I typically go in for one particular flavor of a cookie when I go, but will buy at least the 4pack each time. The last 3x, they've been out of the one flavor I wanted and I had to settle for whatever else was on the menu and never got to try what I wanted. For example, the s'mores cookie last week. These cookies are to die for and now they have CAKE!! Strawberry cake at that and it is a double layer with just the right amount of icing. Service is fast and friendly and the store is so clean. Good cookies, good customer service. They have a different six cookies each week, but tend to keep either the milk chocolate chip or the pink sugar cookie as a constant. I personally tend to filet the cookies horizontally because they're a little thick for my taste. (Yes FILET, as in, cut horizontally!) We got 3 boxes for a birthday party and the leftovers were still soft-ish after 4 days, so that was nice. But I do wish I could customize with either different frosting or more frosting. We've been back a couple of times and I have to say they all kinda taste the same and a little one-note-sweetness. Good- yes! Cookies are usually awesome. Sometimes underbaked. Employees always seem unfriendly and annoyed to be there. When I place a pickup order, it's never promptly brought to the vehicle. I went to this location on opening day because I am an avid crumbl purchaser. Unfortunately, my cookies were raw to the point that I went inside to trade them out. The worker was happy to give me a new one, but told me they're supposed to be this soft. I have gotten crumbl hundreds of times in the past at the St. Louis location and have never had a cookie this raw. The new cookie that they had given me was better, but still raw. I went back today, almost a week later, and my cookies were again raw. I am hoping this is just a new store kink, but if this is not fixed I will not be returning to this location. read more
