He shared that he was also very disappointed with my experience and pledged to look into it. After reviewing the security footage, he found that the employee didn't live up to his service standard and let me know that he will be terminated. I upgraded to two stars because of his follow up and concern for his business. I can't give it more than two as I didn't have any service actually done. I will also say that another potential customer had also messaged me that was in the office when the event happened, he shared that he along with three other potential customers all walked out and he had also spoke to the owner. I cannot confirm or deny that the employee in question was actually terminated, but as much as I feel sorry for the guy, a front desk service position is NOT for him. Try them out at your own risk!
