My partner and I had a great time doing this over the weekend…read more The ambience, scents, and just the overall experience is a must try. You're paying for THE experience, memories, and a gorgeous candle to boot - can you really put a price on that? The owner was also very pleasant, patient, and friendly. I'd definitely go back.

It's so hard to figure out what to do with my mom each year and this was special and unique and even a bonding experience. Today in honor is Mother's Day, Saint Sage Candle Bar hosted their first ever private event. I found out about this via social media. I thought this would be the perfect way to spend Mother's Day with my mom because we both like candles--so why not learn how to make our own together!!!!?? I believe the owners name is Kat. She opened Saint sage I believe sometime in April 2023. Trust me! This is such a unique and fun experience, you have to try it. I'll definitely be back. I had such a great time. The Mother's Day event was about $120-130 for both my mom and I, this included supplies to make our own candles as well was light snacks like charcuterie & mimosas. Kat was really nice and a great teacher. She made it really easy to follow the steps to create our candles and the store is just super cute too. You get to choose your own scents and vessel to create your candle in. We even got to put some floral, glitter and crystals in the candle as well. My candle came out LOVELY! I'm obsessed. I mixed Black Opium, White Sage, and Lavender Honey. My mom enjoyed herself as well. I believe she used mostly musk scents.

Very quiet place that I actually thought was closed at 11:30 on a Friday. Slightly small but they…read moredon't have a location in San Francisco, so this was my next best option. The staff was friendly and they even were able to find some items that seemed to be not on the selling floor.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. When I first approached the…read moreregister, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, as soon as I entered my boyfriend's phone number and was told I wasn't a member, the tone completely changed. Instead of asking if I wanted to sign up, I was immediately asked for my email. I explained that I'm not from here and wasn't comfortable giving one. I was then asked if I had a friend's email, which also felt uncomfortable. When I declined, both cashiers looked at each other in an annoyed way, and from that moment on, the friendliness was gone. I understand that employees are encouraged to sign customers up for rewards programs -- I truly do -- but customer service should not depend on whether someone agrees to marketing. The sudden shift in attitude made me feel unwelcome and pressured, which is not how a shopping experience should feel. That said, I do want to acknowledge Jesebel, the associate by the front door. She did a great job promoting products, offering helpful suggestions, and was genuinely warm and engaging. Her customer service was excellent and made the beginning of my visit enjoyable. I love Bath & Body Works products, but this experience at checkout left a bad impression. Customers should be treated with the same respect and kindness whether they sign up for a membership or not.

I had my rings resized up 2.5 sizes and was really nervous about the integrity of the settings afterward, especially with the diamonds, but it's been about a month+ of regular wear and everything is still perfect. No loose stones, no diamonds falling out, and the resize looks good. Super happy with the craftsmanship and care put into my rings. Rodrigo was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people trusting him with sentimental pieces. It's hard to find people who are both skilled and trustworthy, and safe to say I won't be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

This piece means a lot to me--it was given to me by my sister before her wedding, and I use it to hold my husband's star number. When I shared that with him, he told me that if it's valuable to me, then it's valuable to him too. That really stuck with me. I included before and after photos, and honestly, I love that the repaired spot has a little character now--it tells a story. It feels even more meaningful than before. Kind, professional, and truly cares about his work. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
