I really LOVE Crumbl, but every time I go to this location, I have terrible service. On my most recent visit, I walked in and placed my order (a 4 pack of cookies). They took my order and then a bunch of customers who ordered on the app walked in. The girl preparing the orders then had to stop and prepare all the app orders. So this is already a 5-7 minute delay in getting my cookies. She was the only one preparing orders, even though there were at least 5 employees that I could see. After she got all the app orders done, she began to prepare my cookies. She then left the counter where she was prepping cookies and was walking around the back of the kitchen area. I was then told that they were waiting for one of the cookies I ordered to finish baking. This was in the middle of the day......how do they not have enough cookies baked and ready to go? So when I made my order, why wasn't I told that they were out of the one cookie or that there would be a wait for that cookie to finish baking? I was never informed of this until after my order was placed, they took my money, and the rest of my order was already boxed up! She said I could swap it for another one if I didn't want to wait and that it would be a 7 minute wait. I didn't like any of the other flavors of cookies for the week, so I decided to wait. A 7 minute wait turned into a nearly 30 minute wait! I was still standing in the Crumbl waiting for 1 cookie! This wait time is completely unacceptable, especially when the customer was told 7 minutes. When the girl finally got the cookie and completed my order, she gave me a snotty attitude when handing me the order! Didn't even open the box and show me my order like they have done in the past! She was even rolling her eyes at me! It's always this location with the rude, young kids working here! Not the first time I've received an attitude from the ones working here, but this girl was over the top rude. Not happy, especially with the price of these cookies! Full disclosure Cookies are a thing for me, ok maybe more than a thing, . This was a first for me, not my normal grocery stores bakery offerings, it was cookie heaven. Not only was there large selection to choose from but the cookies were huge. Admittedly it was hard not to pick one of each so I went to my usual favorites and a few that called my name which didn't disappoint. The ambiance was a progressive line to pass by cookies on display, with counter help ready to help. It was well organized bright and inviting. Have been here a few times and each experience has been good. The interior is very spacious and clean, there are 2 kiosks as well as someone at the counter who can take your order. Pricing is a little high so we don't go often, but the ordering process is easy. Just had their chocolate chip cookie and it tasted like they changed the recipe for the better: it was our FAVORITE one and seems more moist than their precious chocolate chip recipe. Every single time and I mean every single time I order delivery through the Crumbl Crumbl cookies end up at somebody else front door. My address and apartment number is visibly posted and super simple to get to, but yet the cookies can never actually make it to my own apartment with being said no one ever takes the time to re send the cookies or care at all about the delivery drivers having no idea where they're actually dropping off the cookies. This is the fourth time they simply cannot just look at the apartment number and get it right. read more

Love this store , always friendly and the orders are always ready . I pick up cookies for my clients 2-3 times a week , never disappointed.

Disappointed that the signal butte location has failed to respond to a gross dry cake situation after emailing them directly and getting radio silence. Purchased a cake a few days ago, couldn't even eat it due to it being so gross and baked too long resulting in dry cake and threw the majority of it in the trash. Won't be returning and giving my business to any crumbl location going forward until this is addressed. Crumbl is overrated and not worth the money for sub par cookies and their attempt at baking cakes which doesn't seem to be working out very well for them. I will be taking my business elsewhere to restaurants and bakeries who actually know how to bake desserts properly that taste amazing! read more
