Cookie quality: beyond amazing. Wait time: needs improvement. That's probably the shortest review I could write for them. They seem to always have a line, at least on busier times (weekend evenings, for instance). Their cookies are exceptional, though, so it's usually well worth the wait. I like how their menu is constantly changing every week. That definitely tends to keep things fresh and interesting. I'm not a huge fan of the rather steep prices, especially for beverages. A single milk (which is only about 8 ounces) will run you over $2 bucks for just a few swigs. The cookies are also over $4 each. I mean, they're big, but are they that big? For the price, though, they are quite filling I suppose... for a dessert. What really bugs me is the line. You'd think only offering 6 different cookie flavors a week, they'd have them ready when you put your order in. They're constantly baking, so it begs the question "how do you run out?" Or, "what could be taking so long?" Still, these are ultimately mild complaints when you consider the warmth and good vibes that a solid cookie can offer. And these offerings are nothing short of divine. So, order in advance if you can, but if not, remember the old adage: some things are worth the wait. read more

Now that I had their cookies, at various locations. I can say that the problem for their chocolate chip cookie, is the recipe itself. My niece want to try these cookies because, she say the long lines, and people raving about it, despite what Aunt Shellz had to say. I told her that Ms Fields would be a whole lot better. Rather than debate with my niece, I said ok. See for yourself. The line moved pretty fast. The employees are nice, not many were there, unlike other locations. Very busy for a Saturday. We each got a chocolate chip cookie. So I got my cookie, nice and warm. However I bit into my cookie, and the same mess. The center is too gooey. Almost inedible. Now these cookies are made from scratch. It doesn't come from a Betty Crocker pouch. Now, to make cookies very gooey, use a lot of butter. Not sure what butter they are using, but it made my stomach sick. I like my cookies, almost crispy. If they leave it the oven a bit longer, maybe it'll help. However, other customers and I have the same complaint, I hope they'll fix the recipe. Don't feed into the hype, IG and Tiktok are over-hyping these $5 cookies. I've been to Crumbl a few times at a few different locations. This location's ordering system is the worst of them all. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kiosks are always down causing everyone to need to stand in a line 20 minutes long before waiting 20-30 additional minutes for their order. Yesterday, I was pleased to see online ordering was available and I had the chance to bypass this terrible line system. I placed my order and was informed via the app it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. What I did not realize is that there's literally no advantage to online ordering. I was placed in a queue system and told their were 8 ppl in front of me...15 minutes pass and still no cookies. More than 7 people had been handed orders so I'm not sure how they determined who received their order over others. I had been there for 20 minutes before receiving my order. The cookies are okay- I'm a fan of the sweeter flavors and chocolate chip. This week's pumpkin just tastes like unseasoned pumpkin purée out the can on top of a cookie. read more

We always do order ahead, so we don't fill up the tiny lobby, so we ordered our four cookies through the app and was given a pick up time for 45 minutes later. Full disclosure - I'm not much of a cookie (or sweets) person. I've tried their cookies twice, and they're just okay to me. The cookies are big and they have interesting flavors (a certain number of flavors change each week, I believe), but every cookie I've tried is over-the-top sickeningly sweet that I can't even finish one. They do offer mini versions, so perhaps I would fare better with those. The cookies are on the pricier side, but they are larger than the average cookie. Any interaction I've had with the staff has been pleasant. I did wait quite a long time both times I've ordered here. The waiting area is very tiny. Sometimes there can be confusion as to where you order. You can order at the register or via touch screens along the wall, but the second time I went in, I heard people complaining that they weren't working. You don't know if people are waiting in line to order or waiting for their order. It gets quite crowded on the weekends, so be prepared to wait. read more

I unfortunately had *the* worst experience at this location. It was my first time here and I ordered ahead, got to the store an hour and a half after it should have been ready, and there was a whole crowd of people waiting to be served and also to pick up orders. No one knew what was going on. The employees were unhelpful, if you could even get them to stop long enough to answer a question. They were so backed up that they were making cookies on the spot to fulfill orders (which weren't even being handed out chronologically by time of order) - the lady next to me had been waiting an hour and was finally told they didn't have Brookies so would she like something else? There were unlabeled boxes on 3 different surfaces that could have been picked up if anyone knew who they were for. Another gentleman near me was trying to pick up a door dash order and once he finally flagged someone down, it turns out his box had been right in front of us the whole time, he just had no idea it was for him. At one point I asked an employee what time frame they were currently fulfilling orders from, and all the kid said was, "Well there's a huge line, ma'am, and we're very backed up" before walking away without any further info. I waited about 30 minutes in total and finally got my order, which was so fresh out of the oven that the frosting melted all over by the time I got it home. Extremely disappointing experience. Every Crumbl location I have visited has been consistently great and this Crofton location is no different. It is located right next door to the movie theater and is the perfect after movie treat. I placed my order on the app when I walked out the theater and less than 3 minutes later I had fresh cookies in my hand. There was a line of people waiting in the store for cookies. I can only assume they didn't use the app and order in advance. This week I ordered the Monster Cookie, Banana Bread, and Strawberry Ice Cream Bar. All were moist and yummy. Customer service here was good. You can either order at an indoor kiosk or go up to the counter. One cookie is almost $5 and a 4 pack is about $16. Apparently the flavors change weekly. The only thing that appealed to me this week was the chocolate chip which are served warm. I contemplated getting the pink iced sugar cookie but it's served cold and is almond based I was told. You can sign up to earn points using your phone number if you would like. I visited on a Friday night around 8:30 and it was fairly busy. I waited about 10 minutes and my name was called. The employees open the box before giving them to you so you can ensure your order is correct which I appreciated. The cookies were only lukewarm and they weren't that done in the middle for my taste. I also feel like for $5 a cookie they should've had more chocolate chips. I might go back to see what other warm flavors they offer another week. read more

Crumble cookies blew my socks off! We were introduced to Crumbl through a TikTok. I placed an order through the Crumbl app, set my pickup time, and drove to pick my order up. Crumbl offers delivery if you are within a certain mile radius or by mail, in addition to curbside and in-store pickup. I opted to do in-store pickup. Once I reached the store, I sent a notification to the store to inform the employees of my arrival. I was placed in queue and waited until my order was ready. The store was very clean and modern looking. My order was packaged and shown to me before I left the store. The customer service was well worth the trip. We ate a cookie as soon as we got to car. Full disclosure, I come to this Crumbl location often and have never been disappointed! But today's service was superior and I wanted to specifically write about that. I placed a carry out cookie order for a 6 pack around 3 PM today. I sampled each of the new weekly flavors but got two chocolate cookies. Basically, those cookies had ran out by the time I arrived, but rather than letting me go without them, the team stayed quick on their feet to make more ASAP and assured me my wait would be over soon, and then handed me fresh cookies shortly afterward with a smile. It's the holidays and they're super busy, and I never mind waiting for such yumminess, but I just wanted to say a special thank you to the Waugh Chapel team. I had never heard of this place until we stumbled upon it yesterday while in the shopping center. Decided to give it a try since we wanted something sweet after dinner. I was pleasantly surprised, as these were some of the best cookies I've ever had! We got the chocolate chip and peanut butter snickers. They were nice and warm, and every bite was perfectly scrumptious :) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the store was packed when we walked in, so I wasn't really sure how to order. I saw other people using the kiosk, so I did the same and my order was ready within 10 minutes. I'm not sure why other reviews are saying the service isn't good. I ordered a 4 pack - 2 chocolate chip, 1 chocolate mallow cupcake and 1 Teddy Graham Cracker. I really enjoyed the chocolate chip and the chocolate mallow cupcake! I have not had the chance to try the Teddy Graham one yet although my husband said they overdid it on the icing. I am not a big icing person so planned on wiping some off anyway. I also ordered a small thing of milk to have with the cookie last night. The milk was cold and fresh. When I visited they were extremely busy and had a line but the employees were working non stop and my order did not take long at all. I've been to Crumbl 3 weeks in a row and I refuse to gain 30lbs because I'm eating 4 gigantic cookies on a weekly basis. These are literally the best cookies ever. Flavors that you normally find in a cake are available here in cookies. Soft and yummy. If you are lucky you may get a cookie right out the oven. My only gripe with this location is the pickup service. It's the absolute worst. Two times I've done curbside pick and both times I had to call into the store and grab someone delivering cookies to another car to get my order. Both times it took almost an hour waiting in my car. This was my second attempt at getting Crumbl's because my first was unsuccessful (There was over an hr wait). It was so worth it. I ordered via the app, so all I had to do was say I was there and my cookies were brought out. I ordered the Kentucky Butter Cookie (not pictured), the Vanilla cupcake cookie, the chocolate chip cookie, and the sugar cookie. The one I originally thought would be my least was my favorite. Next favorite was Peaches and Cream. Served chilled. Loved it! The Cream on top was perfect. Not too sweet and great peach flavor. I hope it's a regular on the rotation. Both the Sugar and Double Chocolate aka Dark Dream were very good as well. Cookies are huge and not cheap. But very worth it.
