Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, there were several individuals hanging around outside who appeared intoxicated, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel clean, professional, or customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

There's a second pocket on the bag that they can mimic. They assured me they could do it. Instead, the stitching was off center, was single instead of double, and for some reason extended past the actual pocket. If I wanted it done this poorly, I would have done it myself.
