Came on an extremely slow Thursday night. When I say extremely, I mean we were sitting for about an hour and about 2 other people came in to just pick up food. So we were sitting by ourselves for ONE WHOLE HOUR. Took us about 40 minutes for flavorless pizza, beer that tasted like metal & jalapeño poppers with nacho cheese in the middle. Very gross food. And with us being the only people in there, we got to look around the restaurant. VERY dirty. Everything is sticky or covered in dust. Wanted to play games & you can barely see through the glass. Very disappointed!! My family and I have been ordering Crusy's since the 90's. This place has really gone down hill lately. It took two hours to get my pizza delivered, when I called to see where it was the guy was rude and Hung up on me. When my pizza finally arrived it was burnt, and the salad was gross with mostly cheese and carrots. Not much lettuce. Then the ranch was watered down. I will not be going to this place again. Crusty 's pizza seems like it used to be a nice place. The beer was flat, maybe an old keg. The sprite did not taste right. And it was dirty inside, the games were sticky. I will not go back. Ordered their version of the supreme pizza for delivery through GrubHub. It was so good I forgot to take a photo until half way through the meal. They pack on the ingredients and their crust is really good here too. We got a standard crust, but we may try the pan crust next time. Me and my friend come here like every Tuesday, there pizza is cooked well, and comes out decently fast for how good it tastes. The cashiers and manager are nice and are easy to talk to. This is one of my favorite pizza places and the ten dollar price on Tuesdays for a large pizza makes it easy on my broke self. Overall a great place. read more

I was so disappointed this time I just ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and they had no meatballs, so it was just the spaghetti in the meat sauce, I guess. However, the spaghetti on the bottom was just dry spaghetti right out of the pot. cooked, but with no sauce on it and on the top just a little thin spread of sauce with some cheese the spaghetti was totally dry I couldn't eat it. I love the lunch specials; we've been going there for a decade but when the husband owner is there we avoid going in...the wife owner and daughter are much friendlier to order dine in from. He even answers the phone unprofessionally by simply saying 'hello' rather than stating the name of his restaurant and asking how he can help us. The food is tasty, plentiful and priced right so I guess we'll continue to deal with the gruff owner. read more

It was filthy - the walls, floors, benches/seats, and tables were all dirty. The food is disgusting. No flavor what so ever, freezer burned chicken from a bag, way too greasy (far beyond good greasy), generally a pizza that tastes and looks like it came from the frozen section of Sam's club or costco. Everything just screams from the owner "I don't care about my business!" He seems to be more concerned with eating and drinking beer than his customers. Improper food handling and a recipe for food poisoning. Ordered a pasta over the phone for pickup and arrived a bit early. As I was sitting waiting for my order, I saw the employee walk out from the back with a handful of spaghetti, NO GLOVE! He put the spaghetti in the foil container and told me it would be ready soon. As I sat there, I contemplated if I should take the order still or just walk out since I did not pay yet. As I was waiting and thinking about what to do, he leaned against the counter and was drinking a soda and eating something (which makes me think his hands were most likely not clean when he was holding the spaghetti ). Then, he picked up the phone and scolded a customer That's when I decided to leave. I felt bad but also really did not feel like getting food poisoning today. Price was exorbitant, $29 for a large pizza really - I'm wonderingly where they get off charging so much. In the best pizza in the country - the tri-state area of NY/NJ/CT a large is in the high teens. California, so beautiful but sometimes so misguided, politics et cetera, and don't get me started with the pineapple.
