The cookies are delicious but the service of the staff absolutely bad. I came to pick up my order and everyone ignored me. I tried to talk to them and they turned their backs on me. They look and they don't want to attend to anyone. The atmosphere there is very bad. It seems that everyone is mean and angry that they have nothing of kindness. It's sad to see a place that had great cookies become so mediocre. All of the cookies were slightly thicker than a wafer, which is by far a significant change from the thick, plump cookies they use to sell. The layer of frosting was thicker than the cookie itself. The cookies were overly sweet, too sweet to eat. The cookies base was not properly creamed, so each bite was globs of granulated sugar. The cookies were undercooked as well. This has been consistently the case each time I have gone over the last year. I orders the Snickers, raspberry and chocolate chip. Every time I come to this location, I have a hefty wait. Today, I ordered about 5 hours in advance and they still didn't have all the cookies I requested by the time I picked up. Stopped by here today as a last minute decision. I only wanted to try the cannoli cookie, as you can see I ended up with the peanut butter, strawberry crumble and a cookies & cream. The cookies here are fairly consistent regarding taste, appearance is another story. It really depends on who's working. You can tell like any other place, some enjoy what they do others are just "doing" it. The staff varies, sometimes they greet other times they may not and the establishment is usually clean with the exception of the floor at times. Overall, it's pretty darn good. At one time it was an every weekend treat but we had to stop that... Lol! There was a line when I walked in. At the counter they have tablets where you place your orders. It would be nice if they an employee take your orders so there could be two lines. I order the strawberry butter cookie which was really good. When you walk in you can see the employees prepping the cookies. It was nice inside. They have area where you stand to wait for your order. Special request to separate the peanut butter cookies due to a peanut allergy. Received my order- 1 box- opened it - Reese's PB cookies were layered in with the other cookies. Glad i caught this! I'm so glad I ordered my cookie's ONLINE from the app! When we arrived 20 mins after our quoted time, we checked in and by passed that crazy line. 4 stars just for that! ;))) I guess Crumble Cookies was worth the hype. My nephews been wanting to try them ever since I mentioned them to them. This weeks menu consisted of the chocolate chip, nilla bean, strawberry crunch, peanut butter, pink sugar cookie and a cornbread flavor. We opted for one of each minus the cornbread flavor. And of course I had to get one of those cookie cutters. Which was awesome as it cut the cookies in 4 little pieces and it's the perfect serving to taste each flavor... My nephews called 10/10...for all the flavors they tried. hahahaaa!! My favorite was the peanut butter and jelly cookie. All the cookies were so soft, moist and delicious...Huge cookies, perfect for sharing. Staff was friendly and also kudos to them for accommodating my cookie swap because my nephews didn't want to try the cornbread flavor and I originally ordered...we asked if they could just swap it out for my order and add another "nilla bean cookie & they did with a smile...despite that crazy line of customers they had at 7:40pm. So it's 5 stars from me, it is! Anything that makes my nephews happy I'm here for it. And I'm sure they are going to be asking to venture back over here with their next visit. First and foremost the size of these cookies are gigantic. That being said, they're also pretty pricey. They have a pretty solid rewards program and they also give away a free cookie on your birthday, so I would definitely look into that if you're interested in checking them out. At risk of offending the fanbase, I do feel as though Crumbl Cookie is a bit overrated. I think their cookies are pretty good and offers a fresh take on some classic flavors, but a lot of their icing and flavors feels a bit overpowering at times (too sweet/too rich, etc). I definitely think it's worth the experience if you haven't tried before. But, I would say it's worth considering sharing with someone or risk having one gnarly sugar crash. read more

Finally made it to Crumbl Cookies! I wanted to see what the hype was about because every time I drive by the line is out the door. I went during the day on a weekday so it was not crowded at all. I ordered using the kiosk. The staff wasn't too friendly. I said hello no one responded back. The store itself was clean and smelled like cookies. I ordered 6 cookies. Great cookies, but poor service. It was around 9:30 pm when we arrived to crumbl, only to find out that they ran out of cookies. They put up a sign to come back at 10pm for a fresh batch. My question is: Why were the cookies not being baked as they sold the cookies? Although they opened at 10pm, not all of the cookies were in stock yet. But the staff seemed extra tired, but were still diligent in their work. Perhaps it's poor management? Despite the management, they can still take my money for the delicious cookies I get from here. First time trying a Crumbl anywhere, and I actually kind of enjoyed it. I heard very mixed reviews about the cookies; they're either worth the price to some people or they're totally not. I personally feel they're a tad overpriced, but they are good and better than a basic cookie. At this location, while they weren't overly busy at the time I was in, they were friendly, fast and it was clean and smelled delicious inside. They explained the options and I settled on a basic Chocolate Chip. It was as good as I could have imagined, but yes, maybe slightly overpriced. If I lived near a Crumbl location, I'm not sure how often I'd frequent them due to the cost, but I would definitely have them as an occasional treat or for someone's birthday or an occasion. I'm looking forward to trying other flavours at some point soon. read more

This location is a hit or miss. I've been here 3x and 2/3x's the cookie was spot on. The most recent time I went I received mushy, practically inedible, mini cookies. Super disappointed bc bc they're already expensive and you run the risk of not liking a flavor. But the undercooked cookies were just... gross. The employees are also completely swamped at all times so it's annoying, I don't want to bother them and they probably don't want to be bothered. This location, and perhaps all Crumbl locations (?), do not have napkins or forks to offer. It's weird. My mushy cookies came in a box and chocolate transferred from the employees hand to my box and i couldn't clean it up. Also, how cheap?! No napkins? I took off 1 star for the mushy cookies, a half a star for customer support not fully addressing the issue, and another half star for what is likely poor management. It's not the employees fault. They're dealing w what they're given. I emailed the store about my order but never heard back. We rly shouldn't be placing orders in advance, checking in, and waiting another 30mins for the order. It defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. And the cookies aren't left out with names, which i get in a way (theft) but it's inconvenient bc you have to have an employee look through all the unclaimed boxes. Warm cookies aren't always warm. I think as Crumbl continues to expand this location will need to step up if they want to keep up. Looking at the reviews it appears they're aware of and haven't improved many of their issues. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a super high turnover rate. read more

Customer service here was good. You can either order at an indoor kiosk or go up to the counter. One cookie is 4.95 and a 4 pack is almost 16. The flavors change weekly. You can sign up to earn points using your phone number if you would like. We came on a Saturday night at 10:30 and waited about 5 minutes to get our orders - cookies were warm and fresh. The employee open the box before giving them to you so you can ensure your order is correct which was a nice touch. Everyone in our group enjoyed cutting the cookies and trying the flavors - will definitely go again when I'm town. read more

All the rave is "Crumbl Cookies". Here is what I think: Customer service: Awesome Cookie selection: it's good BUT they run out of cookies often. Who runs out of Chocolate Chip, and Snicker Doodle, and sugar cookies? Crumbl cookies does. Flavor: not bad but definitely not great. I like the cookies but not enough to rush back and give anything above three stars. I would recommend people try it out. I finally got a chance to sample Crumbl Cookies to see what all the hype was about! Usually, the line is literally out the door like they're giving away free food, so I've always bypassed it. However, on this day, I was delighted to see that the shop was reasonably full and I was able to actually walk in and place my order. A tip from a newbie like myself, go to the far right...that's the line to place your order. The open space on the left is for those who are waiting to pick-up their cookie orders. With the menu changing weekly and the popular staples you're familiar with that are there every week, you have a nice variety to choose from...they even sell pints of ice cream. (Wink Wink) I didn't find the staff to be that friendly, at least the cashier or the person speaking out the names for the cookie pick-up, but oh well. I placed my order and joined their loyalty rewards program and stepped to the left to await my cookies. Some cookies are served warm and some are served chilled. Make sure to pay attention for your name, because they don't call your name loudly, but they do go in order of purchase. On this day, everything moved rather quickly, so I was in and out in a flash. Crumbl has an app, so you can order prior to entering for easy pick-up or you can utilize their curbside pick-up option. I ordered the chocolate chip, brownie cookie, pink velvet, and sugar cookie with frosting. The verdict is in...theses are some BOMB cookies! Ooey & Gooey, big, dense, and delicious! I haven't been to Crumbl in a while. The last time I visited, they took orders at the checkout counter. Now, there's a self-checkout kiosk. Despite customers standing around for extended periods, none of the staff informed them to use the kiosks. I noticed this happening repeatedly as new customers arrived; no one said anything, and the staff continued assembling poorly made cookies. When my order was finally ready, the staff member closed the box before I could even reach the counter. It looks like they bake the cookies fresh for every order, so it took maybe ten minutes for my cookies to be ready. They have different cookies every day, so I'm not sure if there's a way to know ahead of time what flavors are being sold on a specific day. There were about six or eight different cookies on the menu that Friday. I ended up choosing their carrot cake and the chocolate chip cookie. They were huge! One thing I love about these cookies is that they are very doughy, so they are soft and pretty thick. The carrot cake cookie was topped with cream cheese icing and walnuts, so it had similarities to a cupcake. The chocolate chip cookie was filled with so many chocolate chips, and it was super moist. My faves are the original chocolate chip, and Rice Krispies treat but I'll make those at home going forward! This time I am trying the Peanut butter, Brownie and Double Chocolate chip. I would avoid the Sugar butter- too bland and not of equal size as the others. I'm also not a fan of icing on cookies. I would consider the cookies and cream underwhelming. So imagine my excitement when I found out that a Crumbl location opened up in Waugh Chapel! When I arrived, there was a line out the door. When I finally got the chance to place my order, I got four cookies. The cookies are a little pricey but they're also pretty big. I could only eat half a cookie at a time. Nevertheless, all the cookies were tasty. They have a soft, cakey texture which I like although a crispy edge wouldn't hurt. Crumbl has a menu that changes weekly so I'd love to go back and try some of their other flavors.
