And not only that, they cleaned all the tile, grout, and glass surround. Pete was meticulous. He did an even better color-matching job of the caulk than what was there originally.He also found some areas under the entrance to the shower stall that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up under the doorway to the shower to be able to see it, and he found it and fixed it. Most reputable companies would reassess the work order upon arrival and charge fairly for what was actually completed. We ended up paying for work we did not need.
