The outdoor area is fantastic, with plenty of space for kids to run around and play, which is a big plus for families. However, I noticed they could improve on keeping the area tidier; the tables aren't always cleared promptly, and there tends to be trash scattered around in some spots. On the positive side, the service is fast and friendly, and the staff does a great job. Parking is spacious but can get a bit crowded during peak hours. The best part? Our favorite pizza place ever! Love their attractive pricing model. One price for a large or personal sized pizza gets as many toppings as you like, or start with any of a number of interesting combos (such as the vegetarian) and add anything you like for the same price, including a wide range of delicious meat toppings, specialty cheeses, kalamata olives, etc. We went twice in two consecutive days! Salads are also generously portioned and delicious. A variety of wine and beer is also on offer. They even have complimentary Andes chocolate mints! There's an enclosed outdoor play area for kids, and plenty of parking. Staff are super friendly and welcoming (shout out to Kaleb :). Location is convenient, and interior is clean and classy, upscale without being pretentious and expensive. Great for couples or families. read more

We were in a bind. My wife was in Cypress with our daughter and some of her friends, headed to her favorite pizza place. I was in Tomball with our younger children when she called and said the spot they were going was unexpectedly closed. I remembered having been to Crust a couple of years ago, and that it was good. We stopped in; Crust was busy, but we were helped right away by friendly, knowledgable, accommodating staff. After a few minutes, and further communication with my wife, I realized that I needed to double our order. Again I was helped by very pleasant staff (which has sadly become rare in service industries). Crust came through in the clutch and saved the day. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone we interacted with was cheerful and very helpful! (Here's a shout-out to Caleb at the register! Huge smile and made us feel so welcome!). All the staff made my wife and I feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant at that moment. Ordering our custom-made pizza was so easy, and they ensured our order was correct and complete. We found a table and within 10 minutes they brought out our pizza! We love the kids eat Free Tuesdays. The pizza is delicious- crispy crust, loaded with toppings, and unique flavor combos. Service is top notch, never had any problems with our orders. We've tried the personal and large pizzas. It seems the personals are a little more packed with toppings, but it's close. The kids chicken Alfredo and the kids Mac and cheese are always fresh and delicious. The outdoor play area is fun for kids. Our toddlers are a little small and sometimes are hesitant when older kids are running around. Overall- highly recommend. Best pizza around, by far. read more

Was AMAZED at this place! The location had always been a family favorite, we can let the kids play while parents hang out. But the pizza was by far the best pizza we've had since moving to the Tomball area! We got creamy buffalo wings, also phenomenal with the perfect crunch, and we got the Margherita Pizza, and the Madelyn's Alfredo Pizza, and then also pepperoni pizza to go- all of which so so yummy! I ordered Take out and the man on the phone was helpful and patient with me helping me decide what was beat for the best deal. its conveniently right in front of tomball bowling and has a little park in the back. it was easy to get in and out too. The customer service is always awesome here. Chase the manager is as good as it gets. Lots of parking. The food. High quality ingredients and toppings that you used to find 30 years ago. Every table stocked with additional pizza favorite's like Parmesan cheese, peppers. To go boxes and such are already out near the drink dispenser and utensils table. This location is awesome because it has an outdoor green space for kids to run around and a huge outdoor covered patio! The food is amazing! I specifically recommend the garlic knots! The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I would say is that if you are in a hurry, the food takes a while to come out. We didn't know, but we arrived on an evening during a scheduled choir event for a local school. Seeing the crowd and amount of people to lack of tables, we were walking in concerned about service and quality. We've tried several pizza places around Magnolia and Tomball. Crust Pizza has by far the best, tastiest, and interesting combinations. Other items on the menu are just as wonderful. On the weekends this place is very busy with lots of parents with kids. They have a large fenced in side yard for the kids to play. read more
