It looks like I am the first person to review the new minis that are available on Mondays. I was hoping that the minis would give me more incentive to stop in more frequently. I am the only cookie eater in our household and the full size ones are bigger than I want. I got the chocolate cake, lemon poppyseed and mom's recipe. The pack of 3 was $9 plus tax, so $10 out the door. I was expecting them to be about half that price. Each cookie was about 3 regular size bites. They were all warm and freshly made and boxed for me. The lemon was the best and I would even get that in a full sized cookie when offered again. But for the same amount of cookie as a 4 pack of Oreos I can get at the Dollar Tree, I won't be getting the minis again. 4 stars is for the friendly service and yummy cookies. I love anything creamy, whipped, or pudding like, so this seemed like sometime right up my alley. Price wise, this was about $6.50 after tax, which for the thr portion size seemed alright. Overall. It wasn't bad but not as good as others have shared on social media. In my opinion, it would be better with just layers of vanilla cake and vanilla pudding. The extra layers of berry jam made this too sweet and could have been better with no jam or real berries instead of jam. Recently ordered Crumbl for my son's birthday party--as we do for most special occasions--and I was shocked to open the box before the party and find that several of the cookies had turned to mush, despite being refrigerated. They looked as if someone had dunked them in water! I reached out to the store who agreed to replace them before the party, but they were out of the flavor we wanted. We were given chocolate chip minis, and again, when I opened the box I was shocked to see that salt had been dumped everywhere on the cookies. The worst part is I reached out to the store manager Melissa for a full refund and she only agreed to a partial one, even though the replacement cookies were ruined as well. These cookies are amazing! I used to live in the foothills area and haven't been back there until recently. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with some special treats and decided to stop by. The flavors are so difficult to choose from but I managed to make some difficult choices lol. I got something with Mother in the title. It had the kitchen sink of ingredients which is why I chose it. I also chose a Biscoff type lava cookie one, a chocolate Nutella type, and a potato chip cookie. Each cookie is expensive but well worth it for a once in a blue moon. I highly recommended these cookies to anyone who wants a specialty cookie that will (or should) last for more than one sitting. They're delectable. read more

I am a self-proclaimed cookie monster so I was looking forward to giving Crumbl a try. Their model is similar to other cookie delivery shops that also have store fronts. I ordered 4 cookies for for around $10 or $10.50. Upon entering the shop, your senses just immediate began to salivate because the aromas are heavenly. I was surprised by the long line in front of us on a Friday evening around dinner time. I guess we all had the same thing in mind: skip dinner and go straight for dessert. A motto I can eat by! In total, there were 5-6 flavors to choose from, which vary depending on the day and time of the year. I chose the chocolate chip, cookie butter, buckeye brownie and salted caramel. They pack the cookies in a cute pink box and you can feel the warmth from the cookies radiate through the box. I couldn't wait to dig it. Overall, I thought the cookies were good but I was hoping for some qualities of the cookies that would really make them stand out. I'm not sure if I found any. These cookies are great, tasty and best when they are warm but the sugar rush made it hard to distinguish flavors within the cookie. Of all of the cookies I enjoyed the chocolate chip and the cookie butter. As a huge sea salt caramel fan, I was underwhelmed by the salted caramel flavor. The buckeye was good but I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter in cookies. Since this is located down the street from me, it is convenient for those times I want a warm cookie and is also a great option for a potluck. Other than that, I'm left a bit underwhelmed. read more

I love a good cookie! This Crumbl store is conveniently located in a section of buildings that include Bosa Donuts and Wow Wow Lemonade to satisfy any of your sweet toothed needs. The special flavors of the week were pumpkin roll, Oreo cookies and cream milkshake, funfetti, and cinnamon toast. I tried all the flavors except for the funfetti, along with their standard chocolate chip cookie. They didn't take too long to make and we were shown our cookie bounty in the box before closing the lid. Most of the cookies I ordered were nice and warm except for the Oreo cookies and cream, which was served chilled. Out of all the special flavors I enjoyed the pumpkin roll the most. I'm not sure how they do it but the outer edges were lightly crisp like a cookie but the inner part tasted like cake. It had a lovely balance of spices for the season of all pumpkin, all the time (Pumpkintober I call it). The cinnamon roll was my next favorite, it tasted similar to a snickerdoodle. The cookies and cream cookie was too sweet for my tastes but the chocolate chip was good as always. Service was excellent. read more
