Can't ever really go wrong with crumbl. Clean location, can do street parking or in public parking lot just 1-2 min walk away. Clean and simple inside. No indoor or outdoor seating, no bathroom. I always order ahead on the app, but at every location...they don't start making the order until you come in...so you end up waiting anyway (this is for all the locations tho, not just this one). I ordered a raspberry butter cookie, but it came with barely any jam topping, it was almost invisible at first. As seen on the picture, the jam started melting because we had to walk to the car due to far parking, by the time we got to the car it started spreading a little but it was basically the size of the whip cream as seen. When we asked if more could be added, we were told you were "out" of jam, even though we could clearly see cookies being made behind the counter. It was frustrating to be served a large cookie that was basically with no real raspberry flavor. It felt like there was very little care or effort put into preparing it properly. Out of all the locations I've been to, this one seems to be the only one that skimps on toppings this noticeably. I really enjoy your products and normally have great experiences, which is why this one stood out in such a disappointing way. We stopped in at Crumbl a few weeks ago after having dinner around the corner. Neither of us had ever been to a Crumbl before, but we heard good things about the stores! This location works really well, since there's lots of parking and other shopping to do nearby. The store was really clean, and it was neat to be able to see them actively making cookies in the back. We let the cashier know that we were newbies, so she walked us through the cookie options and order sizes. She also let us know that the menu changed weekly, so we could try other options in the future. We decided to go for a box of four to try a little bit of everything. At home, we carved out small pieces of each so we could try them all. The combos of cookies and frosting worked well for each one. They were all baked well and tasted fresh. That being said, even though the cookies are huge, they can get pricey quickly. Even though I probably wouldn't go out of my way to drive to Stonebridge just to get cookies, it's definitely a place I'll visit in the future when shopping nearby. read more

When I went in to get a chocolate cookie, I was amazed by the smell of sweet vanilla. It was intoxicating! I joked to the employees that they should make that scent a candle! Hah! But in all seriousness we tried to cookie and it was pretty tasty, but not the best cookie I've ever had. I was surprised it wasn't softer, but the flavor was there. The staff was great! They were informative and polite. I inquired about allergens and the cashier seemed knowledgeable and confident in his response. It is unfortunate the ingredients/allergens aren't available on a reference sheet. Down to business! These cookies are not good! They are chewy and dense! I wanted to like them...there was a lot of hype around this opening in Woodbridge. The chocolate chip tasted ok, but I cut it in four pieces and was perfectly content with that piece. It is heavy. The s'more looked exactly like the chocolate chip but with a chocolate drizzle and stiff marshmallow. The strawberry one tasted ok, but once again dense and chewy. The cookie part looked undercooked. I thought it was odd to walk into a cookie place and there was no smell of cookies. It was very odd. When my son tasted the marshmallow on the s'more cookie he said it smelled like mop water! My daughter has asked when this store will be open for months. Well yesterday after dinner, we went to CC. It's nice and new, but the area for customers is small. We waited in line for a few minutes to order and waited after that for several minutes until our order was ready. The staff was nice. I loved the pumpkin cookie and the chocolate chip. Very little chocolate chips, just taste like sugar with no flavor. The celebration cookie tastes like eating icing from a container, and the cookies and cream one was the only one that was edible. When I walked in there were no customers but 8 staff all just kind of standing there. The person who took my order was nice. The place is clean but no seating. Right now, I am in the stage where I feel my financial institution will be looking negatively on my financial choices, but when you've earned $100 in Crumbl cash, I think that may be indicative of the goodness that is Crumbl Cookie. We ordered a 6-pack so that my 2 daughters and I could try them all. The only one that I truly liked was the Snickerdoodle. The rest tasted undercooked and not very flavorful to us. I was super disappointed in the chocolate chip cookie. What chocolate chip cookie is not good?!?! I was so not impressed and disappointed for my first try. We may give it one more chance...
