I can't say enough wonderful things about Savannah (with an H at the end of her name)! She is absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to Unlimited Tan. She is always so helpful when it comes to choosing the right products and making sure we get exactly what we need. But what truly sets Savannah apart is her personality. She greets us every time with such an upbeat, positive attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond to help. She definitely gives off manager vibes--she carries herself with such professionalism and confidence that you would honestly think she was the owner of the salon! I think it's so important for everyone--especially women--to take time for themselves and pamper themselves. What makes that experience even better is when you can walk into a place and feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and almost like you're at home. Savannah creates that feeling every single time. She makes what should be a little self-care escape feel even more special. All of the girls here are nice, but Savannah truly stands out among them. I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Unlimited Tan, but the sales pressure completely ruined it for me. The manager, Savannah, was extremely pushy when it came to selling products. Even after I politely said "no" multiple times, the sales pitch continued. Every reason I gave for not wanting to purchase anything seemed to be met with another reason why I should, instead of simply respecting my decision. What made me especially uncomfortable was that even when my body was already out the door, the sales pitch still didn't stop. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but I felt like my "no" wasn't being respected. I understand that retail businesses encourage product sales, and I don't mind being offered products. However, there is a big difference between making recommendations and making customers feel pressured. A simple "no, thank you" should be enough. Unfortunately, the aggressive sales approach left me with a negative impression and made me not want to return. But...... I wanted to give a shoutout to Kiley for providing such a great customer experience! She really was the saving grace! She was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable without ever making me feel pressured. She took the time to answer my questions, offered recommendations based on what I was looking for, and respected my decisions without pushing additional products. I will only be doing business with her from now on. It's refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer and not just a dollar sign. Savannah is an amazing manager! She is always respectable, kind and warming every time I step into the salon. The staff is also great!

First, the staff are all very welcoming when you walk in the front door! Answer any questions you have or are curious about. The place is very clean and sanitary, it's a very comfortable and cozy environment. The staff member Savannah helped me understand what each lay down, and stand up beds are specifically for. Also explained to me what would be the best tanning lotion for a man would be by showing me each one, letting me get sample smell sense until I found the one that I liked the most. Then she gave me a walk-through of the building to show me each stand up and lay down bed and explained in detail of what they are good for, for instance the red bed, it's very good for inflammation and joint pain, also muscle pain and multiple other things like it's good for your pores and many more advantages of the red light! Then she also gave me the tour of the lowest level tanning bed all the way up to the strongest tanning bed. She was very helpful and very very polite! I definitely from my experience of going to tanning beds, this place is definitely five star in my book as far as sanitary, comfortable, the deals that they have change from time to time but they always have awesome deals, no matter if it's just for a one-time use or a monthly membership. I definitely recommend unlimited tan on ridge road in minooka Illinois if you're looking for a good place that you know is clean, and well equipped! Not to mention their large setup of different kinds of tanning lotions on display for you pick one as a sample to see if you like it so then you buy it, and also you can just get a bottle if you already know that's the brand you like and the scent you like, I guarantee they have it cuz they have a lot. I want to give a special shout out to miss Savannah for her hosting people with open arms, so nice and polite all the time. And I'm going to say it one more time, I definitely for sure recommend unlimited tan on ridge road, in the same building that is connected to Jewel osco. Love the girls who work at this location (which is in walking distance for me) but they get all the "leftover" beds it seems like. I have to drive to Joliet to use a decent bed, which sux because I pay the same amount per month as people who live next to better equipped salons. I hope they plan on upgrading this salon soon, it doesn't make sense to pay a monthly fee to drive somewhere else. The one in Naperville is amazing, so is the one in Joliet. read more

Very shady business practices. I purchased a gift card for my daughter, went through the process of setting up an account for her and applying the gift card to it. Gave the card to my daughter and told her that the account was already set up and giftcard applied, so she didn't need to worry about keeping track of the card. I took her there to get her 1st spray tan ever and they brought up her account, acknowledged that the gift card was applied to the account but wouldn't let us use it as we didn't have the physical GC. I told her I didn't understand, I bought it. set up an account. they applied it, she stated she can see the gift card on the account, but wouldn't let us use it without the physical card. I offered up our licenses and credit card used to purchase card to show it was us, and she acknowledged THAT SHE HAS THE CREDIT ON HER ACCOUNT but the "store manager" just stood there staring at us with a big smile on her face saying nope... so basically YOU STOLE MY MONEY! thanks! Eric, to be clear... the balance was applied to the account so it should be 0 on the physical GC (like how any other businesses GC works) how could it be used over and over again? At time of sale, your employee set up an account for my daughter and applied it and said it was all set for her to just come in and use it... and she could clearly see in the account the amount and that she had never been there before! Maybe I am missing something here, I just don't understand how your staff member can apply it to the account, it shows it hasn't benn used, the staff member can clearly see it in the account and told me as such, yet the customer cannot use it... paying for services not received or not allowing to be received, is theft read more

I had a package here and apparently my card was getting declined so without notice they cancelled my membership. I'm not sure why it was getting declined either because I have plenty of money in my account. The girl at the front didn't offer any help she just said oooh sorry instead of trying to get me to get me a new package or any deals they had going on. I highly recommend Unlimited Tan! I am currently tanning there for my very first time in a tanning salon. The facility and beds are extremely clean. The plsce is kept up very well. I overall want to mention that I felt so comfortable there. The manager was outstanding! I explained to her some of my concerns ans she professionally addressed it. She explained all the packages and bed levels to me. I also addressed that I was nervous and very claustrophobic. She took out her time to being me back to a bed and explain the whole process from start to finish. I was very pleased with my service. All of the girls I've been in contact with have been so sweet and helpful. I've gone about 8 times and today I saw thr manager again. I made sure I thanked her for helping me through it all and making me feel so comfortable and not anxious. I truly enjoy it and recommend this salon. I would like to rate them no stars as i was accused of something very long ago and i took the high road instead of argueing but i paid what i needed to pay and no where said i could never use the tanning bed again aftet more then a year. Plus in hods eyes everyone desires second chance. But i had to wait a year. So i went and signed up and laft took my card charged me and everything. Never once said anything to me. Which was rude. They took my money too 87.00. Then next day i get a call and get told my money is being returned in 3 days. Wth. Why i have to wait if im not able to use the services in the town i live in. Lady really rude and i think this is wrong totally. This happened about 5 yrss ago and should no one be punished and all desired second chances. The sales girl never went over any of the beds, showed me them, told me about lotion, eyewear, spray tan, packages, etc. I felt like an annoying customer and I had to ask my own questions. I've been there twice and won't waste my $ there again. Same girl both times who is not friendly at all. She is annoyed with every customer. Aren't you supposed to be a sales girl & be friendly? Isn't it Illinois State Law that you ask me to see my eye wear? Yes! She never did to me or other customers. Not a great lotion selection either. This place is insane with the prices and dirty. I took pictures as proof. I will never go there again. Not good for customers. I feel the health department should know about this. This is how infections are spread by not cleaning. I am so very disappointed. They should have cleaning spray so that even the customer could clean up after every use. Prices are insane, Epic Tanning co on route 59 is pretty much half the price. Literally will tan anywhere but here, thought there might be a benefit to the high price but the beds are not as strong and epic tanning co has tons of wipes, lotions, mints, hair ties, and other amenities inside each room for free. I enjoy tanning here, but I miss the half price specials. And, I need to tan when they open as I need to get home and put makeup on before I go to work for a few hours while my kids are at school. Some days, I'm walking in with the employee by pure accident on my account.
