Do not use this company when I asked him if he would replace it he said it would take 3 1/2 weeks for him to come in and it would cost me thousands of dollars for labor. Last week during the heatwave our AC went out. All the way out. Aaron was out at our house 15 minutes after I messaged him (first time I've ever reached out to them btw) at 9:30 at night working on my compressor. There was no fixing it but he looked at our set up and gave us a soft quote for a new system because it was the only option. We had a very old system. No charge to come out and do all the stuff he did to try to get us up and running again. (*Btw that night ours died I sent requests to Thompson, Dr. P, and Kinser/Kinser - didn't hear back from a single one of them.*) Woke up the next morning with a text from him and an official quote. Gave him the green light and as soon as the equipment came in he was over at our house installing. It took him literally 4 hours to get it installed (perfectly btw). Wrote him a check for the amount we agreed on. None of that "well we had to do this and there was that and this was a little worn out too and we had to get an extra...". Nothing. No bullshit. The amount he said was what we paid. Our house has never been cooler and more comfortable. Not even when our old system was running correctly. I'm really not a review writer but the service we got from Sauer was outstanding and I would never go to anyone else after my experience with him. It's a no brainer.

We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. He is so knowledgeable and truthful when he talks to us about options. Having used his services many times, we trust him when he says if something is an easy fix or needing something more expensive. I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! The second day they returned to spray and again taped and draped everything. There was only minimal dust to vacuum. I received text messages throughout the process. The site was visited each day by a supervisor and I had no issues with the work. I wanted to post my experience because it was very different than the 1 star from 2021. He explained the plan for the installation and provided a cost estimate. I then made an appointment for the insulation installation. The crew arrived five minutes early. The lead technician introduced himself and his team, giving an overview of what they would be doing. I directed them to enter through the back door to access the attic hatch in the hallway. They covered the walls, floor, and door openings with plastic to contain the mess. A step ladder was set up, and two crew members installed the vents. Aside from one team member conversing with another in the attic periodically, you wouldn't have known they were there. After the installation, the crew member in the attic showed me how the attic looked with the new insulation. The attic now looked as if it were covered in snow. He removed the plastic, and then they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of insulation and would rate them a perfect 10.
