The cookies are really good but the service today was not. There were 9-10 people working at the time I went in. No one acknowledged me and I waited almost 2 minutes for someone to approach me. I was told to order on the kiosk, no signage stating that's how you order. While I was putting in my order a couple more workers came in the front door and one of them had friends following behind him. He went around the counter and proceeded to pack up a box of cookies for his friends. I didn't see an exchange of payment. I don't know why I didn't get personal service. The worker that boxed up my cookies closed the lid on one of them, cutting off an eighth of the cookie. The top of the box was greasy from being handled with greasy gloves. This was the worst customer service I've ever seen. I work for target and our drive-ups at minimum take as long as a minute. So tell me how I sat for my cookies for 30 minutes? With their employees constantly asking us to confirm our order. Where's the prep? 30 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for cookies. I had to stop by after I heard this was a place only selling cookies. I stopped in on a Friday night at about 8:30 pm and the place was hopping. Not gonna lie, first thing I noticed were the prices. $12.00 for four cookies? I almost walked right out, but I thought these cookies must be off the chain. I went with chocolate chip, hazelnut chocolate, Oreo, and coconut cream. My cookies were ready in about three minutes and they were hand delivered to me in a huge pink box. I'm not kidding, these four cookies weighed like 7 pounds. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating for effect, but you get the picture. Anyway, I sampled all four promptly upon returning home and while they were all delicious, they were all also incredibly sweet and very dense. Yes, a cookie is supposed to be seeet, I hear you. The lobby is always chaos because it's always busy, the employees don't greet or talk to anybody or try to help out with whats going on in the lobby. Seems like there is a bunch of kids working who don't know how to talk to people. I'm not a big fan of hype. When this place first opened, I heard good things but never got around to it. My thinking is "it's just a cookie", and I had plenty in my life. That is until I had some. Good lawd they got some good ones, most likely the best ones I've had in my life. The cool thing is, they change cookies weekly. My go to is the chocolate chip which they always have on the menu and I am cool with that. I think the price is really fair for the size and quality. I have visited this location twice. The first time I purchased 4 cookies. They were all undercooked, but it was the first week they were open so I decided to give them another try. They do have rotating cookies and a fun variety. I returned to purchase another 4 pack of cookies. I waited at the register for 15 minutes while 4 ladies worked in front of me. One lady was scooping dough and very unpleasant She even yelled "welcome to my life." All while I stand waiting to place my order. There are now 6 people behind me and I have to get my daughter from school. I ask "can someone please take my order and I will come back, I really need to get my daughter from school." This finally gets my order taken, but then I have to make a trip back to pick up the cookies. When I get the cookies all but one is undercooked. Somehow I believe they have mistaken soft for raw. You can't even hold one of the cookies without it breaking it is so raw. Not al all acceptable for a $3.50 cookie. Bad service, undercooked cookies and an extra trip for pricey cookies. read more

My friend said we had to go by bcs it was amazing. We stopped in and got a friendly and enthusiastic greeting. My friend got a box or 4. I got 1 chocolate chip. Best cookie I have ever had. I cookie is large and dessert size. My friend shared her box with her family and loved them all. I have had cookies delivered about 4 times in the past couple of weeks, and the delivery has been at least an hour late every time. If your going to give a time range for delivery, make it accurate. First of all. The service, was bad. Like not rude bad but a cluster and BAD. A young girl was told 20 minutes for a cookies and cream cookie. By the time we walked in she had been there a hour and a half. We ourselves were told 20 minutes after 35 minutes we asked how much longer since there was probably 20 more people waiting and nobody had said anything. They said idk and did a shrug then said we could change one out. But they never offered anything(maybe a free cookie, we saw one employee throw out 10+ cookies out) or even an apology. I really like this place mostly because many of the cookies change each week. The Oreo and basic sugar cookie are absolutely amazing, as is the chocolate cake cookie and peanut butter cup, most of the other flavors are pretty good as well, (that I have tried) but the chocolate chip cookie is simply awful, it's big and looks impressive, but has zero flavor. I've actually tried the cc three times hoping I was wrong, but honestly it is the worst chocolate chip Cookie I've ever had, and that includes the likes of chips ahoy and tube cookies. read more
