I've been to this gym a few times during visiting my family or for work. Compared to my gym back home, which has new equipment is in excellent condition, the facilities here show noticeable signs of wear and tear. The staff wasn't friendly like the staffs I'm used to back home. I've been to some of their classes and had so much fun. The instructors and gym members for the classes are so welcoming. The only problem I encountered was on my last day involved a staff DJ being overly engaged in conversation with a gym member. When I approached to ask about a massage bed, he was slow to respond and informed me of a 3 to 5 minute wait. After assigning me a bed number, I waited for longer than the specified time only to find the bed was still occupied. I had to interrupt DJ again to inform him of the issue, he assured me the bed was vacant and ready for use, which was not the case. DJ seemed somewhat annoyed at me interrupting him. Eventually, another bed became free and DJ prepared it for me, but the experience left me feeling that I wasted my time going back and forth so I just left without using the Hydro Massage bed. read more

Love the gym. Just started using it again. It does get busy though. I only give 3 stars cause they don't monitor the sauna usage. No way a whole group of teens are all peak results members. I have to leave work early to use it cause in the evening, it's shoulder to shoulder. There usually is an employee in the locker room to go to pool, but he's on his phone the whole time. read more

CRINGE!! I really wanted to like this gym, I really did. The equipment is amazing. The cost is affordable and they had a lot of amenities. The reason I'm giving a one star is because this gym is filled with influencers. I walked into the restroom and there were two girls with a tripod filming themselves in the middle of the locker area. There's clearly a sign at the entrance that says "no cameras allowed in the restroom" but anything for the likes I guess. Then I walk out of the restroom and BAM! There's another guy filming his workout with the tripod and iPhone. SO CRINGE!!! Unless you love to be recorded while changing in the middle of the locker room or during a workout, by all means this is the place for you! read more

One month, this place overcharged me $102. I figured it was a mistake. I bring the problem up to them, they say no problem, we will fix it. 2 weeks go by, nothing. I stopped by again, and the same thing happened: "Oh, it's processing." They gave me an email, which I emailed, but I received no responses. Finally, I go in and ask them to cancel my membership because.... What a terrible way to do business. Then they tell me again, no problem, the refund is getting processed, it should be 7-14 business days. No problem. Wouldn't you know, 1 month later, about 21 business days later, still nothing. I call again now, requesting the district manager's phone number. They tell me "they wouldn't feel comfortable giving his phone number over the phone." So they're comfortable not giving someone the money they basically stole, but giving a district manager's phone number over the phone.... No way this is where they draw the line. Shuts down randomly with no explanation, no signs, etc. I showed up today at 11 and they said "We're shutting down." 30 minutes later and there's still a couple people working out inside. So they're not shut down...? You have social media for this location - use it. Notify people of closures and emergencies. This is inexcusable. read more

FIND A DIFFERENT GYM! I have been a member for a year, and gym sanitation is my number one complaint. They have plenty of employees on location, but none of them take the initiative to clean the equipment, mop the floors, or tidy up the restrooms. Poor management. Communication from management is nonexistent. All members have the Crunch app where they can notify us, yet Oct 14, 2024 lots of customers are outside a closed gym with no announcement or signage as to why the gym is closed. Since my last review in Dec, the gym has had a few different hirings, and possibly firings, I have found the management is opening the gym on time which was my major concern. The gym itself has everything I need to work out. I usually go to the gym with the early-birds (about 0445) and the gym is always welcoming. For months, I tried to cancel my membership, but they only paused it initially. Even after I officially canceled, they continued to charge me. I want others to be aware of this issue before subscribing. To this day, I am still trying to get my membership canceled and receive a refund. Be cautious before signing up for a membership here. ZERO STAR- I went there to get a membership plan, a girl got my info and credit card, and then she said you should give us your bank account info. I said I can give only my CC info, she said that I can't get the membership. So, I went home and tried their website. They had 2 options, one with bank account and the other one only CC. So I used my CC and registered. I went there today, and another guy told me the same thing about the bank account. You can't say something in your website and different thing in your gym. Do you think people have extra time to waste on you?!!! besides that, why would you ask for people's bank account info when they give you CC for monthly charges. I work out first thing in the morning - 5am - and the place is so dirty. Trash is overflowing from the trashcans, wipes are all over the floor and weights/plates are scattered on the floor. You can't tell me whoever is working overnight doesn't have time to pick up. Also I told the front desk the containers were out of wipes and they said that a porter would be in at 7. I have to agree with the one star review, when we signed up we're told it's just one dollar but then when the gym opens they tell us all you'll be charged 50 something for a new membership. Another point I'd like to make and I hope the management would notice it is description of classes. Pilates class here is a joke, instructor had no idea what she was doing, it was squats lunges and push-ups at a very fast pace without modifications or mentioning anything about safety of your back. Many people including myself sign up to classes like Pilates because we have problems with our back and instructor has to be knowledgeable about that. She was just shouting out entire class like an army sergeant nothing absolutely nothing about pilates. when the class ended she started shouting peoples names down the list who didn't put their initials kind of felt rude. I'm disappointed.
