I tried to get a cookie and they told me. No no no. Only for survivors. I was disappointed but understood. I ordered the triple chocolate cake from my wife's birthday. She is beautiful, loving and very picky so the cake had to be special. And it was. The cake was moist, rich and perfectly balanced. After placing my order, I read some of the reviews and decided to call the bakery. Lucky for me. I spoke with one of the owners who assured me that everything would be exquisite. Ultimately, I decided on six cupcakes - three different flavors. 2 of each: cookies and cream, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate peanut butter. They all looked delicious but I noticed when I opened the box they were packed in very tightly causing the different frostings to rub on each other. It wasn't a huge problem, but it definitely took away from the presentation as I set them out. I hope they come up with a solution for this so that the cupcakes stay as pretty as they are when you buy them.
