Grabbed a pie here and it was decent! I'm from New York so I have pretty high standards and this was delicious. The sauce was flavorful and not too sweet and the pizza wasn't over cooked. This is a review of the Tuckerton Rd/ Taunton Rd Medford location. All pizza and hot sandwiches made in front of you. Salads and platters fresh and portions generous. Plenty of staff always to get your order quickly and hot. As for the service it can't be compared. All staff friendly and attentive. They seem intuitively to know what you ordered as you walk in the door. The speed in which they prepare the food is truly amazing. I live around the corner and when they say 15-20 minutes I know to be there in 10 and I give them a 10 in all categories and the food is always delicious! read more

We decided to try Rivera's pizza for the first time last night and it was pretty good! They only had a 25 minute wait on a Friday night, which was great! We ordered a margarita pizza, a Caesar salad, and a Greek salad. The Margarita pizza's sauce was fresh and tasty! The basil was fresh as well. The crust was good but lacked flavor and the mozzarella was decent. Overall the pizza was pretty good. I think that if they used a higher quality mozzarella and added more basil, it would be really good! The salads we ordered were very large and could easily be shared. The Greek salad was very tasty! The Caesar salad was just iceberg lettuce with some Parmesan on top and packets of Caesar dressing. I would not order that again. This pizza shop comes off as a great spot to grab a slice anytime of day. That being said, their special on Fridays is Fish & chips. So naturally we tried it. Perfect cook on both, and definitely worth visiting again for their pizza! Ambience and service is quick like a deli counter. There are several seating spots but my guess is max 20 people indoors. Good pizza. Would order it again. They add seasoning on top of the cheese which Update. Ordered 10 wings today and only got 9 in the order. Not that big of a deal but the pizza I ordered wasn't good. I got half with sausage peppers and onions. They put so much toppings on that the bottom crust wasn't cooked, it was soggy and the toppings were still crunchy and not cooked. I think I got about two miles down the road and I found myself overcome by the smell of sauce, cheese, basil, parsley and the promise of a hot steaming slice. If I'm honest with my fellow YELPers, I think I reached in the box and had a slice. Shhhh don't tell anyone, but yeah one slice never made it home. Are there worse things that can happen yup. But let's get serious for a second. Sometimes pizza is hit or miss. The maker could have an off day, the ingredients could be 'meh', many things could go wrong. Picked up ordered food tonight. Food was decent, the service was fast however there was a tall teenage girl working there who was very rude. I went to picked up my package order and she says, "can you not read the sign"? I said I'm sorry know I don't have my glasses. She proceeds to say, "it's just, we don't like customers touching other bagged orders" I was shocked and floored over the rude and disrespected manor in which I was treated. SHE WAS EVEN GOINH ON LOUDELY TELLING THE STORY TO OTHERS AS I WAS LEAVING. I am always kind and respectful to others especially in the service industry and I was really taken back and shocked over what happened. But tonight we decided to just order wings and watch the game. It was a simple order. 10 mild wings with sauce on the side. (Sauce was mixed in, well, not mixed in, just on the bottom of the tray.) 10 hot wings. We asked if it was possible for no drumsticks on this order, just the flats, and they said no problem. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they couldn't do it, as some places pre portion their wings. I'm guessing they were annoyed at the request, as we received 9 drumsticks on this order out of the 10 wings.
