Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

Ed's workmanship, cost, timeframes, and communication skills were all on point and made choosing Ed an easy decision for me! First let me say that being new to boat ownership, and after searching the internet and seeing endless options and opinions, my head was spinning(seriously I think Minn Kota tries to confuse people with so many options and weird product names). After a brief conversation with Ed, he was able to use his experience to make a recommendation and clearly lay out the pros and cons of the various equipment options. Also, since my boat is a bay boat hybrid, the trolling motor had to be mounted in a different configuration than normal to accommodate a nav light at the tip of the bow. Ed quickly devised a great solution that I would never have thought of; and it works perfectly! It was so nice to be given a clear, itemized price estimate and actually sticking to it. From working with other contractors and service providers lately, I had become accustomed to constant delays and price changes after the quote. It was beyond refreshing to receive a text from Ed saying my boat was ready on time and at the expected cost! Lastly, but certainly not least, I am forever grateful for Ed coming to the rescue and saving a day of fishing for my brother and I! It was our first time on the water after getting the trolling motor installed. We had the boat on the ramp and the motor wouldn't start! I frantically called Ed thinking I probably misunderstood which battery configuration to switch to to start the engine, now that I have 3 batteries. He graciously came to the rescue and quickly identified the corroded wire that broke off(which was completely unrelated to the trolling motor install by the way), likely caused when I was cramming the cast net into the console. Ed broke out his tool box and had me back on the water in minutes! I can tell you my brother and cousin(who are both future boat owners) were completely impressed and will surely be future customers of Ed!

This shop has got to be one of the best experiences I've had so far when it comes to marine service shops.  Customer service is the best, he makes you feel assured and confident about your service.  I know from experience it can be scary and worrisome when it comes to taking anything in to get serviced especially surprises and that was never the case here.  He is very confident about his work and it definitely shows great job! The shop is located at the end of 694 going west.  When you turn right on gulf Blvd. it's the first green two story building on the right of gulf Blvd.  If you're trailering your boat which most cases you are take the turn wide and have your hazards on to let beach traffic know you're swinging wide.  His driveway is very narrow so you'll clip his pillar if you don't.  You wouldn't know it's a boat shop if it wasn't for the boats parked behind the building, DON'T worry about that though the shop does phenomenal work I can vouch for that. I give this 5 stars because they deserved it, for craftsmanship, price and finish time.  I dropped the boat off on a Saturday which by the way thank you for coming in on your day off, and they had it finish Tuesday.  Any other shop would have let it sit there for weeks.  I will be going back again.

The price to install a hitch was over double the price I found at a competitor. When I called and talked to Terry (the owner) he stated that his price is higher because he uses only Reece or Drawtite products, not the "inferior" Curt hitches that his competitors use. They installed a Curt hitch on my truck. When I brought this to Terry's attention he said he would check that out and call me back in 5 minutes, he never called back. I called again the following day and at this time Terry became very rude, talking down to me, badmouthing his competition and hung up on me. Avoid this place like a plague

It is also reflected in their customers...I sent my son on a mission to get some bionic chum and sardines. A gentleman before him purchased a ton just as my son arrived. As the customer left, he came back in and asked my son if he had ruined his fishing trip because of he bought so much and that he'd return some if needed. Lucky no we were looking for other things. My point being, good environment breeds that kind of interaction. They always remember me as I bring in my soft side to collect frozen bait. Will continue to shop here even though I now live in Hudson. 2 Gag using their chum and frozen sardine.

We were visiting from out of town and were asking for some insight about public fishing locations in the area. We were fully aware of needing a license before hand and of the vast amounts of private lakes and ponds nearby. The gentleman at the front desk was less than ideal with his assistance in our search for a place to casually catch and release all while condescendingly stating the risks we would be taking if we were to fish without a license. When inquiring where we could purchase a license he said, "Up at Walmart," while pointing in no particular direction or following up with any specific directions. I understand that any good fisherman doesn't like to give up his/her great hidden fishing spots, but he didn't even lead us to a public park with a lake.
