They put spacers in and he is scheduled to get his braces next Wednesday, 6/29. I decided I should get him in for his regular dental exam and cleaning prior to getting braces. Wouldn't you know it, he had a couple of cavities right where the spacers were. We finished at the dental office at 4:20 p.m. so I called Dr. Holt's office to see if there was any way someone could stay past 4:30 to put the spacers back in and sure enough Tiffany and Shelly both waited for us. This saved me the time and gas $$$ of having to take him to their Roseville office today to get the spacers put back in. I was an Invisalign patient of Dr. Mark Holt about 15 years ago. My soon-to-be 40-year-old daughter just finished her Invisalign treatment with Dr. Holt a month or so ago. The customer service at all of his locations is exceptional. They work together so well and are always friendly and very efficient. I HIGHLY recommend Holt Orthodontics!

Anytime we were ever behind it was communicated to them and it had to do with fraud and losing bank cards. They always received their money. Now my daughter's follow up appointments are being refused. We were set to be done with payments by 7/2026 it is June and I have $150 to go. This is not the place for you.

I'll start off by saying that everyone at Datwyler's office is very kind and I had a pleasant experience during my consultation. With that being said, I reached out to them later down the line after my consultation to move forward with getting a plan in motion for me. I called and was told that they would give my notes to Dr. Datwyler and someone would get back to me. I called back 3 times within a 2 week period waiting for a response and each time was told that they were waiting for Dr. Datwyler to review the notes and would get back to me. Never received a call back. I understand that my dental situation is complex, but I feel like I was not a priority for them. If they aren't interested in taking me on as a patient, I would respect them if they told me that, so I could move on and find another place to work with. It is frustrating to have your time wasted and still going on week 3, not receive a call back.

But when I was leaving and Dr. Kelleher told me 'good luck in life' as though my life is so awful I need his luck... here we go. One star for always getting me in quickly. That's great. I have an odd schedule so it's hard for me to see anyone. My first appointment ...they accidentally double booked my time slot and the tech rushed. She was actually told me she needs to hurry up bc she needs to see the other patient and she would have to work On me and him at the same time. What? She didn't even assess me fully and I had to point out things she missed bc she was rushing so hard. She 'fixed' my permanent retainer very poorly and told me it's 'normal' for food to eat stuck between my permanent retainer and teeth which IS NOT NORMAL. I had to come back a second time bc the retainer was cutting me over and over which never happened until she tried to 'fix' it. They took down my permanent retainer and made me a clear retainer. The clear retainer was such a poor fit I had to come back a third time at which point the Dr just said since I'm so frustrated why don't I go somewhere else? Why did I need to drive 25 minutes for that? Just tell me that over the phone? Kudos to the guy for cutting his loses but what a crappy ride to get there. Also it was all whatever to me at this point bc I'm sure they weren't trying to fail so hard, they're just not good at their job but whatever it's not malicious but then came through 'good luck with life'. Do you think my life is crap bc I had the audacity to be displeased with your service? Bc I had the nerve to speak up? Is it not ok for a woman to be frustrated so you think any woman who's not quiet and meek must be a miserable b*tch she needs you to wish her luck in LIFE? I called you out on your poor skills. It was a traumatizing experience and they went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and calm. I live in San Francisco and was up visiting family and can confidently say that I will be coming back up for all dental services because of my experience. Not only did they stay after hours to take care of me, but the bedside manner was a 20/10. I also left with teeth that look better than they ever did. I am beyond grateful and would recommend them to absolutely everyone. Another huge shout out to Brandy, Nicole and Karen.
