Absolute worst service at this smog station. I took my car in to get a smog and specifically asked if they would smog my car and provided them the year, make and model and they took a quick look. They said no problem, give me a few minutes. Well they ended up taking another car next so I waited over 30 minutes. Once it was my turn, I pull my car in and he says "I'm not gonna do it" and I asked why and he said because he can't see my engine without taking the cover off and he's not going to do it. My car is fully stock, nothing modified, exactly as it came from the factory. No reason it would not pass the smog check. He tells me I should take it to the dealership to which I responded that I'd prefer not to because they would charge me a lot more money and they don't even do smogs at my local dealer. He then tells me "You drive a Porsche, you can afford it". I could not believe what I was just told. Is he refusing to smog my car because he thinks I should have to go pay more at a dealership because of the make and model of my car? What an absolute joke. read more

The technician here is methodical and focused even when there's a line of people waiting. He doesn't accept appointments (first come first served) but even with two cars ahead of me when I arrived on a Tuesday morning, my car was ready in about a half hour or less. read more

Smog service was quick. Prices were great. The employee who pulled in my car and stole up to 5 dollars in quarters out of my cup holder was not OK. Filed incident report with Brentwood PD. I keep quarters for my kids to use for compressed air if needed. When I pulled up, I pulled up my emergency break and saw a bunch of quarters. Do Not Come Here!! They stole an item out of my car. At first I assumed they just moved it to do the smog check. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked where they moved the item or if they accidentally took it. It wasn't until my boyfriend showed up that they at least gave him money to replace the stolen item. I pull into this place the see about getting a smog check. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I walk right past a gentleman sitting out front having a cigarette and possibly on the phone. I've had a few smog tests done here, overall I'd say 5 stars but today I learned when I bought my car in that they no longer do older cars. I think I was told the car should be from the 2000's (ODB II cars). When I inquired further since I saw he had a dynometer and other items needed, he said due to the time needed to test older cars, not worth it to him. Therefore, making this a 4-star review since they don't test older cars and do not have a website to tell customers this in advance. read more

Went here for a smog check, my vehicle failed because of a check engine light. Got the issue resolved and went back for what should have been a free recheck. This review is long overdo! Hugo helped me over a year ago! I just needed a smog check. He was very helpful and fast. I didn't have an appointment. I just drove by just to ask about it. He asked me a few questions and educated me on just what we needed and that was that! The price was fair and he was so helpful. As a female, I'm always guarded when I go to any car place. Admittedly, car knowledge is definitely not my strong suit so when I find an honest place that doesn't try and sell me extra services, I'm very appreciative! Love this place. Quick, easy and reasonably priced! I've been here multiple times, it's usually very busy on weekends. I've found the best time to go is mid day/early afternoon on weekdays. Smog for a newer diesel is about $70 but if you're nice and haggle with the gentleman a bit he will honor the $15 discount that it shows on yelp (he originally said he wouldn't take it.) read more

We were third in line to get a smog when we showed up. Only had one guy working between the desk and garage. A little confusing to try and figure out who is before who in line when everyone is sitting in their cars. We waited about 25 minutes and the actual inspection took ~15 minutes.
