I've been to several crumbl cookie locations. I came here on a Friday around 430. I had to order online and then waited over half an hour for one cookie. The place inside was packed and you could feel the tension inside. I only ordered one cookie and it was not fun wait I g inside. The guy said if they call your name and you aren't there, they would go on the next orders. So it was super crammed in there with everyone just like where are my cookies!! I have not been a huge fan of crumbl cookies but never wrote a review. After this incident I had to write a review. We will be back because my wife loves these cookies but I wouldn't order a Friday afternoon after school. All the kids are here and so are a bunch of adults. read more

My manager put me on to this place just a few weeks ago and I've been obsessed ever since. Found a location just 7 miles away from me and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. The Clarksville, MD location was quite busy at 10:45am, which I saw as a good sign! This was my very first time in-store, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise to see the team behind the half-glass wall measuring, mixing and baking the ingredients before our very eyes. It was really cool to watch as I waited on my order. The cookies!!! Just as delicious as the first time. Warm, gooey, delicious sea salt chocolate chip cookies, a double chocolate chip cookie and a strawberry shortcake sugar cookie (not pictured). Our recent visits to Crumbl have overall been better. The service could still improve a bit as it can be a bit slow and our orders have sometimes had the wrong cookies. But, the cookies themselves have been delicious and cooked well. And more recently, the cookies haven't been "sold out" as much as they were before, so they have a better selection to be able to get what you want. read more

The wait time and service was terrible. I placed an order through the app and checked I'm here when I got there. It took 42 minutes for my cookie order to be completed. Then I got my Pink Sugar, which is one of my favorites m, and it was awful. It wasn't done all the way and as soon as I bit into it the cookie fell apart. I was excited about the Crumbl opening close but it's worth the drive to Towson for better service and better tasting cookies. So disappointing. read more

This location is usually quick and friendly. Occasionally they may run out of an item, but usually has every flavor on the weekly menu.

Store smelled wonderful, employee was able to work out mobile gift card usage. BUT we put in our order and had to wait at least 20 minutes. There was absolutely no urgency to get orders out. When we opened our boxes the order was filled incorrectly - 12 large cookies instead of 18 small ones - AS ORDERED. Very disappointed especially for the price of $50 for 12 cookies! read more

They have some kinks to work out. I walked in and noticed the customers standing around while the workers were busy behind the counter. A cash register sat there unattended. I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do next. Do I wait behind the people standing around? I had no idea if they had ordered but without any employee greeting new customers and no signage I was kinda lost. I finally asked another customer and then realized there were computers off to the side where I could self-order. Fine. I place the order and select the option to receive a receipt but it quickly exits out of the screen. I try again and it does the same: fine, no receipt. All that is minor. But the kicker was... As I waited I watched the employee churning the butter. He thoroughly wiped sweat from his face with a reusable cloth and then put it back on the counter where he was preparing dough. Gross, I hope I'm not seeing what I'm seeing. He proceeds to wipe the counter with an identical cloth. Now both clothes are next to each other, and they could easily be mixed up. But truthfully that sweat handkerchief should be nowhere near the surface of the cookie-making counters. Gloves should be replaced after you wipe sweat off your face. Not sure I even want to eat the cookies I just bought. read more

Here for the much anticipated opening day! Yes, they are pricey, only you can determine if they are indeed worth it. A resounding yes (as a special occasion treat) in my opinion. For the uninitiated: there's a rotating menu each week, however, they always have chocolate chip (very sweet; they use milk chocolate chips) and a sugar cookie (my personal favorite). Four other rotating flavors, with seasonal/holiday themed delights, throughout the year. There are exemplary cookies on display at the front counter. Friendly staff, and well organized for an opening day. You can order at the counter, or via the iPads to the right as you walk in. Go and support this new business in the Giant shopping center! This location just opened up and I am very happy that they did! This is one of the only crumbl cookies in the area. Even though they just recently opened up, their staff was very quick and friendly. I was not too happy because one of the cookies I wanted to order was out of stock, even though it was the beginning of the week still. However, it is always fun to go to crumbl and try their new flavors of the week. My favorite recent cookie was the key lime pie, it was super tasty! In terms of flavor of the cookies, I either love it or am not a huge fan, depending on the flavor. But either way, it is still worth it because it is fun to try the new flavors. read more

My son and I just tried this shop for the first time yesterday. I was worried because when we walked in, it was already full of people who had ordered online before we got there. We ordered at the machine, which was very easy to figure out, and the cookies came out so fast! The employees were all wonderful and those cookies were completely delicious! We ordered the lemon big cookie and the strawberry big cookie with crumbles in top. (Heads up I cut both cookies into 4 quarters like a pizza and they lasted two days! What a great experience! I'm not sure what the point of ordering in the app with a specified pickup time window is when I was told upon my arrival not to ask if my order is ready until I have waited at least 30 minutes in store. Actually, this directive was hollered upon my arrival! While I stood patiently for my 30 min, they announced selection X, then Y, and then Z had run out, basically the majority of my order. When a customer arrived with their dog (not service dog) and he ran into the baking area multiple times, and no one seemed to mind, I decided I was done. Order cancelled. Too bad because my kids love Crumbl and this new location is more convenient. But not THAT convenient!! Another observation is there was no clear direction for order placement or pickup for those that walked in off the street to order. They basically had to ask other customers the process. Better signage would be helpful. No counter help at all. I understand it was busy but you practically have to fight your way to be given the opportunity to purchase your product. Nothing special for a $4.99 chocolate chip cookie. It's way overpriced for the quality. Poor ccustomer service... long wait. They ran out of big cookies, which we ordered. So where do I start. First I must preference this review that I work in sales and we're always looking for a place where we can run in grab some goodies for our clients and run out with ease. I ordered two dozen cookies today at a cost of $110. As I made the order, I asked the young lady if you could split them into four boxes of six so I can take them to different clients. She said yes, and as I waited 10 minutes for my cookies to be added to the boxes I noticed the young man was making a 12 count box. I asked the young man to put them in six count boxes. He walked over to another one of the employees and that employee came over to tell me that in order for me to break my two dozen down into four boxes I need to pay extra for boxes. At $110 for 24 cookies the boxes should be free or have them however you want it. I asked to speak with the manager they went back as a group to the back of the room came back to say this is our policy. I then asked to speak with the manager and asked was he/she coming out and she replied, No. I do understand policy, but we have to remind ourselves in customer service. We have to be Smart and Practical. Now I will have to find another place where I can go several times a week to order goodies for my clients with ease flexibility, and not to mention customer service, which this place already lacked something I experienced the last few times I was there. I ordered cookies on a Mini Monday at 8:05pm. I set the pickup time as 8:40 - 9:10. My cookies were not ready until 10:20. The only reason they were ready is because I walked up and told them my name even though I was 7 in-line on the app. I'm not sure if that is what everyone was doing which caused the line to move slow since people were "cutting" or if this is a normal occurrence for Crumbl on Mondays because of the minis - I have always done pickup at the Crumbl in Frederick and have never waiting more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed that the closet Crumbl to my house had me waiting for 1.5 hours for my cookies. Not sure if I'll be back here. The service here at Crumbl in Clarksville is absolutely horrid. I placed my order at 8:40 Pm, after placing my order of 4 cookies I was 60th place in line, 30 minutes later I was 32nd, however right after I saw 32nd in line it suddenly bumped me down to 67th. After waiting another hour of waiting my place in line was 33rd, after refreshing my app it bumped me back back to 72 in line. This is absolutely ridiculous, the employees here clearly need to be better at time managing. read more
