Again when I pointed it out, her continued response was "Oh, are you tender?" This wasn't my first massage, I do know what to expect from different styles. She used a lot of lotion on cream and didn't offer a towel to wipe it off. I left the place feeling greasy and had to shower when I went home. I have left a lot of messages more than 5...I was eager to talk to someone about their services...I tried for several weeks to call being frustrated and annoyed during my entire experience with nit even getting in the door. Ten last night I decided to try and call..didn't leave a message...so it was weird..I received a text message this morning at 8:30 am saying "we are sorry we missed you yesterday, looks like you tried to call." Really'? So your not sorry about returning any of my voicemails that I left, and your employees couldn't seem to find time during normal business hours to pick up the phone???? I mean and you decide to "text me" as your first conversation/contact. Wow!!!!! I explain my dissatisfaction with them, a manager texts me - repeat a manager texts me - doesn't pick up the phone like a NORMAL business person..nope texts - yeah I am convinced this business is a scam or fake or fraud. I would just stay away all together... The best part is the "manager" said they would call at 10 am - yep, they never did. Gave them plenty of chances to do something right for a change, but they couldn't seem to follow through. Their website was so welcoming but as far as communication goes you can see the issues.

I visited my doctor in early December when I became so uncomfortable because of the pain. I could not push open a heavy door or lift anything even just somewhat heavy. I couldn't reach behind me and the pain woke me as I slept. My doctor recommended PT and I met with a therapist in January, where I was given several exercises and directions to attempt to ease my pain. I found some relief but not enough. I was still taking Tylenol and Aleve in an effort to function and to sleep. In May, a gentleman where I volunteered told me acupuncture helped him greatly. Still skeptical , I mentioned this to a relative and she encouraged me to give it a try since her husband went to Frank Grill and found this treatment to be remarkably helpful. So I went , less than enthusiastically, but I found both Angela and Frank Grill, two very kind people, assured me that this could indeed work. The "happy ending" is this. After only two treatments, I was off the pain medication. After my next treatment , I found myself able to lift items up to 5 pounds but , most of all, I can sleep without pain. I am no longer that skeptic. One of my best decisions ever. (Oh, and the needle part? I hardly knew he was "poking at me" )

I saw three neurologists, a pain management specialist, had Radio-frequency ablation which only made it worse, tried different types of pain medication and went to a physical therapist. Nothing worked. I was at my wits end. A friend recommended Frank. After 2 treatments I started feeling better. After 4 more I no longer had any pain! I was pain free for 13 months and felt wonderful... Early this fall the headaches returned. I had other health issues that may have caused the headaches to return. I visited Frank again and Voila! After 5 treatments the headaches are gone! I have to say, "It's amazing!" I highly recommend Frank. He's kind, considerate, down to earth and is wonderful about explaining the how's and why's of the practice of acupuncture. I plan to set up a maintenance program with him. Then we were led to the salt cave. We didn't know what to expect. The nice attendant opened the door for us to go in and let me tell you, you go into another world where you leave all your cares behind, do you hear me?? I loved the experience and hubby told me I fell asleep in there. It's so beautiful inside. When the attendant came back to tell us our time was up, I was like "NOOOOO"! I wanted to stay because I was so relaxed. Highly recommend this place. I want to come back and experience their massages and other offerings.
