Very personable in the store. The kiosk was not working so they just took our order. The brownie one is a dollar extra. The cookies they have out on display look like they have been there for days. To crumble cookie of north stafford: I know I've had a rocky relationship with cookies, it's been a love hate relationship between you and me, and when I heard crumbled cookies was opening a store in town I didn't know what was the concept about, but as an experienced eater with specialty in sweets ( because I've been eating sweets since a was a little boy) lol, I vaguely look it up online and read about it and between professionally taken pictures and hype of people excited about it being open next door to us I think I over hyped it myself. So let's talk cookies , where they delicious? Yes Was the size proportional to the price? I don't think so , at about $5 dollars a cookie, I was expecting a bigger portion as is advertised in their website and app as an over size gourmet cookie, Service was good no issues there I placed my order on the app and make a mistake in the pickup time and call in the store an the answer me right the way and there was not issues tending to my request to rearrange the pick up time. Ambiance was nice not that busy and place was immaculately clean everything seems to be in place and of course the place smell like cookie heaven. Ps. If it wasn't by the $/size of cookie equation not given it's tru value I would have given it a 5 star. read more

Updating my review from my previous review.. I got box of four cookies and a box of single cookie today. First off customer service lackluster as compared to last time. About cookies, they're nice but one thing that I noticed was there is always this bitter taste of excessive baking soda, I hope baker can taste that and be able to revise their recipes a little bit, to make these cookies truly heavenly. read more

Best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! I'm hooked on this place and they are my go -to when I have to bring a dessert or gift.

The cookies were Delicious and the flavor variety was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Let me start by saying that I've been a fan of Crumbl since they first came to the DMV. I was thrilled when they opened a location in Fredericksburg and completely floored when we finally got one in Stafford. Now on to my criticism. I have no complaints with the cookies so miss me with the underbaked cookie slander. I am more upset with the fact that I can place an order in the app for a cookie and then upon arrival find out that the cookie is "out of stock" or the next set is baking. I completely understand wanting to serve walk-in customers but too often I find myself having to wait for cookies or get a "replacement" because a cookie that I ordered in advance online through the app was subsequently sold to a walk-in. Not sure who needs to fix this but when I order I expect to pick up what I ordered or be properly compensated for the wait that has taken at times up to an hour. Walk-ins typically don't know what they want or how to order and it's frustrating to be penalized for being a frequent customer. read more

Love this place!! Staff is so friendly and the place is hospital clean. Cost. Folks, this is not your normal cookie that comes with a happy meal. The cookies are big. Like you can split it with 4 people big. Ingredients, you can tell they put great care into making the cookies for you. Cost vs. quality. Good is not cheap and cheap is not good. The cookie was good. Not the best I've ever had, but good enough to satisfy a craving. However, the experience left me emotionally scarred. The level of douchiness involved in getting this cookie is off the chart. They put every cookie in a little pink box and present it to you as if you were at Tiffany's buying jewelry, and ask you if it's okay. It's a cookie! I stopped in Saturday 4/19, just after noon and ordered a cookie. A young woman tapped on the screen and turned it around. I asked what I owed and she tapped the screen again. it seems I was suppose to give her a tip. the lowest choice was $2 and I believe it went up to $10. I said, "No, " and she tapped the screen again. I guess she was telling me to choose so I chose No Thanks, and again asked what I owed. back to screen tapping. it seems I had to give a name for when they called my order. after that it asked for an email, I believe. I gave a name, refused the email. She flipped the screen over and back again so I asked what I owed. she tapped and I asked again. THEN she spoke and gave me a price of $5 plus. I paid, took the cookie and left. perhaps I would have given a tip if she had spoke, smiled or maybe greeted me. She just tapped and pouted and expected a tip that was a minimum of 40% of my purchase. I doubt I will return though the cookie was good. read more
