Stopped here to grab some dinner before we went to Truck and Tap down the street. Speaking of the street, it's so cute this time of year with all the Christmas lights/decor. They have some classic flavors and some surprising like a shrimp pizza and a pizza inspired by baingan bharta. I love that they do a sourdough crust with a 2 day ferment from a 15 year old starter! I'm a no-crust-left-behind gal and there's was very enjoyable. I got the Dodd's garden (10 in) with vegan cheese (yay dairy-free option). I appreciate the different size options. WINNIE STOLE A PIZZA MY HEART | after a fun afternoon at a winery, we stopped by Minnie Olivia for a quick bite and nightcap. We sat outside since we had the pup in tow - it was a little chilly but they brought the heater over. We started with espresso martinis and shared the blistered Brussels sprouts, and 2 pizzas. The espresso martinis were solid but whyyy no espresso beans on top. But still a solid cocktail. My friend doesn't eat bacon, which comes on the Brussels sprouts but they very easily had them cooked on the side in a separate container. They do half and half pizzas so we did a Georgia Mushrooms/Shrimply the Best combo. We also ordered the Chicken Alla Diavola. Both were fantastic. Next time I'll probably leave the pup at home and sit inside - but I'll definitely be back for more pizza - and maybe another espresso martini! read more

First restaurant in Alpharetta to not allow your dog to drink water. They serve waters in plastic cups and if the manager sees your dog drinking out of the cup they will reprimand their staff. The service was terrible and the twenty something waitress ignored us even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant. It took me ten minutes to get her attention and ask for oregano as she was standing behind the counter chatting with the other employees. The pizzas that we ordered were very bland and tasteless. My grandson ordered cheese and pepperoni. I ordered cheese only. There were no spices, just a bland tomato sauce and maybe real cheese but that is debatable. Even though the service was bad and the waitress was lazy, she had a strong sense of entitlement when it came to the tip. Save you money and go elsewhere. Admittedly, the first time I came here, I wasn't that impressed. It didn't unseat Campania for me. This last visit rewrote that whole experience -- at least for anything but pasta. If you haven't tried the GA Apples and Bleu Cheese salad, this is a good starter and big enough to share. This is exactly what I think of salad when I have a craving to eat rabbit food. The crunchy sweetness of apples work well with the creamy tartness of the bleu cheese. It's really in the selection of napoletana pizza this place showcases. The Elijay, the Chicken Alla Diavola, the Pepperoni... it seems like no matter how routine it sounds, it's elevated a bit. After Fogon and Lions opened, their interior dining space is roomier but still feels pretty cozy since they can share the bar with the sister restaurant. I ordered some orange drink first because it was recommended as really sweet, but I didn't like it. Was sweet at all, i added simple syrup and it still wasn't good so i asked for a. Margarita instead. The margaritas were pretty good with some extra simple syrup! My friend ordered Brussels sprouts and a cheese pizza. The Brussels sprouts were not good to us. The outdoor seating was super cute and they were very polite considering they were closing in 30 minutes and people were still waiting for their food. I walked to pick up the pie and wanted for a couple of minutes yet I received great customer service with being asked if I wanted something to drink. I had received a giveaway from a local ATL food influencer for dinner at Minnie Olivia's and finally got to try with my family once the renovations were over! Downtown Alpharetta is pretty easy to find parking between public decks and street parking. Walking in, the space definitely still seems like they're still setting things back, but it was very spacious and clean and our server let us push tables together to fit us all. My dad and I had a few locals beers while my mom had the Limoncello margarita (super tasty and definitely strong!) We decided to start with the Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Bread which was so delicious and came with a marinara sauce and a balsamic glaze (my favorite of the two). We saved both the sauces for our pizza later! We decided to split a couple pies - the Spaniard (pretty good, a little oily), the Chicken Alla Diavolo (this was a really solid pizza with fresh cheese and a really good amount of heat), and finally the Ellijay. The Ellijay was our resounding favorite. If you order one thing here, this is it!! It was so fresh, with goat cheese and apples and plenty of arugula and balsamic glaze. Absolutely delicious and the highlight of our evening! We also got to meet the owner during dinner and he was very friendly and attentive! Our service was also great. The space is quaint and small. Service was great. We had a pleasant server. The 3 of us in our party had the apple almond salad with lemon balsamic. It was delish could be eaten as a meal given the nice portion side. The lemoncello margarita was refreshing not too much alcohol but a great balance on a summer night. I was craving pizza and heard about this place so off we went. We had the arugula salad that we split and 2 small pizzas so that we could try more than one. The salad was so very good and it's been like 2 weeks since we were here and I'm thinking of that salad still. We tried the why not pizza and then one with short ribs and a garlic sauce. Both were good but the pineapple on the why not is thin sliced and my hubby decided he likes it better chunky. I don't like pineapple on pizza but it was okay. Mine with short ribs was the winner. Having lunch with my bestie, my true love, husband and life partner. Enjoying a Sunday afternoon, and sitting outside, listening to live music . The service by Jeremy is the worst! It's so bad we wondering if je is high or hungover. The music is perfect. My butternut squash soup is excellent. My limoncello margarita is delicious ... after it took several attempts to order a drink that they actually had in stock today, such as no, Stella, or no Sauvignon, Blanc, and after I reminded Jeremy that I was still waiting on my drink. He just stared at me and said "excuse me?" I reminded him of my drink order he soon brought it to the table. He got my husband's drink, order wrong, also and when we ordered extra ice and splenda, he would bring one thing to the table at a time. Oh, and let's not forget that he tried to deliver my soup to a different table and then to my husband instead of me. And then, to top it off he delivered it with no spoon! My husband had to go and get me one. Wow, wow, flabbergasted! He just looked like he was in La La Land. We were just shocked! My personal size Georgia mushroom pizza is "ok" and my husband's meatball sandwich is tasty but doesn't come with chips or fries or anything.
