They fixed them with a new arm on one side that is really close to matching. I was really impressed. No one tried to upsell me or did a bait and switch on the prices of the frame. My optical exam was a breeze. The expertise displayed by Dr. Caruso made my initial anxiety disappear. My optician Lucas wowed in his vast knowledge of the optical products and options available and showed keen interest in determining my overall objectives. My favorite was still there and even though I kept asking the price, during my selections, they said not to worry, they would make me a deal. They were the most expensive. If I remember correctly they were Dior frames, almost $600. By that time I was so over looking at frames and the thought starting over from scratch was way past disturbing. I'm on disability and Medicare and I felt I was pressured into high priced frames. I remember wanting to walk out but I was already charged for the exam. I told them we had a relative in the business and asked if she would give us the distance between the pupils and not only did she do that, she even marked the distance on the top to bottom for us to get them made from another place.
