the cookies a very good, some weeks are better than others depending on what you like and what your taste preferences are but almost all the cookies are good. Some are great. I've only had a couple that were not great but it was just the type of cookie not anything. The staff did. They are very friendly and immediately will greet you. Ask if you need help they answer your questions. when you walk in, it is very clean. The lighting is great. You can see the kitchen and what they're doing. It's very open concept. It is also very easy to order using their little kiosk. The only time I might order at the front is if I have questions about the cookies, but I typically look at the cookies for the week on the app to see what they have and read about them and look at the reviews because when you're spending that kind of money on a cookie you want to make sure it's a good cookie highly recommend! read more

Always quick and easy to run in order your cookies & pay. By then they are calling your name & showing you your cookies & making sure they look they way you want. Always friendly and if course the cookies are great especially if you eat them while they are still warm! Some cookies offered are supposed to be eaten cold but still great! read more
