This cookie store sells only 6 cookies NOTHING else BUT they are always out of cookies! 3 people standing around, soon as I walk in they say only 2 cookies available. This is my 3rd time today and they still "ran out". They don't make enough cookies when that's literally all they sell, just standing around getting paid to greet people. Vallejo needs to step it up, I parked outside watching multiple people walk in and out with nothing because they don't have anything. Close down the shop, stop wasting our time coming here. read more

Quick and friendly service. Place is clean. Hygienic food handling as well. I've visited other Crumbl branches and the Vallejo branch is one of them I keep going back to. One very undesirable branch (because of food handling issues I personally witnessed) is the one in Concord. Go to Vallejo instead, or another branch. read more

I love going to this store. They usually always are freshly made batches of cookies. Once you walk in it's smells fresh and the team members make you feel welcomed. They don't like the customers waiting too long from my experience. Last time I waited longer than what I've ever waited and they gave me a complimentary coupon for a free cookie. Staff ignores you while they joke around & grabass & the female giving you weird looks. Floors are filthy. Garbage cans are gross. Kitchen area has stuff dripping off the metal tables, looks messy. Not my usual experience at a Crumbl. It's only noon, these floors and garbage cans & things clearly havent been cleaned in DAYS, if not much longer. Wont come back to this location. I have only been to the one in Brentwood once and I use to go to the one in concord . Until the Berkeley one opened now that's were I use gi gi and it wasn't that far. Except for the berk one has bad parking and a one way street. So I would usually try to go to the Vallejo one because it's not so busy with people and it's a big plaza, only thing is going over the bridge.But there fast too and don't sell out as much as berkeley. read more

I ended up having to work on a refund through DoorDash. Left empty handed. And had to ask for my customer service. I can't believe this place. First and last time ordering at this location. Cookies are good, but the sanitation in the store is not. The staff are not wearing an apron which i highly suggest because one of the staff members shirt was super smudged, the floor is dirty, staff does not change their gloves frequently. I have gotten a box that had so much chocolate residue on it due to the employees not frequently changing gloves and the chocolate from their gloves went onto the box. As a person who works in the food industry... this place is unsanitary. I witnessed box had fallen to the ground and were being still used for costumers. read more

As I headed to my mani/pedi appointment I noticed a line of approx 7 persons outside of a place called crimbl.. once seated I googled it to see what the demand was all about. Pictured were some of the most delicious looking cookies ever.I'm not a line waiter, but I said if when I'm done there's no line I will check it out. Sure enough, I go in I discover you place your order pay all on the iPad, the crinbl cookie person calls your number and you are good to go. So I get home with my 20 box of cookies get a glass of cold milk it's game time! I was not pleased with the texture of the cookie at all. It was like biting into a huge half baked ball of dough. You can often salvage the edges in these instances.. that wasn't even an option. Huge disappointment and at 5 bucks per cookie you expect a certain level of delicious satisfaction. It's a no for me. I was so excited about the banana pudding this week. I ordered from the app the day before because I've noticed of i order on the first day it's normally sold out. My pickup time was 9 am I thought great I can pickup first thing. Well that wasn't the case, I was told that my order is not ready, I asked what time would it be ready. I was told an hour okay, I came back an hour later... and yes still not ready.. now I am frustrated. I can't keep coming back. My husband offered to pickup at noon. I was also given free cookie coupons but Vallejo Crumbl DO BETTER! Many Vallejo restaurants or food service have a reputation of not providing the best or even good service or communication. In comparison to the Fairfield location its night and day, please do better I will say that the young man did provide me with the cookie coupons I appreciate that but my time was wasted prior to him getting there and a refund would not provide that back read more

Extremely delicious sweet treats. Most delicious cookies, pastries and desserts I ever had.

So far I've come to this location a couple of times and have been happy with the service as I come and go from purchasing through the app. The couple of times I've come in I tell them my name and they grab the cookies and show me to make sure everything is correct. Most recently I remember some frosting got onto the box and they simply changed to another one and cleaned up the box a bit from the frosting. Something they went out of their way to do that they really didn't need to. (I didn't mind as the employee apologized about it) But hey very presentable! Well that is until today. This afternoon came to pick an order up, I go in and tell the employee I'm here to pick up an order and proceeds to pick up the boxes. She hands them to me. I wait as I was thinking she was going to set it down and open to make sure all were correct. Nope not at all. Is it me? I swear I've been to other locations and they have done what I explained above. This was a first as I made a face, smiled and left. Did not care for this employee's attitude, her lack of customer service, and petty vibes as I hear her say something as I left. Hope you have a great day as well. Never been a sugar cookie lover but these are the exception. Unless the flavor calls for it, they're never too sweet. Whenever I'm in Concord I'll stop by to get some for the fams and they never disappoint. We like some flavors over others but they're never bad. Sims people think it's overrated, but I've never liked sugar cookies until now so it's def worth it read more

Update from 2 stars to 4. If you want to get the cookies and not walking in from them being sold out go early in the morning like every bakery I feel like that makes sense.
