm. You'll walk out feeling like a regular, even if it's your first visit. And the donuts. Oh, the donuts. Walking up to the showcase is like walking into a dog pound where every single pup is adorable, perfect, and begging to come home with you. How do you choose? It's borderline torture. From candy-covered masterpieces to whimsically iced confections, there's not a single dud in sight. Every donut is a work of art--and not the pretentious kind, but the "I'm so good, you'll have to eat me" kind. To anyone reading this: get yourself to Bad Bakers. This isn't just a donut shop--it's an experience, a sugar-fueled adventure. Bring friends, bring family, heck, bring strangers. Just go. You'll thank me later (probably with a donut in hand).

I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad donut... (pun intended). This place will never get old. I just LOVE their donuts. The ube cronut is my favorite I've had so far besides the strawberry shortbread which is my usual go to. You just can't go wrong here. Of course sometimes it can be crowded but good things come to those who wait ;)

Everything on their menu looked really good, but I decided to go with something a little more refreshing: a strawberry sundae. Ordering is super easy through two tablets to the left of the counter. It does force you to provide a phone number, so make sure you don't forget to opt out of those pesky text messages once you leave (if that's your preference). The tap-to-pay was very responsive too. The order didn't take long at all, and I very much enjoyed sitting on their little poofs around one of their tables. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my sundae was so light and easy to eat. It had a generous helping of strawberry goodness, with even more at the bottom, which was quite a lovely surprise. Also, the two Pocky sticks on the side didn't even make it past my first two spoonfulls. Last time I came here was a while ago, but I will definitely make an effort not to wait that long again.

Black Sesame Swirl - 9.2/10 This ice cream is SO good like it tastes very nutty and toasty while not being overwhelmingly sweet. I would definitely get this ice cream again if I happen to stop by. Yuzu Sparkling Matcha - 5.1/10 I thought about trying their matcha lattes but I wanted to try something different so that's why I got this drink instead and honestly.. it's not that good tbh. I honestly hate sparkling drinks with matcha in general because it doesn't pair well imo. The Sparkling Yuzu is like the only thing that I can only taste and the sourness makes the matcha really bitter in a bad way. Although I do appreciate the color of the matcha so you know that they're not using low quality matcha that's for sure. Miso Caramel Kohl - 7.5/10 My family member got this drink and it honestly tastes a lot better than I thought especially since they use miso in coffee which is an interesting combination. Also, the caramel gives the miso a more nutty and sweet taste. I don't really like caramel but it's honestly not too bad. But the coffee flavor is REALLY strong so I would recommend it for those who love coffee. Service was good and they made the ice cream and drinks pretty fast even though it was kind of crowded when I went. There's some seating but just make sure to come when it's not too crowded. The place is pretty clean and nice overall so I would definitely recommend their ice cream especially the Black Sesame Swirl! ‍

With all the pending orders, our built-from-scratch dishes came out past 15 minutes. It's good we didn't mind the wait as we made it up with catching-up banter. The ChocoSushi was smothered in two-toned chocolatey syrup and was perfectly warm and succulent. Sliced strawberries & bananas... yes, please! The Dubai Crepe was also delicious. My Dubai chocolate greenhorn friends absolutely loved the blend of Nutella, kunafa and pistachio. These would've been perfect with coffee but it was kinda late for a caffeine fix. Well, ChocoLit Cafe satisfied our cravings. Food wasn't too sweet, just perfect! This is a great spot for dessert, and we'll definitely be back for more late night sweet cravings. It's a small shop and there was one person running the whole place when we stopped in. She was taking orders, making drinks, and getting everything out herself. Maybe I'm just an antique, but at a small independent business like this, I don't expect the same scripted greetings and customer-service theater you get from a giant chain. She was busy, efficient, and got our order out without an issue. That's good service in my book. The menu is genuinely interesting, too. You can tell they're trying to do something different rather than serving the same recycled stuff you can find every few blocks. Everything we tried was good, and the kids were happy, which is ultimately why I stopped in. Small businesses like this are operating on razor-thin margins, especially in an area dominated by chains, so I appreciate finding a place willing to take a chance and bring something different to the neighborhood wether they deserve it or not.
