Staff was very friendly and helped me with the selection of cookie flavors. The inside of the store was clean and smelled like cookies! I came in on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. The parking lot is shared with the other restaurants next to Crumbl. I have to say, the specialty wafer cookie was AMAZING. It was chocolate with Kit Kat and melted chocolate... omg so good. This review is solely based on personal preferences re: the product. We asked for a sampler box of all the cookies of the day. We cut the cookies into bite sizes for a party. We wanted people to compared the cookies & see which one was the overall favorite. The consensus turned out that everybody wanted a bit more of a crunch/baked cookie. They were just too soft and undercooked. I understand that's some people preference. I thought the cookies being the only dessert would disappear in a flash, they sadly ended up in the trash. Updated review- we love Crumbl! Their rotating flavors every week usually offer one or two cookies that are extra delicious. We've found that the ones with an oatmeal or peanut butter based cookie tend to be the kinds that are consistently exceptional. Many of the chocolate cookie bases are tasty too! Honestly, you can't really go wrong here, and the variety is endless. The only downside is that if you find a cookie you love, it might be weeks before it comes back around. Helpful tip: Sometimes if you come in on a Monday, they will still offer some of the cookie choices from the week before. (Leftover dough, I presume...) Crumbl is a dangerously great cookie bakery! read more

Been here twice. The cookies are wonderful the peeled are nice. The store is kind of a strange minimalistic modern white kind of deco. They sell water in a black and white bottle named "water".
