We hosted our Bookclub here and it was a great hit. The food was amazing and they were able to accommodate our group of 10 even though they don't offer reservations on a Saturday. The place is super adorable and their drinks were also amazing. The place offers a very nice atmosphere without it being overwhelming with noise. The server was great and was able to handle our big group with no problems at all. Did I mention the food is delicious? Will definitely be back for a date night.

Always great food and great service. My favorite appetizer to order is the fried calamari. There hasn't been an entree I ordered I haven't like. The best Thai food in the Woodbridge area.

Everything was delicious!! I would go back again and recommend it to anyone. The Lamb curry noodles was creamy and filling and full of flavorful. It's become a favorite meal of mine now. I had the bubble tea mousse cake which was so good. I also had a strawberry lemonade. Probably one of the best places to dine at. It's always busy so I would make a reservation. Our waiter was great and on point even though it was busy.

Very good vibe and service. Food was fast. Decor fun and funky THAI COFFEE MILLE FEUILLE - dessert - thought it was dry and the buttercream overly dense. A little bitter (I didn't mind that). Flavor wasn't bad just not my cup of tea and wouldn't get again. But fun to try. They give a steak knife to cut it. Garlic lovers chicken was delicious and I'll definitely order again. Steamy hot and plentiful. Lots of yummy garlic flavor. Goyza dumpling is a definite order as well. Will go again!

Ube Latte -- naturally caffeine free

Bartender Bee made me my first-ever Iced Ube Latte. Ube is a purple yam, whose flavor Google AI describes as a combination of vanilla, pistachio and a hint of coconut. It was so good that I ordered one more. The drink was caffeine free--no espresso. I also had the Mango Sweet Sticky Rice. The mango was fresh and thinly sliced, and the sweet sticky rice was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Bee was friendly and attentive. He made my experience exceptional.

Ambiance 10/10, service 7/10, food 8/10 When you fist walk in it's like your transported into a different world... mystical, earthy... drinks were refreshing... appetizers we enjoyed the crispy spring rolls were delicious and the healthy spring rolls were just refreshing. Entrees my sister really liked a chicken dish they serves totally forgot what it was called lol... I had the pad kapow... not spicy at all BUT they gave an array of condiments which spiced it up for me lol... drinks I had the Cheshire Cat which was ABSOLUTELY delicious and my sister had the Singapore sling... now it wasssss a lil pricey so I would suggest happy hour BUT we enjoyed it non the less and WILL be back lol... side note I did feel we felt reissued by our server even though it wasn't busy non the less it shouldn't be that way even if it wwaasss busy

In town for business and stopped by the best Thai restaurant in the area. Enjoyed some delicious wonton soup on a cold day. For my entree, I chose the green chicken curry. Everything was very good. I can't wait to sit in again.

Terrible terrible terrible food! DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THEIR DECOR! It's the moment when you should not judge by its cover. If you are from heart of NOVA, it will disappoint you miserably!!!! I had Pad Thai and Sakura noodle on seasonal menu that said recommended by Chef a day before Mother's Day. First of all, when we got our food, our food DID NOT look like one on the menu. We ordered food based on the picture on the menu which looked like it had a lot of veggies on top, but what we got was just a lump of noodles LITERALLY. It looked sooo different from photo that we initially thought we got wrong food and I had to ask server. It was ridiculous because even the server said the food had all the ingredients that said on the menu but couldn't say it looked like the photo they had on the menu. Honestly, IT IS A SCAM IF YOU PUT PHOTO ON THE MENU AND YOUR FOOD DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE IT!!! I attached photo for anyone who is curious what I meant by a lump of noodles. Also even Pad Thai, which is a basic in Thai cuisine, seems to miss a lot of ingredients that supposed to go in. It looked like someone who doesn't even know Thai cuisine tried to just replicate the dish by the name of food. Noodles were sooo overcooked for both that I felt like they served food that they wanted to throw away from miscooking. We were so upset and food was so terrible that we left both plates nearly more than half left. I didn't even want them for to go or taste them after that moment. Service was terrible as well. Our server didn't show up after taking our order until we were ready to head out. I wanted to get limes for Pad Thai because it was missing (like wth?) and asked about food we got but she just disappeared until much later. Food came out terribly late. I WOULD NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!

I love coming to a Thai restaurant! We came here when it first open around 2019 or 2020 and was disappointed. We decided to give this location a second chance. I noticed the menu was updated, they had more varieties of entrees and desserts added to the menu. We arrived to the location and were seated immediately. The server introduced herself and was quick with service. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The crab Rangoon was good but slightly warm. We ordered our entrees. My husband got the yellow curry said it was spicy and delicious compared to other Thai restaurants we have been too. I ordered the pad si ew it was good but the flank steak beef was a bit tough to chew. Lastly we finished with desserts, my daughter got the lava cake which she said was 100/10. I got the classic sticky rice with mango to remind me of grandma sweet treat when I come home after school. Overall I recommend highly of this location. Definitely coming back for another round of delicious Thai food! :)

Can't wait to go back! Cutest ambiance & delicious lo mein with the right amount of spice. I sat at the bar where they were crafting lots of cool looking drinks, none that I tried, but maybe next time. The sticky rice was the right balance of sweetness & stiffness and the mango was fresh.

    Telephone booth
    Linda B.

There is a pink telephone booth decorated with flowers as you enter the glass-enclosed dining room and bar-- it's very pretty. Since it was a cool day, I started with the Tom Yum soup with many mushrooms and a couple pieces of juicy shrimp. It had a little kick, but wasn't too spicy. It was right at the edge of too sweet, but didn't go over the top and was the star of my meal. I'd return for it. Their Seafood Pad Thai came with shrimp (3-4), a scallop, and squid (mostly). I would've liked a little more seafood in mine, but it was flavorful and not too sweet as pad Thai can sometimes be. The Thai Tea was good. My service was good from the only waiter I saw with a moderate number of diners for the space.

    Thai tea cake
    Esther A.

The location is beautiful and the ambiance is beautiful on the inside. The service was really attentive, but what I didn't like was the Thai tea cake with bubbles in it. Thai tea was not meant to be a cake nor have bubbles in it. The salmon roll was not great though Update: I would come back here again to try their pad Thai

    Another pic of the entrance.

How do I make reservations on the weekend?

It doesn't appear that you can make a reservation with them online, so I would suggest calling them. Hope you enjoy!

Do they still have a special in dining set lunch menu?

No the menu is full menu

When will they start serving on real plates and cups?

Good question! I don't know the answer to it, but it can't be soon enough! There's really no reason for serving in/on "take-out" containers and paper plates, since they're a brick & mortar place and should have a dishwasher.

    Are they sanitizing the area?

I visited a couple times last week and found that they were following the Governor's Executive order to the letter. PPE, Sanitation practices, disposable containers/dishes/flatware, menus via QR code etc. The lobby area is set up for carry out… Read more

Are they open for outdoor dining?

Yes we do outdoor dining? I can reserve the table for you if you want. Thank you

    Do they have gluten-free options?

Yes, they do and it still tastes great.

    Do they deliver?

    Yes!

    Do they sell alcohol?

There's a sign outside the door saying that they're waiting on their license and stuff but they will eventually have alcohol once that clears.

My boyfriend and I decided to check out Happy Place after seeing it all over TikTok. While the…read morecafe itself is small and cute, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Service: When we walked in, we stood at the host stand for a while without being acknowledged. Eventually, we just walked up to the cashier. Since it was our first time, we were clearly a bit lost, but there was no "hello" or "welcome" the cashier just handed us menus and told us to order at the counter. The lack of communication made the atmosphere feel a bit unwelcoming. The Price & Value: The bad part of the experience was the checkout process. The lowest tip option on the screen was 25%, with the highest being 32%. For a place where you order at the counter and receive minimal service, that felt very steep. I ordered the Barrio Breakfast and an horchata, though I was confused as to why I was charged for a more expensive "iced horchata latte" instead. My boyfriend got a bacon, egg, and cheese on white bread and a bottled Coke. Our total came out to nearly $60. The Food: To be fair, the food was actually very tasty and we had no complaints about the quality. However, in this economy, it's hard to justify the price for what is essentially a meal you could make at home for a fraction of the cost. Overall: It's worth trying once if you're curious, but because of the high prices and the awkward service, I don't think we'll be regulars. I only took a photo of my horchata since I forgot to take a photo of the meal.
