Do not use this business. They are thieves and liars. I took 5 down comforters in and paid in full. I picked them up and they were filthy and soaking wet with mold and other unsavory stains. Mind you they were not dirty when I took them in, just needed a good dry cleaning. I complained and was informed they Would redo them and refund my money. This was in November 2023. I called today and was informed they were finally ready and when I mentioned I haven't been refunded they basically said nope. Also they destroyed one of the comforters. They also refused to have anyone call back to resolve this. 5 months Later and $115 poorer I definitely do not recommend this cleaner. read more

Dropped off my rug and I was quoted "around 40-50 dollars" I was told they would let me know the price before cleaning it since they had someone from Reno pick it up. I called each week to check on my rug. Finally after three weeks they say they got it back cleaned and it would be $255. The rug did not even cost that much so I wanted to talk to the manager to work something out. I have called multiple times and no one will get back to me. Unbelievable. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The tailor is *HORRENDOUS*. Avoid this place! The tailor decided she didn't want to come into work on the day we told her several days in advance we were needing to come in for alterations. She really screwed us over after assuring us repeatedly she would be there that day for a fitting. She doesn't honor her commitments, has ZERO work ethic, and is completely unaccountable...and most of all, she simply DOESN'T CARE about her customers. This isn't how you treat people living in a small town and this isn't how you run a small business in a small town. Details: I called on Tuesday morning to book a tailoring appointment for first thing Friday morning stressing that this was for a very important event. The tailor told me I didn't need an appointment; that she is there every weekday from 8am-1pm. I wanted to make an appointment anyway, but she just kept saying that I didn't need one and wouldn't make the appointment. Friday rolls around and she decides that she simply doesn't want to come in to work that day...leaving us completely screwed over for a very important event. Unfortunately, this is the only dry cleaner in town. Tried to drop off a few suits and a couple of sport coats. When I asked for a ticket to validate what items I dropped off I was told "my boss doesn't want us to do that anymore.". I asked to speak to the boss but of course they were not there. I took six curtain panels and dress to Crystal Cleaners in Sept. Two of the curtains needed to be hemmed. The dress needed to be hemmed by 2 inches. I paid over $130. They told me that my items wouldn't be ready until Oct. I picked up today and was shocked when they wanted $21 more! They didn't hem the dress at all but scalloped the hemline! WTH? My previous experience at this business was ok.. but this last time I had it... I took a garment and they managed to ruined it.. they gave it back to me and when I realized the damaged I went back and asked what had happen one of the employees or owner said to me: yeah we noticed the damaged (so the other 3 people who also work there) so if you want us so fix it bring us the material and we will fix it for ya.... really!!?they didn't even offer to reimburse anything... they basically said my garment was cheap that's why it got damaged if I could give them zero stars I would... Their dry cleaning and pressing have always been perfect. No random creases nor random spots. Today after procrastinating for a month, I brought my pants in to be let out at the last minute. Without hesitation, she altered my pants, repressed them and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes, thus saving my neck. read more

The service here is horrible!!!!!!!! I went to this establishment to have my bride's maid dress altered. It was supposed to be finished on a Tuesday. I went in the following Thursday and it still wasn't finished. The lady said it would be finished that night or the next morning. She assured me she would call me when it was finished. I waited until the following Monday morning (four days later) to call about the dress. I was told the dress would be finished in half an hour. Once again I made the thirty minute drive to pick up my dress. The dress was ready but the woman that altered it was not there so there was no one to try it on for. Then I got the bill, $42.00 for a dress that was supposed to be ready in four days but was not ready for ten days. Then I drove all the way home to try it on. There is a huge bubble in the back where they altered the bodice and the length is to the top of my foot not hemmed for a two inch heal as I specified. Plus there are now strange grease-lick spots on the back. My $250.00 dress is now ruined. Even if I had time to get this fixed I would not ever consider using these people again!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
