We had such a great time at Olive Garden. There is something so nostalgic about going back just to enjoy the classic soup, salad, and breadsticks. It felt like being kids again, sharing a simple, family-friendly meal and having fun together on our date. The breadsticks were delicious once they arrived, the salad was fresh, and the soup was comforting. I do wish my first round of soup had come out warmer, and the breadsticks in that first round were a little stale. It also took a while for some of our items to arrive, and definitely don't order the water. I love water, but they serve it from the tap and it was pretty unpleasant. I ended up ordering sparkling water on the side instead. On the plus side, I tried a cappuccino and it was quite delicious. They could have killed me!! Today!... I ordered 3 orders of CHICKEN Alfredo. I am deathly allergic to shellfish and they put a giant shrimp in my meal! By the grace of God, I put my food into a different bowl at home and started eating from the bottom but as I mixed it up and loaded up my fork again... giant shrimp! I almost ate it. We came in for a family dinner and were greeted and seated quite quickly. It did take a little while for someone to take our drink order, but our server mentioned she was busy, which we appreciated. Had dinner last night at Olive Garden. Food is great. Dependable. Toscana soup is just how I remembered it. Breadsticks, salad. Husband had the never ending bread sticks, soup and salad. Great deal. I had the never ending pasta. Another great deal. And only for a limited time. We had to wait 30 minutes. It went by fast. I think we were called to our table early. Love Olive Garden I know this is a chain restaurant but they do serve up some good food, love this place I always get a good server with good service and all around experience has always been great experiences every time at this location. the all you can eat bread sticks and salad is always a must when every visit. I have tried numerous items from the menu from chicken parm, eggplant parm, ziti, fetuciniue, spaghettis, margarita chicken, salmon, fried lasagna everything that I have eaten here is very good portion size is good. my favorite dishes would have to be the chicken and eggplant parm really delicious breaded chicken is flavorful and eggplant breaded is flavorful as well very crisp and fresh compliments well with the spaghetti. the fried mozzarella is also really good its one of my favorites to order as an appetizer fried to perfection crisp and saucey. the five cheese pastas are delicious I also recommend that because pastas tend to have alot of sauce where you can dip the bread sticks. they do have take out if you don't want to dine in, you place order and pickup. wait times are not very long. also theres a lot of shopping you can do nearby which is walking distance so that is a plus. not sure about the other bad reviews and experiences but I am visiting again like I always do. read more

Unfortunately this restaurant has been going down hill. It used to be one of my favorite spots to dine in but recently the staff has gotten a little sloppy. the price is not worth it anymore, I'm not sure if they have changed recipes but the food does not taste the same anymore even the peach tea, I miss when they would put the little slices of peaches in them back then. read more

If I could leave negative stars i totally would. I never have had a bad experience at Olive garden before in my life. But this one just ruined my day. For starters the host didn't know what was going on and told us 15-20 minutes then came back 10 minutes later and said it was actually gonna be another 15 minutes. Which was cool , completely understandable for a restaurant on a Sunday. But when the server was taking our order and coughed in my face I kind of lost my mind for a second. First off let me say I like Olive garden now for the last meal there. Absolutely terrible.. I had the seafood Alfredo and soup. They delivered the soup bowl with barely enough broth to even eat let alone soak the bread in while the waitress did finally come back to see if we wanted more, they were already bringing the food out. With seafood Alfredo when they set the plate down in front of you and Half of the noodles do not have any sauce on them , you would think the waitress would know there was a problem.Not only was there hardly any Alfredo on the noodles , the noodles there were , lets say not warm. If every restaurant had Mary as a waitress, a review below four stars wouldn't exist. My husband and I ate here tonight, and Mary was our (extremely fabulous) server. We never had to ask for anything. She was extremely attentive without being annoying. My water glass would be half full, and she would come by and fill it. This location since it is new is very clean and smells good, unlike older locations I've been to. We aren't regular Olive Garden people but occasionally we like to go. The food was good, our server was excellent that's why I give it 4 stars but the menu set up makes me mad. The only way to get protein on a pasta dish is to add $ to it or get an $18 dish. So if your going for a cheap meal with protein I'd say not this place! We ended up getting the get one take one deal for 12.99. It was good but only my husband got meat on his meat sauce. Everything is just cheese and pasta. I remember growing up we would get the endless salad, soup and breadsticks but now it's salad OR soup. Wish I could get 1 bowl of soup and salad with my entree. This Olive Garden is one of the newest and nicest OGs in Houston. It is lovely, clean and pristine. Every staff member (Hostess, Server, Busser, Manager) we encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. I have been here several times with my wife, and also with other family members. No matter what size our party is, our food always comes out in a decent timeframe, is beautifully presented, generously portioned, and delicious. Yes, sometimes there is a few minutes' wait time on a Friday or Saturday night, but they often take us earlier than quoted, and it has always been worth it. We came in on a whim and just wanted a quick bite to eat, we did not think that our quick dinner was going to be a wonderful afternoon. We were greeted by our server Hunter, who was attentive and friendly, and brought out our food and drinks promptly. Our food, a sirloin with pasta and a chicken Alfredo dish, were great! The best part is that Hunter asked if my husband would like to cut into his steak before he left. Not even at fancy steak houses have we had waiters ask us that. we come here frequent since it's close to home and my in law's are fans but we recently had an experience that literally made us walk in and out of this place. my husband and I were going for lunch with our 1 year old and the hostess walked us to a table next to the bar. it's dark and we asked for a table near a window so our toddler can SEE things/people and keep entertained so we, and everyone around us could have a great dinning experience without a screaming kid. she proceeded to say that the tables next to the windows were closed..... lol, uh... ok? it was a weekend btw. regardless, she could of BS'ed us and offered to look somewhere else besides a table next to the bar that's lit very poorly, in my opinion, for a kid. there were crumbs on the table and I asked her for napkins to clean it and she said they were the "scratches on the wood" so I proceeded to move the "scratch" which in fact was cheese..... lol, yeaaaah.... idk what it is about some young employees but the laziness is REAL. we walked out and spent $50+ somewhere else. do better olive garden, your breadsticks and salads aren't worth some of your staff's laziness. read more

Hostess sat us quickly. Clean establishment. The hostess station could use a little more enthusiasm, but working in food service I get it can be draining mentally. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed with tables and took long for drinks, but did check in on us regularly. I wasn't pleased with the cook staff that brought a very hot plate out with our appertizer,didn't tell me it was hot and handed it to me but when I said "ouch" he said coldly "oh yeah its hot". I ordered chicken and gnocchi soup with only 2 small dumplings and one tiny piece of chicken and hardly any liquid. Thankfully my waiter got me a better one. The food really wasnt that great. We've been coming to this location since they opened. We've never had any issues, however today I ordered the new "Chicken Marsala". When I received it, it had a very strange texture. But thinking it was maybe some sort of pre-perpaired chicken I let it slide. As I approached the final bites I notice that it was still very pink, so I had been eating raw chicken...
