I came to this spot needing some flowers for a special occasion and the lady running the shop is really great. Like any great gentleman I wanted to get some flowers and of course I needed to do it last minute. I could have went to safeway or Costco and picked something generic up but I wanted to make it a little more special. I dropped by this shop and gave the owner my budget. She put together a really nice arrangement for me and even gave me a small bucket to keep the flowers wet and it was hot out and I would not be able to get home for a few hours after picking these up. If you need flowers I would highly recommend coming here and getting a nice bouquet for your special occasions. I was not disappointed and you can get the color flowers you want etc since she makes them on the spot. read more

I really needed a dozen red roses quickly for reasons all married men will understand. I visited two florists, one in Mountain View, one in Los Altos, one hour before closing for one, and forty five minutes before closing for the other. Both turned me down. I went to Crystal Florist, got there twenty minutes before closing, and she did it right way. Super beautiful roses, with a bonus rose and sprig. I'm so happy she survived the COVID shutdown. Odila (the shop owner) was quick to provide me with a group of flowers that would make any mother blush. The shop has a family vibe, the feeling of arriving at "home". I promised to give the sweet owner/worker a review once I got home so here I go. I called in on a Sunday for a last minute arrangement past 2PM as a surprise for someone. I learned there aren't many options in Santa Clara County that late on a weekend but I called and was connected almost immediately. I told the owner/worker I wanted an arrangement. She asked me questions like if I wanted roses/certain flowers in the arrangement, what the occasion would be, and how much I was looking to spend. I was near the area and had time but she told me she could set up the arrangement in around 30 mins after the phone call. I came to the place 30 mins after and she delivered fantastically. Good variety of flowers with tons of different colors like I requested. It came with a nice glass vase, flower food, a box to hold everything in, a greeting card, and a hand tied bow with a color of choice. I plan to come back again with how well the flowers turned out, how extremely caring the worker was, and how quick the whole process was. The person I interacted with was very attentive and caring that left a big impression on me. I'd recommend you all check it out read more

Tl;dr Extremely limited selection of medicore flowers. Poor arrangement. Overpriced. Deceitful owner. I love shopping for flowers and putting together bouquets and I've never minded having to spend a lot on a beautiful arrangement at a lovely florist. But wow, this place is awful. It was late on a Sunday and most places were closed which I guess is how a lot of people end up here. (I wanted to avoid grocery store flowers but oh man, how much better Whole Foods would have been!) Me: I'd like to spend $40-50 Florist: so $50 Me: $40 or 50 please Creates an arrangement so dull and crap (1 stalk star gazer lillies, 3 roses, 2 pieces of folliage, 2 wilting hydrangeas) I ask her to fix it, replace some flowers, and add a few more. She raises the price to $60. Had I not already waited TWENTY MINUTES (just me in the shop) for her to roll these all together into an unstylish heap aka, "bouquet", not had a restless toddler with me, and had my sister not just given birth to a new baby, I would have left the garbagey flowers behind. She charged me $65 in the end--"tax" she said, which I learned later was a lie, as flowers (like groceries) are exempt from sales tax in CA (and had it been actual tax, would have come out to $4.35, not a random $5). I felt cheated, insulted, and depressed by this awful place. read more

I came in and asked the nice lady at the counter for a large birthday bouquet for my mom's birthday. She first offered roses and lilies, which I thought was too basic. I looked around a little and asked for roses, gladiolus flowers, some other exotic red flower she had in a display case, and babies breath, hoping it would come together to be impressive even though I felt like her options were very limited. When I told her I'd like to spend $75, she said that's not a lot (similar to another review actually), but she can make something medium. I thought that was surprising, since I could spend the same amount with delivery included for a good size arrangement online. I probably should've left at that point, but I asked her to make it as big as possible and left. When I returned, I was shocked to find around two dozen roses (maybe less), gladiolus flowers that were barely blooming at all, no exotic red flowers that she had promised, and a tiny bit of baby's breath. It just looked so empty. She wanted to charge $75 for a small, boring arrangement that I could've created myself from Trader Joe's for $30 at most. I told her that it's too much for what she made. At first she tried to explain that baby's breath is actually expensive (um, since when??) and the roses are very high quality, which is fine except that I could get the same quality elsewhere for much less. Then she said "That's ok, you don't need to get it." So I agreed and left. As I was walking away I heard her get frustrated and say "I can't believe it!" which I thought was super unprofessional. I wasted so much time on this place that I was late for my event. Then I went to Whole Foods and got a huge arrangement for just $46. I get that it's hard to be a small business in the Bay Area, but to rip off your customers like that is just crazy to me. read more

This is such a wonderful flower shop, I picked up two beautiful roses and a Purple Orchid. Both flowers you can see they have been grown and taken care of with a green thumb in mind.
