I usually don't leave reviews for fast food places. But I could not let this experience go to waste. My co-worker always orders food from here so I thought I would give it a try. The young gentleman taking my order on the phone was patient, and very polite. I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich, fries well-done and fried mushrooms. This order was DELIVERED. My soda was cold, my fries were well-done and (the most important part) my sandwich wasn't soggy!!! There is absolutely nothing worse than ordering a cheesesteak or sandwich and having it arrive with soggy bread. The food was amazing. 10 out of 10. Would recommend!! read more

Got two slices from here a few days ago, and they were pretty good. I usually stop at the SaladWorks next door, but was in the mood to be bad, and the pizza definitely satisfied that hunger for me. I got a plain and a special slice, and liked the plain more (I'm a big fan of plain cheese pizza, sometimes toppings are too much). I'd say it's a solid three and a half stars! read more

I didn't have the same problem the other reviewer had with customer service. I got great service!! I called to place a Delivery order and my call dropped out shortly after I gave them my phone number, and she immediately called me back to finish taking my order... I was given a wait-time of 30 - 45 minutes and my order took around 45 minutes to be delivered by a very nice gentleman. The pizza was good, too!! We are new to Medford and have been delighted with everything we have gotten at this little Pizzeria. Their chicken cheesesteak was terrific, heir pizza was fresh delicious and took only 10 minutes. We loved their crust. This is a great little secret. read more

Good food, and very reasonable-fair prices; the two biggest factors for a takeout/delivery place, and usually, when I order delivery there, I don't have to wait too long either- it's usually around a 30-35 minute wait, which isn't bad. The food was still hot when the delivery driver got to my house. I've had their cheesesteaks several times, and they're very good. They blend the cheese and steak well, and the bread's good, too, not old or too dry. Their pizza's good, too, not too greasy. Definitely would recommend them to people who live in the Medford/Marlton area, or for people just visiting the area. read more

Okay so I usually never write reviews but I just have to for this place. The pizza is great but the customer service is disgusting. I probably won't ever order here again due to the lack of customer service. The person on the phone is wayyyy too short with customers, and just simply rude. I'm upset because I care a lot about small business, especially food and I always try out different places. The food here is honestly pretty great but the fact that I feel uncomfortable to speak on the phone is just ridiculous. Also there were a few situations where food was forgotten. Stopped here for some pizzas at the end of a volleyball clinic; ordered 6 pizzas for them to deliver an hour and a half later. They were delivered promptly and hot. Everyone was really happy with the pizzas and asked where it came from...solid pizza joint. read more

Food is average, however the customer service is lacking. They seem to enjoy being short and snippy with customers who have questions. They need to keep in mind (just as I certainly will the next time) that customers are not petty annoyances, they are what keep them in business and are free to make other choices. read more

My favorite non-gourmet pizza. Great thin crust, delicious sweet sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese. I get delivery often.

this review is from a friend of mine.. do not eat here the owner is nuts I have been a customer of Cerino's for 5 years. I called in an order last night and the guy who answered the phone did not sound very intelligent. No worries, I can work with anyone, I asked what was in the Antipasta salad and he left me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes. I called back and told the person who answered that I was left on hold for 10 minutes, he did not care. I placed the order painstakingly. 1.5 hrs go by, I call them back and was told the delivery guy had an accident and they lost my number. I told the guy that he could have used caller ID, this is where it gets interesting. The guy says to me, "Oh, you sound upset" I was pretty hungry after driving 10 hrs from North and not eaten very much. It is now 10:00 pm and no options for a meal,, I was pissed, because I knew that he was the same guy. I asked if I could speak with the owner and he said " I am the owner" I asked him his name, he said" Mario". I told him he had poor customer service skills. he laughed. I told him I was a business owner and he said "so"! I left it with, he should be careful how he treats people. He said, "I don't care about complainers, I am very successful without their business" I am alerting people to this smug character and his business practices. this guy never sent my food order, because he was the guy I was dealing with the entire time on the phone. He did not like me telling him I did not appreciate being on hold and made a joke out of my customer service. Are you kidding me! Guys like this do not deserve a successful business. By far the best White Pizza in the area! it's not your standard globs of Ricotta cheese on a bland crappy crust. This pizza has a flavorful crispy crust with a delicious garlicky sauce. I prefer the special with all the toppings but the plain is very good too. We have ordered regular cheese pizza too and it's better then most in this area. read more
