I was able to get in and out of here in less than 15 minutes. There was no other car waiting and I went in at about 2 PM. I was also able to have a really good conversation with him afterwards about business, marketing , advertising and a host of other things. He is a great guy and I'm thankful to have him in our neighborhood. This is a single stall operation so if you come on a busy day, please be patient. My service cost me $79 out the door with taxes and any other kind of fees included, there is an option to pay cash to save about four or five dollars. This is a convenient location right across from the Chevron gas station just off of Highway 4. I hope we can drive more business here to support him. One option for improvement is that I saw there's a tire pressure check that could be performed but wasn't. I think this is an easy service to provide and could help with gas mileage in some cases. read more

Went for smog test got there at 11:56pm one car being tested at that time and no one else waiting. Asked owner if it was going to be possible to test mine and be outta there by 12:30pm or I would have to come back. he said yes it would be completed by then no problem. Owner is professional, time efficient/quick, and knowledgeable. He also double checks registration and vin belong to person & vehicle, which is greatly appreciated. Exceptional customer service!! Paid while other car was being tested $79. My car went in at 12:11 and I was out of there by 12:23 and passed; which certification sent directly to dmv no extra leg work on customer to do. The owner (Craig) is the man! I had my truck smogged here twice and he is very proficient at getting the job done. He will be honest with you about any issues found and offer advice if he can. I've brought 5 or 6 of our cars and trucks here (going in tomorrow get one of our fleet trucks snogged), always extremely friendly and helpful. I had one vehicle that I had replaced a battery on, I drove it 100 miles, brought it in and the monitors still hadn't reset. As soon as he saw that the monitors weren't all set he let me know and gave me some tips on how to get them to reset. He didn't charge me or try to up sell me for anything, just gave me some friendly tips. This is the only smog shop I would recommend locally, I've tried 3 or 4 in brentwood and none had customer service like late shift! read more
