So we live over 20 miles from this place but due to good reviews we wanted to give it a try. We had 2 coats needed to be dry cleaned and they gave us 3 business days to pick it up. The couple who owned the place are very nice and honest. They warned us that one of the coats decorative clasps? might stain due to the chemical. They will try their best to cover it. We were not able to pick it up on time but we updated them. They were so nice about it...I was expecting the worst but to our surprise, the coats were perfect!!! And cost was very reasonable:). This couple is so amazing! They work miracles and always take their time and do the best job in cleaning clothes and tough stains! The one I talked to is a friendly nice lady, not sure if she is one of the owner. She checked carefully with my coat to make sure the leather is not an artificial one before accepting it. After she confirmed it is a real leather, she explained to me that the fake one cannot be dry wash, it will be damaged. The coat and jacket I got back were both just like brand new! But they all either said no or charged much amount to get it done by end of day. They said that most cleaners turn off the steamer every Saturday. They saved my day. Although they had shut down the steamer, they still helped me out.They charged no extra money and got it back to me within 3 hours. Alteration was perfect. After I handed her my suit, I mentioned that the hem came apart on one of my pant legs, and while I was more than happy to pay the reasonable "sewing" fee, she declined and threw it in for free since I was a first-timer there. Now THAT'S how you gain repeat business. The turn-around time was standard, and when I came to pick up my suit a couple of days later it looked immaculate, stitched up and all!
