I hate giving out bad reviews but I was appalled by the service I was given today. There was 1 other customer in the store and I wanted to ask about there free cookie for birthdays. We waited for someone to help us at the front for 10 minutes just to not get a free cookie on my birthday :(. They said that we had to be a silver tier member (which my boyfriend was) but since he was the member, it had to be his birthday. Note-- it was his birthday and we passed by crumbl before but they were closed. Just sad we couldn't get any cookie for both of our birthdays this year. I love Crumbl. Their cookies are always soft and delicious. Depending on who's at the front, you'll either get "friendly" or "cold" workers, which could deter you. I really wanted to try the Chips Ahoy "Blue Monster", which was really good. It's always bright indoors and service is quick when we go. read more

Waited 40mins of terrible service. They completely ignored me, and when I got my brownie it was smaller than the mini when I ordered it as a regular large. Worker explained they are smaller because of the trays but they making excuse so they can make MORE portions( QUANTITY OVER QUALITY). Vallejo location just is always a disappointment!!! . I've been to many other locations and this particular store can't get it together. There is no professionalism by employees, things are messy and not done properly. The only thing the store does is stay consistently sloppy. The cookies are messy and do not look like the menu, The box is always covered in some sort of frosting or chocolate, just dirty presentation, and the employees just let you stand there without anyone even making eye contact with you or acknowledging you, just again very half assed! it's just honestly probably the worst crumble I've ever been to. And it's not like these are cheap cookies so I'm paying full price for an expensive cookie to not be what other locations are like. all in all it's a terrible location. I would never recommend Vallejo location. read more

Consistently good cookies! I love the texture and the fact that they are soft and warm! Sometimes the flavors are a little adventurous but I'm a chocolate chip faithful. Also there's a couple Carmel and salted ones I love too although I forget the name. They're also super supportive to our community. They've done fundraisers contributing my daughter's school and also at our local GVRD parks. The staff is friendly and the gentleman at our parks was really nice, my only complaint is I wish they're open later as we have actually taken a late night trip to the one in concord. read more
