The lady at the counter was really nice and explained how it works since I've never had dry cleaning done before. I brought it in Monday and she said they send it to Reno and the trucks should have it back by Thursday. Wednesday rolls around and I received a text saying it's ready. In total I spent $30.00 for 3 Gucci designer men's long sleeves. She let me know ahead of time that since they are designer, they will be more money but I think $10 a shirt is pretty high. But overall they looked nice. Plus I liked how they set me up with an account and I could see when it was ready and stuff and you can easily pay on there.

This place used to be good before the new owner bought it. I knew the previous owners for they have helped us before when our machines have gone down and we needed to get out customers clothes finished. I've brought my clothes here and the pricing was very reasonable and they pressed my silk dresses perfectly. Unfortunately I brought my clothes in a little too late. I brought in a suit and two dresses and it cost $54 ish. Which is a crazy price especially already knowing the prices of products and what everything costs. I picked up my clothes and checked my items and noticed hard creases all over my silk dresses. The pain of being a perfectionist. I called the store to just let them know to pay a little more attention to detail and knowing more about clothes and that these types of dresses are just supposed to be steam pressed without any creases and they don't pick up their phone. So at this moment I will not be brining my clothes here and will have to find another dry cleaners that actually take pride in owning their store.

When I stopped by again, he pretended to look through the racks, then gave me a half-baked excuse about the owner being out of town with some family emergency. Conveniently, that means no refund, no solution--just empty apologies. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if clothes are getting mixed up or even stolen. This place is an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with anything valuable. They clearly don't care about their customers or their belongings. I got a text the expected day that my suits were ready for pickup. When I went in she had an envelope attached to one of the suits and she said there must have been something left in the pockets. When I looked in the envelope out in my truck, there was an old airline luggage claim ticket and 3 $1 bills! Must say they are honest there. It cost $49.50 for the three suits. I'll go back there if I ever need something else cleaned.

I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.

Unfortunately I had to go back to using them for some of my less valuable items due to the more reliable cleaner in Incline closing down. I brought in a garment the other day and asked that no thermal barcodes be attached. Today I brought in another item and, while asking for no barcodes, the lady rudely interrupted me and says "yea no barcodes I know. Its more work for us so of course I remember you" So apparently even though they are a dry cleaner, don't ask them to take special care of your items
