Had some freebies coming due to prior purchases. We made the following choices: Blueberry Cheesecake; Snickerdoodle; and Milk Chocolate Chip. The Blueberry Cheesecake and Snickerdoodle were the tops of our choices. If you asked someone else in the household, the Blueberry Cheesecake and Milk Chocolate Chip were her faves. In and out in no time at 9pm on a Friday night was nice. Still say Crumbl cookies are not baked long enough in my opinion, but they do have some tasty choices. read more

. We walked in to redeem a birthday cookie. As soon as we walked in, no one made eye contact with us or greeted us. They were clearly aware we were there, but chose to ignore us and not communicate at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were distracted talking to each other, so I waited until they finally made eye contact. The entire situation felt extremely awkward, as they acted as if we weren't supposed to be there. We eventually asked if we were supposed to use the self-checkout instead of being helped, because no one came to the checkout area whatsoever. When we asked for help, all of the employees looked at each other and then looked toward the woman wearing the hat. She came over, scanned the barcode for the cookie, and that was it. She made no effort to be friendly or helpful and instead seemed annoyed the entire time. Honestly, all of them seemed annoyed. When I decided to speak up and tell them that their behavior was extremely rude, they looked at each other and smiled. I don't understand that response. We were not rude, we were not causing any trouble, and we were not an inconvenience. Yet we were treated as if we were doing something wrong or being "Karens." No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, and I genuinely hope the store addresses this behavior with their employees. read more

First time Crumbler, here‽ I had to find out what's the rave all about... and now I know. Crumbl Cookies are delicious (in moderations, lol.) I love how they present the final presentation of your selection of cookies. The service was quick and the cookies was warm. The atmosphere resembles a conventional kitchen or Food network style kitchen. I'll definitely give them another try for 1 crumble cookie per visit, lol. read more

They will never have to worry about me ordering again. I thought I would give them another chance. It was even worse this time. The cookies are undercooked to the point of almost being inedible.. Also,, they could've just dumped a bunch of chocolate in the box because there's hardly any cookie to go with the chocolate chips. With the automatic $8.25 delivery fee +2 dollar tip direction, the plus $10 for delivery was ridiculous particularly how it was delivered this time. The app gave an option for the box to be handed to me. I gave directions to the location the whole time. The box of cookies were left on a bench outside of a business office with no one around and definitely not safely placed. The driver texted back "contactless delivery". That's not what the app said and I did not miss the flippant "you can call corporate, have a nice day ". I don't know if it's just this location, but this was a horrible experience, and I will not be ordering again. I suggest you do so at your own risk. read more

I know you just opened in this area but I hope you step your game up. Ordered cookies to be delivered on the seventh of November. It was my husband's birthday.We've had these cookies in Cincinnati and Charlotte and he loves them. Ordered the cookies via their app for the seventh the app said they would be delivered on the ninth. Called the store to ask if they could be delivered sooner was told delivered didn't start until the ninth. Asked if I could pick them up, was told they didn't have cookies due to a few large orders placed. Door Dash delivered the cookies this morning, the ninth, left them on the porch never ringing the bell, not Crumble's fault, but what is Crumble's fault is sending them out in a box unsealed by a delivery service who could care less. I love these cake like cookies. Not too sweet just right served warm. I bought a four pack for about 15$ two lemon blueberry,(sorry no pic we devoured the cookies before I thought to take the picture) a pumpkin cake (half eaten), and hazelnut sea salt . I tried these in Columbus a couple of years ago so was excited to see we were getting one here. The first time I went they were out of everything except chocolate chip so I got it but it was not fresh. Today I ordered two cookies. One was the cinnamon bun flavor... not only was there no cinnamon flavor but it was completely uncooked in the middle. I tried some in the car and thought it was soft but when I got home in the light I saw it was raw. I threw it out. What a waste of time and money. And as a side note there were about ten teenage girls working In there but still a line of people waiting for their cookies. Not impressed and won't go back. I want to leave a review about the cookies, but I never had the opportunity to try them. We were really excited about the empty store because every time we drive by the line is out the door - As we were trying to figure out the order kiosk, one of the employees was walking all over the kitchen coughing and not just a cough, a really terrible flu-like cough and she continues to cough and cough the entire time we are there, not covering her face or even trying not to contaminate everything - she appeared to be a manager because she was older than the rest of the employees - so we left - if that is how they are acting around customers, I can't imagine what other areas of food prep are being neglected - read more

We bought some cookies here on Fat Tuesday because we were looking for an alternative to paczki. We got a 4 pack and they were wonderful. The place was well staffed and the service was prompt. But it almost didn't happen because of the reviews here. I read them when my husband was on his way to this location and told him not go. Luckily, he ignored me like he usually does (haha) and went anyway. I'm so glad he did. He had a conversation with the manager about the negative reviews and he said that they had some initial glitches coming out of the gate but they seemed to have them worked out now and we would highly recommend that you take a chance on this Crumbl and treat yourself to some of their yummy cookies. read more

The cookies are my favorite, but employees neled to act like they enjoy their job. No one greeted us when we came in, in fact there was no one up front to even help take our order, when they finally came up, it looked like we interrupted her, asking if we were paying with cash/card. She took our order with a pissed off look the whole time. Then while we were paying she took at tub of cookie dough and slammed it on the table behind her. Bad service aside...worst I ever had in a bakery store. The cookies start at $4.95 and the request for tips starts at $2. Even the check-out is self-serve but they request $2 tip...for what? I love sugar cookies so I ordered a frosted sugar cookie. The cookie was cold, hard and big. I asked them if they could cut it in half. They handed me a little plastic knife that I could barely get through the cookie. The cookie tasted like Crisco or for those who don't know or remember Crisco...pure lard. Tried to stop in & get my daughter cookies for a treat a week ago in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. Was greeted at the door to be told their "system" was down with no idea when they'd be up and running. Tried to order 4 cookies for pick up early afternoon 1 week later through the app. App stated earliest available time to pick up cookies would be on 11/21....in 1 week.
