Seriously Yelpers? How can you give this place bad reviews.. They were super professional, competitive and fast in getting the whole job done. After doing some research I decided on going with Crystal Clear Glass. They came out to take measurements of my bathroom the same day! Yes, same day! Word of advice-give yourself a few hours for this part. I had no idea how long taking accurate glass measurements take. But hey, I rather them take their time and have the glass made perfect then rush and have glass that doesn't fit properly. The estimated turnaround time to have the glass ready for installation was about 10 days, however, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call telling me the glass was ready on the 7th day. On the day of installation, the two guys arrived on time and did an impeccable job. Total installation took about three hours. My shower looks amazing! read more

After spending time with him discussing the project and actually holding the other end of his tape measurer, he promised to e-mail the estimate by the EOD. A week later, having received nothing I called the office to inquire. A series of putting me on hold, disconnects, talking with 3 different people, all not knowing anything about my estimate and finally, after calling back a third time, the owner, Mike hangs up on me!!! These people took a deposit 3 years ago to install a mirror on one wall. They have since then disappeared and each time we call we get the run around and no one calls back. They are completely unprofessional and are not to be trusted. They are also not registered with BBB and I suggest anyone wanting work done should get someone else to do it even if they are more expensive. Horrible customer service. on 1/31/17 we have an estimator come out to our property to give an estimate on a glass gate we wanted install. He assured us we would get the estimate back in a week, after many unanswered follow up emails, I finally decided to ask for the owners email to let him know of my experience. on 2/20 I emailed the owner Michael Aronson, he apologized and assured me he was personally taking care of this and would get me an estimate by the end of the week...
