Absolute worst service at this smog station. I took my car in to get a smog and specifically asked if they would smog my car and provided them the year, make and model and they took a quick look. They said no problem, give me a few minutes. Well they ended up taking another car next so I waited over 30 minutes. Once it was my turn, I pull my car in and he says "I'm not gonna do it" and I asked why and he said because he can't see my engine without taking the cover off and he's not going to do it. My car is fully stock, nothing modified, exactly as it came from the factory. No reason it would not pass the smog check. He tells me I should take it to the dealership to which I responded that I'd prefer not to because they would charge me a lot more money and they don't even do smogs at my local dealer. He then tells me "You drive a Porsche, you can afford it". I could not believe what I was just told. Is he refusing to smog my car because he thinks I should have to go pay more at a dealership because of the make and model of my car? What an absolute joke. read more

Smog service was quick. Prices were great. The employee who pulled in my car and stole up to 5 dollars in quarters out of my cup holder was not OK. Tried to talk to owner about it, but he said I was crazy and to leave. If he is going to steal that out of a car, what else is the employee going to steal? Filed incident report with Brentwood PD. I keep quarters for my kids to use for compressed air if needed. When I pulled up, I pulled up my emergency break and saw a bunch of quarters. Do Not Come Here!! They stole an item out of my car. At first I assumed they just moved it to do the smog check. I asked where they moved the item or if they accidentally took it. Both the cashier and tech pretended not to know what I was talking about. I checked my entire car multiple times before and after talking to them. I went back to the cashier to ask again. He starts telling me I'm wasting his time and don't know what I'm talking about. That item has never been moved until they got in my car. It wasn't until my boyfriend showed up that they at least gave him money to replace the stolen item. Then preceded to tell my boyfriend that I'm lying and making things up. Remember to check your car for missing items before you leave. These people are thieves with no integrity. read more

I pull into this place the see about getting a smog check. I walk right past a gentleman sitting out front having a cigarette and possibly on the phone. I got into the lobby and no one was inside. So, I come back outside and go over the guy installing tires on a rim and ask if there is someone over at the smog check station. He says yes right there. I said no one is inside. I wait a second as he point to the guy smoking the cigarette. By this time he (the guy with the cigarette), starts speaking to the tire changer guy in a different language. At this point I decide to go back to my truck and leave. Apparently, the gentleman with the cigarette did not want my business as he never said a word to me. After getting in my truck to leave, I look in the side mirror to back out and he is waving at me like go ahead leave. Awesomely, disturbing customer service. I've had a few smog tests done here, overall I'd say 5 stars but today I learned when I bought my car in that they no longer do older cars. I think I was told the car should be from the 2000's (ODB II cars). When I inquired further since I saw he had a dynometer and other items needed, he said due to the time needed to test older cars, not worth it to him. Therefore, making this a 4-star review since they don't test older cars and do not have a website to tell customers this in advance. read more

Went here for a smog check, my vehicle failed because of a check engine light. Got the issue resolved and went back for what should have been a free recheck. Quick, easy and reasonably priced! I've been here multiple times, it's usually very busy on weekends. I've found the best time to go is mid day/early afternoon on weekdays. Nice little smog place with two friendly older gentlemen. Seems like it may be a family owned business. Service was quick. I was in and out in about 20 mins, and the guys were really nice. I used the Yelp check in coupon and received $15 off, which still had the cost at $53.00. I took off 1 star because I thought this was still kind of high priced for a smog when I've paid $30 at the place not too far down the road. All in all the service was nice and quick! read more

We were third in line to get a smog when we showed up. Only had one guy working between the desk and garage. A little confusing to try and figure out who is before who in line when everyone is sitting in their cars. We waited about 25 minutes and the actual inspection took ~15 minutes.
