I stopped by Crumbl in Sparks on my birthday after going out to dinner with friends. Everyone was craving something sweet, so they suggested we head over to Crumbl. When we walked in, the store was clean, simple, and very minimalistic. There were a few employees inside, but no one greeted us or said anything when we came in. I think that may be because ordering is done at the kiosk off to the side, but it still would have been nice to get a quick hello or even a few recommendations, especially since the menu changes. We ended up ordering a mini 6-pack box, which came out to about $15. We got milk chocolate chip, pink sugar, brownie batter, cookies and cream, mom's recipe, and one of the weekly specials, cookies and cream cheesecake. Overall, the cookies were pretty good. The cookies and cream and pink sugar were definitely the best of the bunch. The others were okay, but nothing that really stood out. The cheesecake cookie was a little weird to me and not something I would order again. Crumbl is decent to good, but at the price point, it is hard to justify it as anything more than an occasional treat. You can find cookies that are just as good from local bakeries, often at a better price. Still, it was a fun stop with friends and a nice way to end my birthday night. read more

Paid full price for what was supposed to be a Cookie Dough Pie tester and walked out with something that was... honestly just sad. First off, no greeting when I walked in. Not even a quick "hey." The place felt checked out from the jump. When I got to my car, it was immediately obvious the pie was way smaller than expected. I double-checked with the internet and confirmed it was a mini. Photo included for clarity. I called the store and they did issue a refund, which I appreciate. That said, it doesn't really make the experience any better. At that point, the damage was done. I'll be honest, it feels pointless reviewing a chain, let alone a franchise chain, but this location deserves the feedback. Crumbl has always been hit or miss for me, but since moving here, this store has been consistently more miss than hit. Between the lack of basic customer service and sloppy execution, it's hard to justify going back. There aren't that many great dessert spots in Reno, but my experiences aren't justified to keep rolling the dice here. read more

Stopped in today after a hair appointment as I've been wanting to stop in for quite some time but unfortunately there is not a crumbl in the my side of town so I had to wait until I was on this side of town. Ordered a mini box of 6 cookies. The pink cake heart for mothers days, a chocolate covered strawberry, Oreo cookie, cake batter cookie and then 2 Oreo cheesecakes. So far I've only had the cake batter one which was delicious but very sweet. The mini size are perfect. Can't wait to try the rest of the cookies. The inside is very sterile looking, no chairs just a self service counter, 1 register to be helped by the workers then a pick up area. They really mean to get you in and out, no date night of eating your cookies there. read more

Awesome cookies, but at a premium price. I stopped by Crumbl for their free chocolate chip thin cookie promotion and was surprised at how organized everything was and was given the free cookies immediately. I ordered a coconut cake but forgot to snap a pic, but I guess that is a statement to how good it was because it was delicious! As delicious as everything is, it will cost about a little under $5 every cookie and then you get a free cookie or so as you bundle more and more. read more

Crumbl was just okay for me. The cookies looked better than they tasted. My chocolate chip was overbaked. Not worth hype for me. The staff seemed completely disinterested in customers or maybe just not interested in me. The vibe of the store wasn't the best. Needless to say I won't be back. These are good. Stay away if your in fitness mode. They are different cookes weekly. We usually get the four pack to try different flavors to split it. Its located near Costco. Great location in my opinion. There is a lot of activity around there. We are served quickly, in and out. There is no where to sit. I believe it's more of a pick up and go set up. So disappointed tbh I have spent probably a couple hundred bucks here at this shop and have had some good and bad times over the past year they've been open but this last time was the last straw tho. I visited them recently to try their Boston Cream pie cookie and when I picked up my mobile order I took it home only to find a huge black hair embedded in the cream. To the point when I pulled it out it was Iike deep in the cream. So gross. I live about 30 minutes away from this location so it was not like I can just go drive back over there and get another one. I gave them a call to tell them about my experience and to see if they can comp me a cookie for my next visit. After speaking to the manager I was informed my name would be on the books for my next visit to comp me a free cookie. When I returned just two days later because I wanted to get that same cookie, I was told my name was not on a list and was treated with complete disrespect. I was super bummed that I had drove an hour and a half to get the lemon and when I went to place my order it had sold out.. I thought that they made them there? So how do they sell out about 12 hours before closing?? I wasn't impressed with the mudslide one, maybe since I'm not a big chocolate or hazelnut fan... the raspberry was ok... nothing I would drive the hour and half for again. I haven't had the mom's recipe yet.... And the hubby will eat the chocolate chip one since I won't.. so far my favorite is the blueberry lemon one. Oh, yum! I've been hearing about Crumbl from friends and coworkers. I'm a pretty avid cookie baker myself, but I decided to buy a box of six for a work event. This week we got a chocolate chip, fudge brownie, mint chocolate chip, pink doughnut, pink frosted sugar, and maple bacon. They were all delicious! It's so easy to eat more than you really should! I think $24 for six large cookies (tip included) is about $6 per cookie, so this might be a once in a while purchase for me. We went on a Friday morning and it wasn't busy at all. One of the workers came over, took our order, and explained a few of their specials. I'm definitely a fan! read more

I love the smell of freshly baked cookies and this place gets me everytime! I love to bake and it's always been one my favorite pastimes, but I love to treat myself and my family to a chocolate chip cookie I didn't have to bake in my kitchen. I got a gift card for this place, I'd never heard of them before, but I decided to go and try them out! It wasn't at all what I was expecting. It's like a little take out order place with nothing but cookies! There was just a small order counter, some order pads, and than the whole kitchen on full display, it was pretty cool! The employees were very kind to me and helped me with the gift card as I didn't know how much was on it, and they were VERY fast in getting my cookies!
