Fresh, warm, and made just for you! I'm officially obsessed with Crumbl! The best part? They make each cookie fresh when you order -- warm, gooey, and absolutely perfect. You can tell they really care about quality. And the staff? Unbelievably friendly. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with smiles, answered all my questions about the weekly flavors, and even offered a recommendation. You don't get service like that everywhere.

Warmed raspberry compote with warm shortbread cookie and BISCOFF PIE. Read. The. Review!

Whhhhyyyy are these things sooooo good. I would consider myself a dessert obsessed person. Always on the hunt for ones that blow my mind and are worth the calories. Certain things at Crumbl definitely meet that criteria. I stopped by here to get my kids a large treat for getting flu and covid shots. Yes it was pricey. They got the half cookie and brownie (I'm never impressed with their brownie - I don't waste my time with that). I want the unique things. So I selected a warm raspberry compote on a soft warmed shortbread or sugar cookie. It was phenomenal. It had a butter icing dollop that really sealed the deal for me. I was stumped as to what to pick for the final item for our pack. I ended up taking a big risk and got the biscoff pie. I mean it's a mini pie. Vs cookie. Who could resist that? I dont have much experience with Biscoff besides hard cookies on the flight to Europe. Eh. But they took the taste and made it into a custard type filling with a cream icing. The wet custard with the bite of the dryer biscoff cookie crust was ----- nothing short of incredible. My son had some (who is super picky) and declared it the best dessert he has ever had. I may have to agree! Crumbl keeps me coming back with their rotating flavors and rewards program. Ahhhhh! So glad this is down south. The store was clean and efficient. I didn't love the sarcasm of the guy that helped me. It was super strong and awkward.

The cookies are tasty! Howeverrr I sent my oldest in with cash and her little sister, anddd boy did we have to wait a while. It was a busy time so I totally get they had a lot of orders to prepare, however what I didn't like was that they were never greeted upon walking in. They stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes before they were even spoken to or anyone walked up to the register to take their order since they came in with cash. Idk if it's normal for every single persons order from the kiosk to be prepared first, but I thought that was also odd just because they came in with cash they were addressed very last. This is not the first time this has happened either. I've gone in as well before and waited at the register for a good amount of time before anyone said anything to me either. Little bummed when that happens, but the cookies were a nice treat.

Our friends brought a couple of boxes of Crumbl cream pies for our Thanksgiving get-together. Each individual pies looked delicious; most of the kids went straight for the cookies and cream flavor, others chose the French Silk, peanut butter or the raspberry cream pie. Every pie was dense, delectable and decadent but everyone each of their pies.

The friendly staff members hard at work!

You make me, feel like I'm livin', a teenage dream! My daughter is OBSESSED with these. The flavors change regularly, they're either doughy or slightly overcooked, and spendy. What am I telling you that you don;t already know about Crumbl? The rewards program is great, so lock in, chat. Add your bday, spam your socials, and tell your friends and you'll prob earn a freebie. BIG BACK GOALS

I really shouldn't have, but I'm so glad I did. Well, the first thing that happens when you walk into Crumbl is you are instantly greeted with the sweet smell of baked goodness. The girl at the counter was super friendly and was happy to show me this weeks flavors, since they rotate flavors each week. They all looked amazing, but I decided to go with a good ol' Chocolate Chip Cookie, after learning it is an Award-Winning recipe. I loved getting my cookie in a pink box. It was thicker than your average cookie and it was still warm when served. I can tell you, that first bite was pure heaven. It really is one of the best Chocolate Chip cookies I've had in a long time. I shall return for more!

Welcome to Reno! Duplicate review as you guys have two Yelp listings. Love your very successful and profitable business model! Quality/Quantity - Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie - Wow, this tastes exactly like a Reese's peanut butter cup! My favorite of the 3 cookies today. My wife's second favorite. Caramel Apple - My second favorite, my wife's favorite. It was good. Had many different textures. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip - Sorry, my least favorite. Even the presentation did not look great. I for sure did not/could not taste the pumpkin...? Atmosphere - New and beautiful location. Open kitchen/bakery. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good. Self service kiosks; they call our names and show us the cookies in the box before we leave. Price - Expensive, but I still like to support. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2017 with 800+ US locations, international locations, and franchise models. Congrats on your success at this location that just opened. I have a few friends that are owners and they are VERY happy with the brand.

10/8/2024- In the area- (dropped hubby off around the corner).. and decided to stop in. I'm amazed with the amount of cookie followers for Crumbl-.. Although I do not like soft cookies- and I bake a lot of cookies at home... I still wanted to see and taste- Aesthetically the store front is nice and appears to have a lot of stacked warming trays for the already made cookies- What's missing is the smell of fresh baked cookies- Ordered with the kiosk- a mini box- Choice - pumpkin chocolate-caramel apple-milk chocolate-$8.65.. Filled in a mini pink box- Pumpkin choc- decent. Milk choc- better with a tad crispy- Caramel apple- messy- eat with napkins..lol- presentation cute but overload on sugar-..

The yellow cake with chocolate icing was so good....Ive had three in the last 2 days. The service is pretty quick and friendly. The front area could use a little bit of extra love (wipe down counters) and since self serv kiosks handle the orders, the staff has a tendency to get consumed by their kitchen tasks leaving guests feeling a bit ignored. Overall I still really like the place!

    Yummyyyyy

Great service Timmy cookies never once not like anything about this place Pretty good price for six of them and they are huge the best thing is it doesn't take a day to find them it can take a week or so

This time I went into the store to order. I would have rather kept it a mystery and done an online order and delivery from home again. I had never been in a Crumbl store before and it was sort of off-putting, I didn't know how it worked. The best way to order is from the app on your phone from the parking lot and go get the cookies on the pick up counter. The cashier wasn't the friendliest and made me feel weird for ordering from her and not knowing the names of the cookies or how many I wanted. No more face to face interactions these days so I'll stick to ordering from outside and picking them up without having to talk to anyone lol

The Minced Pork Dumplings, however, were not for us. I believe the flavor of the Chinese leek may have been what turned us off. As for the Napoleon, it wasn't very sweet or particularly flavorful, and it made quite a mess to eat. Not something I'd reorder. The Sui Mai was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. This was the winner of our take home feast. While not everything was a hit for us, we'd return for the Sui Mai and BBQ Pork Buns and other explore some other items that we have yet to try.

YELP REVIEW PROMPT…read more Checked on Yelp for a dessert spot that I haven't tried before. Sierra Nevada Creamery and Bakery was a quick four minute walk from our lunch spot so we thought why not! It's located right next to the Pioneer Center for Performing Arts and has a very small parking area. There are restaurants on either side so there is also street parking. It was a warm day so I decided on a double scoop in a cup, one pistachio and one sea salt caramel. The double scoop was huge, definitely no skimping and only $10. There was one person ahead of us and then tons of people piled in after we did so we got there at a really good time! There was only employee working (I think he may have been the owner). I felt so bad because it was just him and he had a line almost out the door but if he was stressed he did not show it. He was friendly and so professional. The inside is pretty small but there some places to sit and if the inside is full the grass area right outside isn't a bad place to enjoy your treats. I would recommend for sure and I definitely want to go back and try a chocolate chip cookie. Things to note: Read his story on the ice cream menu. I enjoyed it and that is what makes me want to return to try the chocolate chip cookie.

I was surprised to see this place as I've driven by this strip of businesses many times and never noticed this particular spot. They offer homemade treats, but mostly ice cream. They have an almost unmatched selection of non-dairy ice creams and sorbets. A nice surprise. The gentleman helping us was very nice and gave us a full rundown of how they make everything in house. He offered samples and suggestions. I sampled the flavor of the week, Lavender Honey Matcha, and the coconut cream coffee. My kids decided on the mango sorbet and the classic strawberry. Everything was delicious. The coconut cream ice cream had great flavor and texture given that it was non dairy. My wife and I decided on the matcha flavor of the week. It was very refreshing. The strawberry had real chunks of strawberry which is always a treat. My biggest critique is the texture of the ice cream. This stuff seemed very crumbly. I prefer a much more "chewy" or "sticky" ice cream if that makes sense. This stuff was more "dry" and less "creamy". There are some other local shops in the area that make great ice cream exactly how I like it, which is the only reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure this would be my top place for ice cream again. The smallest "one scoop" size is actually nearly two full scoops. Could be a good thing for some, but a kids scoop is always appreciated for my toddlers, especially a a slightly discounted price. That is not an option here. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your treats and lots of to-go options which is always nice. The place was clean and well decorated. It was steadily busy while we visited, indicating that this place is likely here to stay. Overall, worth stopping in if you're in the area. The flavors are unique and tasty and the non-dairy selection is fantastic.

I love watching the people and cars go by in Midtown while enjoying a great meal. We started with drinks. I ordered the Limoncello Spritz, and wow--it was absolutely out of this world! My husband ordered the Chardonnay, and owner Claudio explained that it's made in the traditional Italian style. Instead of being buttery like many California Chardonnays, it's slightly sweeter and very smooth. After trying my cocktail, my husband decided to order a Limoncello Spritz too, and he ended up enjoying it even more than the wine. We skipped the appetizers and salads and went straight to the main event. I ordered the mushroom ravioli, which I had been dreaming about all day. It was light, delicate, and packed with incredible flavor. My husband, who is from New Zealand, chose the lamb chops. They were cooked to perfection, so tender you could cut them with a butter knife. He paired them with the asparagus risotto, which was delicious but a little heavy alongside the lamb. We ended up taking some home, and next time I'd recommend pairing the lamb with a salad instead. To finish, we shared the large ricotta cannoli topped with chocolate chips. It was heavenly, light, creamy, and it practically melted in our mouths. Honestly, every dessert we've had here has been fantastic. Dolce Caffè continues to impress with its authentic Italian flavors, warm hospitality, and wonderful atmosphere. We can't wait for our next visit!

The flavor was tasty though. My husband loved his shrimp tacos. I ordered desserts to go with I'm hoping they are great ! I'll let you know. Ok so here is the final review on the bakery side. We took five different slices of cake and two almond berry cream cups to some friends house for after dinner. They were not impressed. And we tried a bit of each one. I thought the almond cup with fruit had Bavarian cream it was just whipping cream of some sort. So that was disappointing. Then the host, the Husband, after asking what he thought he said an impressive. And it seemed like the cakes were a bit dry. The cheesecake with strawberries on top had an interesting texture. They looked pretty, but the taste was uneventful. So I think I will probably stick to some of the other bakeries in town. They do have fresh breads, though if you're looking for a nice roll or something like that. i'm giving three stars due to the lunch we have. As for the desserts it would've been a two star.

They had all the wonderful pastries you can imagine and although they were good size, they had a lighter texture to them, which I really appreciated and you could tell they were made with care and quality ingredients. They had a berry Brulé pastry that I think was one of the favorites, although I always tend to lean towards the bear claws and almond croissant. The almond croissant was a yummy buttery almond flavor but was just a bit over browned on the edges for my taste. The bear claw was soft and tasty. It also had apples in it, which made it sort of a mix of a bear claw apple fritter, but was tasty all the same. We also got one of the blueberry cheese danishes that was very good as well and the morning bun -- this was a good size cinnamon roll sugared treat that was so soft and amazing! I would have to say I would go straight for this next time. We also tried two espresso drinks- a latte and a mocha and both were excellent! Looking further at the menu- I see that they have several lunch entrees, quiches and breakfast sandwiches all for very affordable pricing. AND- homemade cakes! that I will be trying in the future for some family birthdays, which I am so happy to see that someone in the area is making fresh homemade cakes near us. If you haven't tried wheatberry out, I highly suggest suggest it - their fresh ingredients and homemade quality will win you over for sure and this bakery is a much needed Welcome addition to our Neighbourhood!

I bought 2 cupcakes and 2 cookies to go. Cost was $14 so on par which prices around town. My friend enjoyed her cookies on the way home. I later tried the biscoff cupcake that was in the sense of the dense batter, small filing (not too much), a little much frosting for me but looked very nice presentation wise.
