Someone called me first thing in the morning and was able to sort it all out. Everything was done quickly, and it was cut to perfection. The glass felt sturdy, and it has held up quite nicely. I am an advanced DIY'er and ordered this 3 panel sliding glass wall/door and installed it myself. My experiences with Crystalia were interesting but first let me say right up front, I love this door! It looks great, has no frame around the sliding panels other than the outer frame of the whole thing and the quality of the materials are absolutely top notch! But if your going to buy this sliding type of glass door and install it yourself there are a few things you need to know. They make the doors custom per your dimensions. This is not a, "you buy it off the shelf, and install it like any other door", setup. Since they custom build it to your specific opening they require very precise measurements. And I mean precise like using a laser setup and deltas every 12 inches. I had all the tools and did provide all the detailed measurement but the frustrating part is I was in early stages of construction so I didn't have the opening finished to provide the measurement which delayed everything about a month. But I will say when they provided the door, the frame did fit pretty precisely so they do cut it to your specifications. Since this is essentially panels of tempered glass with no frame, you get rails for the bottom of the panels that have rollers and adjusters on them that you have to install on the panels. This is not an easy task. There is a rubber gasket you have to wrap around the bottom edge of the panel first and then form the aluminum channel over it. It took a while to figure out how to get this done. Then you have to screw on the end caps to the roller rail and there are two different cap types. There are Zero - None - Nada - Instruction so you have to figure this out from watching their install video that has no words!!!! Yeah, I installed the wrong caps on the wrong doors and then had to remove all the doors again and change the caps. And the screw holes on the caps didn't all line up right so one screw got stuck. It was a mess. A set of INSTRUCTIONS would have been nice! The Glass panels are heavy! (which they do warn you about before you receive them) I have professional glass suctions cups that were a life saver in moving the panels. I did the install by myself but if you have help things will be easier. So with installing the frame and assembling the three glass door panels, and installing them, took pretty much the full day. I went slow and watched their video probably a dozen times as I went through each step as I didn't want to make any non reversible mistakes. Again, INSTRUCTIONS would have been nice! In summary if you're buying this sliding door from Crystalia and having them install it then I would give it 5 stars as I am sure they can install it easily themselves. But if your installing it yourself or having your contractor install it, beware, this is not like a typical door install and will require figuring it all out and more time than you anticipate. But as I said in the beginning, we LOVE the look of this door and the wide open view it provides and would absolutely buy it again. The quality is there and the cost was reasonable for a custom door. read more

I learned that this is because they own $800K CNC equipment for large jobs cutting and edge polishing. All the other local providers probably outsource to them. Their service is excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I depended on white glove delivery service to carry a 245lb dining table top into our home up one flight of stairs. I can't tell you how delighted I was with the fellas at Crystal Glass & Mirror! I had a big Russel Wright wooden framed mirror which broke during our recent move. I needed the mirror replaced. I called around and got quotes for the job which ranged from $100 - 200. The problem for me was getting it to the shop for repairs - the frame itself is heavy and huge. My brother-in-law is a designer and has used Crystal Glass and Mirror for big jobs like glass for custom furniture and mirrors for bathroom renovations. So, I called and got a quote. $40! Less than half of the lowest quote that I had gotten! Sweet! The other good news? They would also pick up and deliver for another $40! For $80, the mirror was picked up, repaired, and dropped back off, happy and shiny as new. The best part? It all happened in the same day! What?!?! Who has service like that? This was such a great experience. I'm so happy I found this company. Larry came to my house quickly and took measurements and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice for my wall mirror I wanted installed in my office. He is very professional and very knowledgable. This guy knows what he's doing. I was searching for glass to build a vivarium and came across a couple of local glass shops. Crystal Glass & Mirror quickly became one of my choices for one of their specific type/thickness of glass and with a competitive price. When I emailed them to confirm about the pricing, the response was quick, friendly, and honest. With that, I immediately knew who I would be ordering from. When I dropped by the office this morning to pick up the glass, I was greeted by Larry. Due to a slight miscommunication, a set of glass did not have the edge polished as requested and that it would be ready by the time I come over today, when they actually meant Monday. Larry immediately worked on it while I was inspecting the rest of the pieces. The craftsmanship was remarkable and measurements were precise, which was very important for fitting the parts together. This morning I met with the Larry, the owner of Crystal Glass & Mirror. I have never written a review for anything or anyone until the job was completed to my liking ; however I must say - this is true customer service; professionalism at its finest! Recently, during a move my neighbor dropped and broke an antique hall mirror and frame. The frame was cracked and the mirror was shattered in to many pieces. Contracters typically try to hustle me like i'm some dumb female (so then I rip them a new one), but I must say larry and his team are so nice, and so great! i had a million questions for a simple mirror i wanted installed and made for my closet and Larry (i believe he's the owner) answered all of my questions showed me samples and explained everything even though he was busy, had no admin to help him, and he was fighting a cold. This is a belated review. In 2015, after Thanksgiving, Crystal Glass installed a mirrored backsplash in my new kitchen. They has to cut the mirrors at my home, because the work was complicated--it has ins and outs, and one piece had to be placed upside down. The work they did was excellent, and the workers cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Without a doubt, I'll call them again if I have another mirror or glass project. read more
