I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Most reputable companies would reassess the work order upon arrival and charge fairly for what was actually completed. We ended up paying for work we did not need. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He provided us with an estimate that was a good price. He called us the following day and scheduled the work to be completed a few days later. The work was completed by his son, Mark. Like father, like son, he was also very knowledgeable and kind. He got to work immediately and worked constantly and stopped only if we interrupted him to ask questions. The work was done promptly and neatly. He respected our home and was very tidy. I called Dennis directly, and he promised to send the guy out twice.... and the man never showed. Then Dennis promised to come and repair it himself... and also never showed nor communicated. I have given this company every benefit of the doubt and they've constantly failed to uphold their own promises. At this point, I'm done.
