"3" days prior to the event I received a poorly written email basically stating she couldn't fulfill the order due to a decorator taking vacation and one contracting COVID- nothing more nothing less. After sending numerous emails asking for alternatives because clearly where can you go in less than 3 days for a custom order cake? Exactly? Oh did I mention the morning of my ceremony I passed the good ol Artistry of Cakes at Chick-fil-A? That's right! Play Hard....Work Less! Issue #2 I finally received my refund via hard check mailed to me today & noticed it was written for $240.00 not $245.00.
