I don't indulge in Crumbs much because of the high calories but when I saw 'butter cake' on the weekly menu, I knew I had to try. It did not disappoint in any way shape or form, I wish that I would've went back for seconds (and maybe thirds). They tend to have interesting flavors but not caught my attention enough in a long time aside from this one. Hope they bring it back soon. It is a very small, self-service (which I believe they all are) location. They have a menu on the wall with all of the flavors along with their pictures as well as actual examples of the cookies on a counter to view. read more

Curiosity got the best of me and I got a Crumbl cookie. The flavors rotate and the one I got was supposed to be a brownie/cookie pie with an ice cream scoop. The front is where you place your order and wait for the cookie, it doesn't take long if there's no line. It is not an establishment to sit down and eat. My cookie was not warm and the "ice cream" was not ice cream. It was like a frosting sort of thing which was kind of weird but it didn't melt. It was good but not fantastic so I don't see myself getting Crumbl frequently. read more

I visited this location at the end of November 2023 and wasn't going to leave a review at first but because this was my first time experiencing the famous Crumbl franchise I felt I had to! Upon arrival we weren't even sure if they were open. Once entering there wasn't really a greeting and we were a little confused on what to do lol. But to the right there is a self ordering system so that's what we did. We chose the classic chocolate chip and the specialty cookie of peach pie. They both weren't good honestly. The chocolate chip cookie felt like it was extremely underbaked in the middle in order to have a gooey center.. but it was pretty raw. The peach pie cookie was just lacking overall. Had the texture of a dry crumbly shortbread cookie with generic peach preserves on top. The person working out our two cookies in a box and that's pretty much it. No smiles or anything. I guess it was just "one of those days" for the workers? I'm not sure but to judge off my first Crumbl experience, I wouldn't come here again. My favorites are the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, "a delicious cookie filled with irresistible semi-sweet chocolate chunks and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt", and the cookies and cream, "a marbled dark chocolate and vanilla cookie topped with a white drizzle and crumbly cookies & cream pieces." Totally get if the weather was bad but to allow me to order, charge my card, not say the store was closed, have the DoorDash driver go to the store for pickup and than the only reason I knew they were closed was because i texted the DoorDash driver. They proceeded to charge my card and say the order was completed I even emailed them and have heard nothing. At least when I tried to use Tiffs Treats they let the customer know they were not accepting delivery orders. Actually insane I had to call just to ask for a REFUND actually a scam. This is the worst crumbl in Austin. Ordered 4 warm cookies. They straight up gave them to me cold. Asked for a refund and the girl said the cookies were the correct temperature when they were literally cold. A Hispanic lady at the front with black hair, which I assumed was the manager, grabbed a cookie from the back, which was already in a box, and gave it to us.
