You really can't go wrong with their delicious flagship chocolate chip cookies: served warm, with a soft, chewy texture, and gooey, melted chocolate. I thought that some of their weekly flavors left a bit to be desired. They're not at all bad, mind you, but when pitted against the almighty chocolate chip, it's easy to pale in comparison. I absolutely love Crumbl, when done right. Unfortunately this location frequently falls flat. From poor customer service and dirty counters, to poor quality (undercooked cookies, cookies packaged on top of each other ruining their toppings, missing toppings) and packaging (boxes covered in chocolate on the outside making a mess of hands and anything you set it on). And the worst is that, when these concerns were brought up to the store, no one cared. Short staffing is not the issue, as I counted more that 10 employees in the shop. In the end, if you want a great Crumbl experience, avoid this store. read more

The staff here are fast and friendly! The cookies are ready to order! The staff are always making more dough in front of the shoppers. They cookies come out warm and soft like cookies should!! Some even melt in your mouth. They always have chocolate chip and sugar but then have week rotating flavors. Current favorite is their Nutella cookie! Huge cookies, and tasty. My kids loved them. It was to order online ( they have an app) and the delivery driver was nice too.

These are so yummy! I never have to wait too long. I love that the flavors change but I can always get the signature sugar cookie.

Cookies are amazing but the staff are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. Such an unpleasant environment. It was loud with the music (which is fine) and the sounds from the cookies being made - the employee asked me to write down my name and I said "Write my name?" to make sure I heard correctly and she responded, rude as hell, "You don't know your own name?".... TF?!... They only gave me one of my two preordered boxes and instead of trying to help solve the problem they all just looked at me like I was a complete moron and had me pay for the second box that had already been paid for. Talked to someone on the phone that night who said I could pick up the box in the morning since I paid for 3 but only got 2 (he was helpful and took the time to help me but I didn't get his name). Come in the next morning and none of the people knew what I was talking about, couldn't have been less interested or less friendly about helping me, and still kept treating me like I was stupid. They couldn't find my orders so I ended up pulling up the app on my phone to show them what I was talking about and even then they couldn't have seemed more annoyed with me... The one thing a mediocre cookie DOESN'T need is 10 tons of super sweet frosting. I'm not sure I could even taste the cookie, because all my husband and I could focus on was the sound of cavities forming. We sampled a few flavors, and the only one I was even able to swallow was the red velvet, mainly because there was something else in the frosting besides sugar. The cookie crumb was fantastic, and since I love a good soft cookie, that was amazing. But there was just no FLAVOR to the dough. I'm going to stick with making my own cookies from now on. Great cookies! This place is close to the Denver Premium Outlets, so we always make a stop when we go there. They change their menu every week or so and have some interesting flavors. However, the chilled sugar cookie will always be my favorite. I am a simple girl! You can see the employees making the cookies and icing them individually as you order them which can take some time depending on how many people have ordered ahead of you. My first experience with Crumbl was their cookie delivery, which was ordered one night on a total whim-craving. The cookies were, as promised, delivered in a fun pink box, warm and delicious. The temperature and the consistency were absolutely perfect; it was like a flippin' cookie commercial. However, the cookies were very salty and almost bland. I think part of the problem is that they use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet, which is definitely a personal thing, but I would hope that maybe this is something they would offer in the future. Dark chocolate or semi-sweet as a choice would make this an absolute addiction. I stopped in to grab another cookie one afternoon to give them another try, and I'm glad I did. The Sugar Cookie with pink frosting is absolutely delicious; perfectly textured, perfectly sweet. The frosting is to die for. My friends had the lemon glaze and loved it. In conclusion, I am very glad that they are in my neck of the woods, but I would love them a thousand times more if they just offered dark or semi-sweet as a choice for their chocolate chip cookies. read more

I went to Crumbl the other day for the first time with a friend of mine and it was awesome. So I decided to order cookies to be delivered this evening for my boss to give to her tomorrow which is her last day at our location. You go online to place your order then they deliver the cookies to your house. Everything went well with all of that. I get the cookies delivered and the cookies were not up to par. I asked for a bow and a note to be attached which I paid extra for and it didn't make it on the order. The delivery guy was super nice and offered to bring me a new box of cookies. I felt bad because it was late. So I called the store back and told them of my disappointment. The manager himself delivered to me a whole new box exactly what I had originally ordered and refunded me my money and told me to keep the other cookies that were delivered previously that were not correct. I thought this was superb customer service and I just wanted to give them a big shout out to thank Tanner the owner for extending his kindness to make this right. I will definitely be back and refer people to go to Crumbl. The cookies are amazing and so is the customer service. Thanks again Tanner for your kindness and the extra cookies. Much appreciated. stopped in on a busy Friday eve about 8p. bright. clean looking. person behind counter friendly enough. i have never been to a Crumble (or even heard if it) and I wish the person had explained a bit more. the cookie's are very large and I could buy 4 for about $12. The box (long and pink) was appealing and we had a long drive ahead of us so why not? I chose red velvet, peanut butter brownie, cookies and cream and "chilled" sugar cookie. I asked what the "chilled" part means and the person. mumbled something about the cookie being cold. makes sense. when i opened the box about 25 min later in the car- i was so disappointed to find that the 3 no -chilled cookies were warm (?) like they had been heated before putting in the box. and the "chilled" one...not chilled. the warm peanut butter brownie had slid into the the cookies and cream and was a huge mess. the cookies were tasty enough. texture on all very good. but... why would you put a chilled cookie next to 3 warm ones?? my guess is that this is NOT how any corporate person envisioned the delivery and execution failed at the counter level. overall, massive disappointment that I did not get a $12 cookie experience. but if I was to try again, at least i would know what to ask for. read more

Im giving 5 stars for customer service. I unfortunately, very sadly, didn't get to try the cookies yet. I was craving something sweet but not in the mood to go anywhere to get something, I then remembered I saw that Crumbl delivers to my place. I placed an order and it said it would be about an hour. I got a call maybe 30 mins into waiting and the delivery driver explained they were really busy (I could hear in the background they were poppin over there) so it would be a little longer wait. I was totally cool with it and thankful that took the time to call and let me know what was going on. At about an hour in she called again and said that they were even busier now and apologized profusely. I told her I completely understand and they could just cancel my order and I can try again on a week day. I really wish I would've gotten her name she was super friendly and polite. Even though I didn't get my sweet fix tonight I will for sure try this place really soon just due to the awesome customer service she gave. read more
