That department is run by his wife, who might be one of the nicest people I've ever met. I upgraded to two stars because of his follow up and concern for his business. I can't give it more than two as I didn't have any service actually done. I will also say that another potential customer had also messaged me that was in the office when the event happened, he shared that he along with three other potential customers all walked out and he had also spoke to the owner. I cannot confirm or deny that the employee in question was actually terminated, but as much as I feel sorry for the guy, a front desk service position is NOT for him. Try them out at your own risk!

I was able to get in and out of here in less than 15 minutes. There was no other car waiting and I went in at about 2 PM. I was also able to have a really good conversation with him afterwards about business, marketing , advertising and a host of other things. He is a great guy and I'm thankful to have him in our neighborhood. This is a single stall operation so if you come on a busy day, please be patient. My service cost me $79 out the door with taxes and any other kind of fees included, there is an option to pay cash to save about four or five dollars. This is a convenient location right across from the Chevron gas station just off of Highway 4. I hope we can drive more business here to support him. One option for improvement is that I saw there's a tire pressure check that could be performed but wasn't. I think this is an easy service to provide and could help with gas mileage in some cases.
