AMAZING SHRIMP CAESAR! I frequent the Voorhees location a good bit (usually for pizza). My girlfriend lives super close to this one, hence our take out order this evening. She got a shredded chicken bowl - her usual - that she adores. It looked amazing, and boasted large slices of avocado. Yummmm! I got the shrimp Caesar salad (I subbed the dressing with French). Absolutely delicious, with all but the shrimp lasting until the literal last bite! The pistachios were a great component (I'm used to candied pecans or cashews) ! A few other reviewers need to come to grips with the fact that this is a CRUST N FIRE and not the former restaurant, or ITS menu! Really?! I personally would not expect to get a cheeseteak from here, and would seek out a good Italian restaurant for one! Normally really like the food. Wings and cheesesteaks are always good. Today I decided to get dessert and it's the second time I've had to throw out food from CNF. Last time (over a year ago) it was the carrot cake, today was the lemon raspberry cheesecake. In both cases the desserts were completely stale and tasted of fridge. Couldn't eat a bite. It's pretty obvious the desserts are not fresh every day. Not okay. UberEats refunded me so no biggie. Leaning over the pizza on display (hair at times touching the pieces) while they were taking selfies. Phones, backpack, earpieces on the same counter they were laying their pizza pan they use to reheat the pizza, Gross! Think of all the places those phones have been. The counter girls continued to play with various foods, test bake them and then take selfies. They wiped their faces, handled cash, spit out food, played with food, answered the phone, played on their personal phones, never once washing their hands or putting their hair up. Not very good. We ordered food for a party, and the woman who took my order did not convey how big their portions were. I told her how many people we were having and wound up with way too much food (I didn't know their "trays" were a full catering tray! It could have been any size.) We easily could have gotten away with half that. It's the caterer's job to guide me. If I needed that much I would have gladly paid for it, but to have left over more than half of what we ordered is just wasteful. OK the food... The pizza was OK. The wings were just gross. Not even my son's teenage friends would eat them and I just threw them away. We got a tray of wraps which were good, but they came packed with French fries all around them, which is odd to begin with, but the problem is they are hot and its packed in a plastic tray with a dome, so all the wraps were soggy and a mess even before people came in to eat. I ordered a Grandma pizza and it was burned on the bottom. When I called to tell them, not only were they rude about it, but they said that's how it's supposed to be. I don't think so. I had been ordering from them about once a week for a while now, whenever I went to visit my sister who lives in the area. Now they've lost me as a regular customer. Business owners should be nice and polite, especially now after more customers are coming back, after things being closed and slow for a long time. Not this place. Obviously they don't care how they treat their customers. If they keep it up, eventually they'll lose them, then maybe they'll start caring, or they'll go out of business. Beware of this place. This was the first and last time I will order from this business. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. I received a large pizza with excessive cheese and no pepperoni. The amount of cheese was so excessive that: the circumference of the pizza was stuck to the box by globs of thick cheese; and most of the cheese had to be manually removed from the crust and discarded. It tasted like they just put cheese and put on the flatbread without any oil or butter. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks and they had no taste. I did not taste any seasoning. This place claims to have gluten free pizza and when we called they said they are very careful with Cross Contamination for those with allergies and that they cook the gf pizza in separate area. Our daughter got extremely sick after eating here so we went there to watch the chef make a gluten free pizza ... we witnessed him making it with his bare hands after touching regular pizza. He then put the gf crust on top of the flour counter! Then he proceeded to touch the crust with the same ladle and grab the cheese with his bare hands. This place is hit or miss. Some of the food is good, some is not. Pizza is not great. There are much better places for pizza in Medford. But the worst I had on their menu was the "Ribeye Steak Sandwich" that the description says is made with premium ribeye. It's STEAK-UMS!!! Steak-ums folded in half on a hamburger bun. I had an horrible experience at Crust N Fire. My daughter recommended this location so I drove 35 minutes believing the food and customer service would be ideal. To my surprise I was greeted by an angry hostile Manager who was disrespectful. I had a purchased Groupon for $50. The young lady informed me that I have to used the Mobil app because they couldn't scan it from my phone. The crazy manager jump in bending over the young lady with an attitude. I had made the purchase prior to arriving at Crust and Fire. Since it wasn't responding I decided to find a library to print the voucher. We received awesome help at the Library from a gentleman who didn't charge us a fee. We return to the store with the printed voucher and I asked the young lady if they can remake our order since the food was cold. She said, I have to asked my manager. When the manager came out all hell broke loose. The Manager started screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs .I told her she needs to bring down her volume when talking to me (customer).The manager (Ms. Denise) said I demanded for them to remake the food which was a lie. The young lady confirmed I didn't demand for them to remake our order. This woman never stop screaming at me. Afterwards she said do you want the food. I said no, the fries , pizza wings, burger were cold. This woman kept badgering me the whole time and told me several time to leave the store. I was in shock that all this had taken place. I asked the young lady for her name she was the only one that responded. No one else would say anything. We left the store and call my daughter. Meanwhile the young lady left early appearing disheveled. I hope she didn't fired her. She needs to be the manager ten times more professional. When my daughter arrived she went into the store and informed her I was her mother. She told her couldn't you had just remade the food she said ,yes. They remade the food and my daughter said don't do anything to our food she laughed knowing she sabotage the whole meal. Let's not forget this went on for 2 1/12 hours. We took a bite of pizza With little cheese and sauce and they pour salt all into the pizza so we I couldn't eat it. The wings were trench in sauce it appeared that they put half a bottle of sauce on them. The fries were doused with half a container of old bay and they put it On the burger bun , too. They made everything inedible. We arrived home at 9:30 pm hungry ready to eat. This was purposely done by the Manager ( Ms Denise) she's give Crust N Fire a black eye and chasing away customers. There is no way this extremely toxic Manager should be the face of your company. She needs to go if you want to stay in business. This location has the lowest rating with 2.1/2 stars it should be one. I have never been yell and scream at by anyone in my life especially from a business that I am patronizing. You need to get rid of her before you go out of business she is a poor representation.Hopefully, she didn't fired the young lady. read more

The pizza is great. We usually get the Grandmother's pizza with fried onions. It is delicious. Having said that, there is a very disagreeable, nasty woman at the cash register. Her job is to take orders and check people out. I have had two encounters with her that have me looking for a new pizza place. The first one was about money. I gave her a $20 bill she gave me change for a $10 and refused to budge. I just gave in and left. On another occasion my friend and I each ordered salads, paid for them and took the bag home. When we opened our "salad" boxes I had a hamburger and fries. I called to tell her and her advice was to "throw the burger out", or bring back now for an exchange. We were unable to go right back so I asked her to note the mistake and make good on it the next time. She refused to do that and said it was my mistake. ( I don't eat meat)!
