They are so fast!!! I have a wedding and needed dresses and suits steamed and they literally did a same day turn around!!!

I took a pair of slacks from a suit I wore for a funeral from the previous week. I had pricked my knee on a rose thorn bush and a fair amount of both fluid and blood soaked the knee part of the pants. I checked Yelp and found this highly rated dry cleaner. The first time they ran it through, the stain was still there. They ran it through again, and the stain was completely gone. I tried Lucy's cleaners out for the first time after dropping in to ask some questions a few times while going to the barbershop next door, the guy that I've interacted with on multiple occasions has always been very nice and helpful. I went in to ask about getting a few of my work shirts altered and it was super easy, I didn't need to wait for a specific person to be there to take the measurements which I've run into before and with a busy schedule that can be tough, so this was very convenient for starters. They made the alterations for me and when I went to pick up and try on they came out great! I will definitely be back for my alterations in the future. Haven't tried out their actual dry cleaning services yet but that's next on the list. Highly recommend for alteration needs great prices as well! read more

They were able to return 16 pieces so clothing within a few days. All the clothing was dry cleaned well with no stains. I don't typically get clothes dry clean, so I'm not sure if the price was really fair but I appreciate the fact that this is the mom and Pop place. read more

DO NOT waste your time and money here!!!!!! I trusted the reviews & 4.4 stars since it is closer to my home. I dropped 2 tops & 1 jumpsuit on a Tuesday and they told me it would be ready by Friday at 4pm. I had my boyfriend pick up my items since I was still working. NOTHING was said to him about my items and was charged the full amount. By the time he got home, I saw that my jumpsuit was the only thing dry cleaned. I never received a call that my 2 tops were unable to be cleaned? AND to top it off, they still charged the full amount for all 3. Of course I try calling and there is no answer after multiple attempts. I had to go out and buy another outfit since the top I was supposed to wear for an event wasn't dry cleaned. The time & money wasted is not something I wish on anyone else. That fact that they couldn't even communicate or call me to say they were not able to clean 2 of my items is so unprofessional and to still charge someone for services that aren't even rendered is despicable. I don't know how this place is even in business. Please do not trust the reviews and take your items elsewhere!!!!!! read more

Ruined 2 pairs of my pants my grey 501's and black pair, had a bunch of white lines and was a hole different color smh

I brought my custom linen drapes for dry cleaning, they basically ruined my drapes. They weren't ready on the day I was told to pick up. Julio told me because of the size it was going to take longer and cost more than initial quote, which is fine and understandable. When I picked them up and got them home, they had shrank 6 inches. I called immediately and Julio said to bring them back, they would steam to see if that loosens the fabric. He steamed them and the fabric released by 3 inches so they took the hem down with my permission and I explicitly said the hem needs to be the same style as before (invisible stitch). I picked them up and they we still 1 1/2 inch short and the lines of the old hem were clearly visible. There are also stains on my drapes that weren't there before. Julio said he would tell the owner and it's been 2 days with no word back. So basically, I paid extra for them to ruin my $1200 drapes. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Dry cleaning quality is good, turnaround time is on par with other cleaners, but there opening and closing hours are all over the place. It is impossible to drop off before work of pick up after work as they do not open until 9 most days and close at 5. Times frames for pick up and drop off inconsistent. read more

I literally ran out of the door this morning. I had 5 white buttoned up shirts, and 2 coats and slacks with me. I had an event to go to after work, but had no idea how I was going to iron any of these items. I then realized I should google dry cleaners, and I did. I found one right on Chino Hills Pkwy which was super close to me. I went and they refused to do same day service for me. Said itd be done on Monday. Monday?! What the....are you serious!? Yeah he was. Well, I turned around and walked out, looked at the next name and I saw Lucys Cleaners! Called them up, told them what I needed and Oscar told me, "come on down, and we'll take care of you." Wooooo! I drove a little further from where I was but who cares. They are very accommodating. Very helpful. It was a sunday late afternoon around 450 pm. We had an event at 6 pm when we realized we forgot to pick up my husband's suit. I called them but they were already closed. Someone texted me back and asked if I need help. I explained the situation. They went out of their way to help us. I brought my comforter and jackets to this place to get dry clean. At first, I was told that i can pick my comforter/jackets on friday after thanksgiving. I stopped by Saturday but my comforter and 1 jacket was not ready. So I called the following tuesday and the clerk said my comforter was ready but the jacket was not. I called again thursday and I was told by the same clerk that my jacket was ready but he could not find my comforter. I said there is a ticket number on my dry clean but he said sometime the ticket can fall off. He could not give me an explanation why he could not find it. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told the owner will call me. NOBODY call me. I tried calling again later but no one answer the phone. When I complain online on their website, NOBODY RESPONDED. I finally got a call from the clerk that he found my comforter BUT when I picked it up he was giving me the WRONG COMFORTER. read more

NOT KNOWING this location did until Saturday. I inquired on Saturday 2-3-24 if they offered this service (via yelp), literally they picked up my clothing by noon today! Though we moved to this area of Chino Hills in 2019, my wife was loyal to our previous dry cleaners (24 years of great service). However, I got tired of driving all the way to Grand just for dry cleaning. Since Lucy's is right down the street, I thought I'd give them a try yesterday - am I happy I did! I had a rush order (needed a new jacket pressed ASAP) and Lawrence (the owner) was able to press it for me while I waited. He's a really nice young businessman who seems to care about customer service and building relationships with his customers. The jacket looks fantastic. The new owner is pleasant. He got a smoking deal for an established cleaners with a good amount of customers. Unfortunately, they no longer offer same day service or next day service. However, if you pay an extra fee of per item you can have it next day. New management, new rules, i have been a long time customer. The place got sold and no issues. The new owner Josh lacks some customer service. I get it, he is learning the business, but you have to make an effort to keep the customers that kept the place going for so many years. I can see this place shutting down if its not operated properly. It was running smooth for so many years. New owner comes in and starts changing things. His website is misleading, Lucy's Cleaners is the new name given since it last sold. So technically it has not been in business for 15 years. I wish the new management the best. read more
