Cryo is completely new to me. My first foot into it was with Danielle at Cryo Haus. She is great! High energy, very helpful in explaining what it is and the benefits. She goes all out to make sure you are comfortable with either the Cryo slimming, or the Cryo Chamber (which was also pretty cool). CryoTherapy- Wow! Don't even know where to start about how much of a game changer this has been for me in just three short weeks! When they opened, I thought I would atleast just try it for fun -- well, I am now on my 13th day in a row of going into the full body cryo chamber. What I have immediately noticed is my mood is just happy now, I don't have extreme ups & downs, I feel amazing and my skin is glowing - not to mention my workout recovery is awesome so my runs are getting stronger. Then there is the spot treatment cryo with fat freezing - I am only on my 3rd treatment on my waist but I've lost 6" so far!!! I'll do a review after the full 10 treatments with pictures. I've noticed such a difference since starting at cryo haus. I have Crohn's disease, which means I struggle with inflammation and fatigue. Im also an athlete and deal with pain from old injuries. Wow this was wild!! My friend had an appointment here and I tagged along - since we were going to be eating lunch afterwards. The nitrogen coming out everytime they opened up a pod was really eye catching, plus it felt nice considering how hot it was outside! After seeing my friend go for it, I opted to give it a try as well. If you've got some pre-existing health conditions I'd be careful, but as someone with chronic pain/fibro from a yet-to-be-fully-diagnosed issue this was WONDERFUL. They do help if you've got asthma as well, all you'd have to do is knock to roll the window down, but I didn't end up needing it. You pick a song (I picked the lakes by taylor swift!) to get through the session with (3 mins). I felt more warm than cold, but after the session my legs felt more circulated than they have in quite some time (I have some circulatory problems) and my usual shoulder joint pain is gone. I'll definitely be back, looking to see how this feels long term! read more

LOVE CryoHaus. Not only is the staff super friendly, but they are knowledgeable and able to help you identify and do what you need. The facility is also SO beautiful - with the best location and views! - I think my favorite party might be the stereo system in the chamber that blasts whatever pump up tune you choose to help you power through the fat blasting, metabolism revving session. Well, that, and all the calories I burn and how much better I feel after each dunk. My back ALWAYS feels so much better for days after. It's the only relief I've found for it as of late.
